- Me entregaron la habitación sucia - son haciendo trabajos de mampostería ensima de ti, son pasando andamios por tu lado mientras disfrutas de la piscina - el señor de la piscina regaño a mi hijo por que no se puede jugar balón en las piscinas y lo grabo con el celular - en el bar de la piscina abren a las 12 si quiere un refresco frío tienes que salir a buscarlo por que hasta las 12 nadie te lo descasa y no colocan nada de música en el bar - no puedes cargar nada a tu habitación todo lo tienes que pagar inmediatamente. Realmente para el precio hay otros hoteles muchísimos mejores

Me gustaría que el hotel tuviera carpas en la playa. En esa zona el mar es muy lindo, el área es muy concurrida y es difícil conseguir carpa.

We traveled to celebrate my wife’s birthday with family, including relatives from Cali who met us in Bogotá before flying to San Andrés together. From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent — guests are welcomed with a glass of champagne, which was a very nice touch. The hotel was very accommodating, the service was great, and having a cabana right in front of the pool made the trip even more special. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in San Andrés.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, los restaurantes son buenos y ofrecen variedad de platos y productos. El personal es atento y tiene una buen ubicación. Nosotros veníamos de la Isla de Providencia, así que esa noche pudimos descansar cómodamente, tiene buen sistema de amortiguación del sonido, por lo que no se escucha dentro de la habitación, el ruido de la calle. Lo recomiendo.

Um carinhoso abraço nas três. Também destaco o café da manhã por ser um almoço pela variedade de proteínas( frango, gado, porco, peixe), sopas variadas , frutas, sucos, cereais, tudo a vontade e de ótima qualidade.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026De ligging tov het strand en zwembad. Onze bungalow lag aan t zwembad en dat is met kinderen heel fijn.
De vochtigheid in t huisje. Het is vochtig op het eiland, maar omdat de ramen aan achterkant van de bungalows niet meer open kunnen, blijft het vocht hangen in t huisje. Zonde dat ze er aan de achterkant iets hebben gebouwd. Ze hebben wel een ontvochtiger neergezet.

Hotel has great restaurants, rooms are clean, staff was professional and helpful. Found other hotels in the area that were also nice, but not on the beach. The price of the room was a fraction more or equal to other hotels. Although right on the beach, beach chairs and tent/umbrella are rented out by the locals (20,00cop Approx $5USC). Beach/pool towels are provided by hotel. Would stay at Casablanca again

However when we arrived early we asked if there was any rooms available and the staff said no a minute later they asked if we wanted early check in for a hundred dollars and we said yes tired from a long flight . We booked a room with an ocean view and verified it with the check-in staff the room was ocean side but all you could see was palm trees not the picture expedia showed with a clear view to the ocean-we get into the room it smells like mildew and it was cold so we adjusted the ac and went to eat we came back and the bed was wet and the floor was wet too. we called the staff and maintence showed up and basically blamed us saying we adjusted the ac and told us to wait 10 minutes we did and had to call again because everything was wet the staff came again and changed the bed covers and said if it happens again they will try to change us to a different room. so we went back out to visit place and came back it still was mildewed but we were exhausted and went to sleep. The hotel doesn’t look like the photos you see it is an older hotel and needs upgrades there is mold in the door and ceilings . The staff were nice but should of changed rooms we when called several times about smell and water all around the ac and floor If I were booking again I would not go to this hotel too many issues and no way to fix them. but we still had a great time san andre’s is beautiful very busy place Just make sure you go on the hotels site

Falta uma academia, e ao chegar vc desembarca na rua e tem que andar uns 100m para chegar na recepção do hotel. Penso que tbm deveria ter algo que benfeciasse o hóspede na praia, barracas exclusivas, serviço de Bar etc
