En el hotel se encuentra una agencia llamada Discovery; contrate la actividad de buceo con ellos, y ellos tienen a un tercero, fue pésimo, cero paciencia y tolerancia, el instructor sabía bucear pero no enseñar, no la recomiendo ni un poco; y cuando se fue a realizar el reclamo salimos los malos. Ese tipo de personas dañan la imagen del hotel; no debería ser así

MUY Sucio en las habitaciones, una funda de almohada con SANGRE sábanas sucias se tuvo que cambiar la luz del baño parpadeaba, las paredes estaban sucias, la caja fuerte NO FUNCIONABA el personal el de la cocina muy amable el de recepción para un hotel de esta “calidad” muy malo una noche entramos y estaba una de las recepcionistas hablando por teléfono diciendo me importa una pu%}*\^ Mier… lo que usted tenga que hacer mañana la quiero aquí a las 6 de la mañana diciéndolo en vos muy alta y refiriéndose así a otro trabajador luego esta misma persona refiriendose despectivamente de un compañero y de unos huéspedes, Cuando guardamos nuestras maletas a la llegada les pegaron grapas y rompieron dos maletas las tiraron al piso… siempre he reservado soy muy comprensiva en varias cosas pero esta vez el hotel dejó muchísimo que desear.

La habitación huele a humedad, no tiene entradas de sol natural y eso hace que el ambiente de la habitación siempre tenga esa sensación de sucio.

Teniendo en cuenta que viaje con adultos mayores, la ubicación no es la mejor. El gimnasio estaba fuera de servicio. Y no hay disponibilidad de café fuera de los horarios del comedor.

Me encantó todo del hotel. La ubicación es perfecta, está en pleno centro, rodeado de tiendas y lugares para conocer, así que es muy fácil salir a caminar y disfrutar del ambiente. Las instalaciones son muy lindas, todo se ve bien cuidado y los espacios son muy cómodos y agradables a la vista. El baño fue uno de mis lugares favoritos, el espejo es espectacular, ¡perfecto para tomarme varias fotos! En general, fue una experiencia excelente. Sin duda volvería, lo recomiendo totalmente.

No hubo nada que no me gustara, solo recomendaría tener en cuenta que la playa más cercana queda como a 7 minutos caminando.

Quarto bom, atendimento bom...um pouco bagunçado na recepção para check inn ou check out... Café da manhã não é para Brasileiros sem duvida....em muitos brasileiros mas o hotel segue a tradição de café da manhã Colombiano e eles tbm servem no seu prato, colocam muita coisa..nem da tempo de vc falar q não quer, Limpeza é feito muito tarde, qdo voltamos da praia , todos os dias por volta das 17h, tinha que pedir toalhas pq não tinha no quarto, e eles falavam que não tinha...era uma briga todos os dias...

O café da manhã deixa a desejar, a limpeza dos quartos não é feita todos os dias e a troca de toalhas de banho tem que ser solicitada. A acomodação não possui máquina para pagamento com qualquer tipo de cartão: ou o pagamento é em dinheiro vivo ou têm-se que usar o wifi para fazer uma transferência on line a partir do seu próprio celular. Além disso, o hotel é muito barulhento, com crianças gritando pelos corredores as 3hs da manhã ou hospedes ouvindo televisão a todo volume no mesmo horário.

I was in a room without window!. This is the first time in my life that I pay 250 dolars for a room without windows and despite my claim nothing was done. The breakfast is very basic, bad quality coffee and food. The soap given was horrible (see pictures), we had to buy soap in the supermarket. This hotel does not deserves 4 stars, it is barely 3.

Hotel was clean and the breakfast was acceptable. Some of the staff comes off as a bit bothered and inconvenienced when approached but overall it was a nice stay.

I liked location. I dis not like communication, like no one answer when marked from room to front desk. I had to ask every day for fresh clean towels. Sink was plugged at arrivel but fixed upon request. Every time you get out of the room with the key, the power shuts down including the air conditioning so when you come back from outside you find a warm room, I guess is good in an eco friendly way.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience, which unfortunately will likely be my last time using your service. I booked the hotel with specific amenities in mind, including access to the pool, which was listed as available when I made the reservation and when I paid. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the amenities were unavailable due to maintenance. The app and the receptionist both confirmed that the pool would be accessible between 12:00 and 18:00. After leaving our luggage, we were suddenly informed that none of the amenities, including the pool, would be available. This was particularly frustrating as I had canceled two other bookings specifically to ensure my son and elderly father could enjoy the pool on our last day. My son was extremely disappointed, and the entire experience left us feeling let down. To make matters worse, when I tried to address the issue, the receptionist abruptly left without offering any solutions, and I was told that the manager had no time to attend to guests. This level of service was disheartening, and the lack of resolution made it even more frustrating. I have lost confidence in Booking.com's filters and descriptions, as they did not reflect the reality of our experience. Moving forward, I will be cautious in relying on your platform, as it has proven to be unreliable in this instance.

Breakfast is a « buffet » mess. Feels like you are in a military queue where you are served a « specific » amount of food once only and after you give your room number 2 times to different people. Not very enjoyable experience, nor particularly tasty breakfast.

STAY AWAY FROM PORTOBELLO HOTELES Aircondition dident work, the rooms where small, and very unplesant We got moved to portobello beach/conferencias We acepted and paid a deadent amout to change and for bigger rooms, and we should have the rooms ready right away Rooms where ready, But we needed to wait for and extra 5 hours The resepsjonist where really unfriendly, rooms where not cleaned. Every time we told our complains they dident take anything seriosly

Only a 4 min walk to the beach. Nice modern hotel, quiet as the rooms are away from the road. Nice pool in the courtyard. Breakfast very portion controlled but OK.

El hotel en términos generales es bueno pero una falla terrible es que las habitaciones NO tienen ventanas ni balcones, la ropa hay q ir secarla en la habitación comiendo mal olor porque no hay suficiente ventilación. El hotel está bien pero esa falla es muy compleja en un clima cálido.

The Internet was not so good. As soon as we get in the bedroom we notice that the bathroom exhaust fan was not working and we reported the issue to the reception. They never came to fix it.

No Warm or hot water in the sink, hot water took about 5-7 minutes to get warm. Bathroom could use more shelves to put shower essentials. Breakfast could start at 0700. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excelente localização, quarto super confortável , a suíte com dois ambientes super espaçosa , só faltou ter ducha higiênica pra ser perfeito e o check in ver Mais cedo pois é as 16:00.

The best thing about this hotel is that it's very clean and modern, which is not so obvious at places like San Andres. The location is good, you can easily walk to everything in the main town.

While it's a good place and nice to have such a clean and comfortable room, there are quite a few things that makes the place not as great as it could be so think about that if these things matter to you: The pool looks better in the pictures, in reality it's small and kind of in a corner between walls, so it doesn't get any sunshine either. They seem to be working on something on the rooftop, if they put a pool there that will be great with amazing views. The gym is very small, but probably most people don't go to San Andres for the gyms. Our room didn't really have a window, you can't open it and you have no view as it's tinted. I believe the reason is that there is a wall there very close, the rooms on the other side of the corridor seem to have proper windows. Breakfast is very simple, not good quality, and their system doesn't make much sense: it is a buffet breakfast but you have to wait for them to put things on your plate... which goes against the idea of a buffet and makes it very slow. I don't really get it either why they ask for your room number when you have to wear a wristband anyways. Another disappointment was the staff, whatever we asked for (longer luggage storage, earlier check-in, laundry service, etc), the answer was always no, and they also couldn't (or mostly felt like didn't care to) give any recommendations on how to solve these. Also at breakfast they don't seem to care much about making it a better experience.

La propiedad no la muestran como es real en las áreas comunes, una piscina muy pequeña y sin ambiente la cierran muy temprano y los martes dicen que la cierran por mantenimiento todo el día, parece un hostal para el precio que cobran, aparte nos tocó una habitación con goteras en el techo.

Location - in the centre of town and close to the beach. The room was clean and modern. Housekeeping was amazing.

Check in procedure was cumbersome and inflexible. Having to leave a security deposit for a second key cheapened the experience. Breakfast has a limited choice and strange rationing system whereby it’s a buffet yet you’re not allowed to take the amounts you want. Gym had virtually nothing in it apart from a couple of running machines a bike and a few dumbbells. No hot water ( it would come and go at best).

I did enjoy my stay at the hotel, but I found very inconvenient that the restaurant is only open during the day and doesn’t have the dinner option, very often the places outside are very crowded with big lines to get some food and the hotel should have the option to eat in the restaurant.

Overall a great experience here. Friendly staff, central location, great breakfast options, clean & nice rooms. Special shoutout to Señor David for making us feel extra welcome.

We left the room one day, when we came back the toilet was full of paper and everything else, it looks like the person cleaned the room threw all our rubbish in the toilet and it clogged. My wife is Australian, they thought she did that because in her country is like that, but I'm Brazilian and she knows that we throw the paper in the bin. So, that's the only issue, the rest is fine, it's a good hotel, not perfect, not bad.

The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to both beach and harbour.

The gym cardo machines did not function, and some of the employee did not want to be working, but who could blame them for that?
