The staff on the front desk were exceptional, dealing with our booking they changed our room as I hurt my back a few days before our visit and couldn't get up to our room on the first floor . We also liked that it was quite around the pool area.

Estuvimos 2 días solo en el hotel y la verdad fue excelente todo. El hotel está muy bien situado , en el pueblo cerca de la playa y avenida principal donde está la animación. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy moderno y nuevo. Las camas muy cómodas y amplias y mucho silencio por la noche . Todo el personal amable y simpático. La comida me pareció de lo mejor que he tenido en un hotel de 4 estrellas. Desayuno todo bueno , café , bollería y una gran variedad. De cena igual , variedad y calidad , muy bien . Al no estar en la parte antigua de la ciudad se aparca bien. La piscina no es inmensa pero hay que tener en cuenta que no es un complejo muy grande es más que suficiente y es muy chula esa parte. Muy contento con el hotel

Our room was amazingly quiet which is just what we needed. Very clean with lovely staff. The hotel food was amazing with plenty of choice. Everything was clean and the staff were professional as well as friendly.

servizi scarsi ed info non accurate. la piscina solo una senza scivoli nè altro. attenzione che questo albergo ha una direzione completamente sorda alle esigenze della clientela, quindi se avete bisogno di una modifica, non sarà probabilmente accolta.

A hotel felszereltsége megfelelő, a szoba szép és tiszta volt. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Az étterem a szokásos svédasztalos kiszolgálást nyújtja, de minden este más témával, bőséges és változatos volt. Sok program van a hotelen belül, az animátor csapat Lili, Safy és Belen gondoskodik róla, hogy kicsik és nagyok is jól szórakozzanak. A szálloda elhelyezkedése tökéletes volt. Az egész csapat kiváló, köszönöm Giorgianak a sok kedvességet mindent megtett, hogy igazán különlegessé tegye a tartózkodásunkat :) Összességében egy kellemes, pihentető nyaralásunk volt, mindenkinek ajánlani tudom a hotelt. Mindenképpen visszatérünk. :)

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni presso questo hotel e siamo davvero soddisfatti dell’esperienza! L’hotel dista a circa 5 min dalla spiaggia più vicina e dalla zona di Corralejo in cui ci sono tanti bar e ristoranti. Accanto all’hotel c’è un grande supermercato e farmacia, che possono essere utili per qualsiasi esigenza. La nostra spiaggia preferita rimane però quella della zona delle dune, a circa 10’ di taxi dall hotel, davvero grandissima (come quelle americane), immersa nel parco naturale di Corralejo Ottima pulizia delle camere. La bimba si è divertita tantissimo in piscina (c’è una piscina per bimbi con due scivoli, la cui acqua è riscaldata) e durante le attività proposte dal mini club. Le animatrici Safy e Liliana si impegnano tantissimo per intrattenere i bimbi durante il giorno con attività molto creative! Ottimo servizio anche al ristorante. Musica e animazione mai invadente, perfetto per famiglie e chiunque voglia solo rilassarsi.

Si potrebbe migliorare la qualità degli antipasti e dei primi/risotti durante le cene. Suggerirei inoltre di aumentare di qualche grado la temperatura dell’acqua del piscina per adulti, così da renderla simile a quella della piscina per bimbi.

We had a great family holiday here for Easter. We booked a suite with whirlpool bath which was large and comfortable if a little plain! Opening on to a large roof terrace with our own sunbeds was great and we all enjoyed the large whirlpool bath ( just allow time to run it). We went all inclusive and felt we got value from this. Breakfast was plentiful and lunch at the pool bar had various options including pizza, salad, sandwiches, pasta, fish and tapas. We enjoyed bingo or a quiz before a singer each night. All were ok with 2 or 3 acts being exceptional looking forward to seeing the lovely Charlotte on the voice! The pool was a nice temperature and we never reserved sunbeds but got them daily, there are lovely sofas around the pool too. Its very deep! In terms of location, perfect for corralejo and all it has to offer. Short walk to the waterpark and beach with shops on the doorstep. Not the prettiest views as on a road but again didn't bother us. Id advise visiting the market and going up the clock tower as well as the waterpark. Also shopping is great. I wanted to thank the hotel assistant manager, my son got locked in the toilet in the pool bar and she left him a lovely apology in the room. Mostly the staff were friendly and efficient. Hi to my morrocan chef friend who always spoke to me after seeing me in my morroco shirt! It was a lovely touch to give our son chocolate at Easter. Thank you for a wonderful stay we would have no hesitation returning

The wifi was awful even after the upgrade and the bbc channels didn't work on the TV. This didn't bother us particularly.Dinner was hit and miss with some nights much better than others however we ate every night there and never went hungry.

la qualità degli alimenti della colazione che ritengo molto scarsa e i molti insetti neri che soggiornavano ovunque compresa zona colazione. Estetica e architettura: il bagno cieco e senza aerazione e con porta di vetro e finestra vetrata che da sul letto all'interno della stanza. Se si accende la luce al bagno durante la notte si illumina tutta la stanza abbagliando chi dorme. Non è presente ne bidet ne doccino cosa che se siete italiani non apprezzerete....

Non posso che fare un complimento a questa stupenda struttura! Staff magnifico,ristorante tutto molto semplice e ottimo! Sempre carne e pesce alla griglia verdure e frutta a volontà! A colazione puoi scegliere pietanze fredde e calde dal dolce al salato! Camerieri gentili e velocissimi ! Piscina di acqua salata è una dedicata interamente ai bambini La struttura vicinissima al c’è puoi uscire tutte le sere a piedi ! la gestione dell'area piscina può migliorare, è difficile riuscire a trovare una sdraio libera a causa di persone che occupano le sdraio senza usufruirne, nonostante ci siano cartelli di divieto ovunque. Ci vorrebbe un maggior controllo da parte dello staff.

Colazione molto varia, qualità non eccelsa. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Mi è piaciuta l'ampia scelta di cuscini e l'acqua viene fornita ogni giorno. La camera era ampia e luminosa

La SPA è molto piccola e non particolarmente curata, inoltre è gestita a parte rispetto all'hotel. Il wifi andava a singhiozzo. La ventola nel bagno senza finestre non era funzionante e anche la cassetta del water faceva un rumore continuo. Si sentivano rumori da fuori e dalle stanze vicine. Era impossibile cambiare la temperatura della stanza, il termostato non funzionava correttamente.

La struttura si trova in posizione perfetta, una strada tranquilla ma vicina alle attività della città di Corralejo. Non è molto grande, ma c'è tutto quello che serve. Ottimo lo staff, e voglio ringraziare in particolare Giorgia (manager alla reception), che si è prodigata in ogni modo possibile per rendere il nostro soggiorno confortevole in seguito a un disguido sul pagamento. Buona la ristorazione, molto buona la pulizia degli ambienti comuni e delle stanze. La nostra era molto bella, nuova e con una bella vista. Lo consiglio a chiunque venga a visitare Fuerteventura!

Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, personeel zeer vriendelijk en het leuke aan het avondeten was dat er iedere avond een ander thema was. We werden ook zeer verrast voor een leuke attractie, bubbles en gebak, op de verjaardag van mijn vrouw. Zeer attent.

Hotel is erg prettig; personeel erg vriendelijk en faciliteiten zijn goed. Eten is redelijk; qua smaak wat meer gericht op Britten lijkt het wel, maar niet onverwacht bij een buffetrestaurant.

Het enige wat misschien kan worden verbeterd/vernieuwd zijn de deuren van de kamers. Dat zou helpen om de gehorigheid te verminderen. De deuren sluiten namelijk niet heel goed af naar de gang en de gangen weerkaatsen best veel geluid.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Je nach Schritttempo ist der Strand in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und das Hotel selbst liegt im Kern von Corralejo mit Shops und Restaurants. Zum Hotel selbst: Der Kinderbereich im Freien - Kinderpool, Spielplatz, Miniclub-Raum - ist ansprechend gestaltet und die Liegen sind so platziert, dass man auch von dort aus eine gute Übersicht und in der Regel einen guten Blick auf die Kinder haben kann. Die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen waren bei uns durchwegs unglaublich freundlich (Rezeption, Bar, Restaurant). Vor allem an der Rezeption gab es eine sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Mitarbeiterin (ich glaube Patricia war ihr Name). Auch im Mini-Club waren die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen grundsätzlich nett, hier ist allerdings Pia hervorzuheben, sie war sehr kompetent und konnte sehr gut mit unserer Kleinen umgehen. Sie war nur leider nicht ständig für den Mini-Club eingeteilt, sondern hauptsächlich für die übrige Animation zuständig (zumindest im ersten, überwiegenden Teil unseres Aufenthalts). Das Hotel war sehr sauber gehalten. Handtuch-Service ist vorhanden.

Wir hätten uns ein bisschen mehr vom Mini-Club erhofft. Unsere Tochter war bisher immer ein großer Fan von der Mini-Disco, in diesem Hotel wollte sie allerdings überhaupt nicht mitmachen und es hat sie gar nicht interessiert. Die Mitarbeiterin, die bei unserem Aufenthalt hauptsächlich den Mini-Club betreut hat, war zwar nett, aber aber hat nicht so ambitioniert gewirkt. Bei Pia (sie hat das toll gemacht) war z.B. immer eine Beschäftigung wie z.B. Knete am Tisch hergerichtet, bei der anderen Mitarbeiterin nicht. Man musste aktiv nachfragen. Auch bei der Mini-Disco hat sie sich kein Konzept überlegt. Meines Erachtens waren genug Kinder vor Ort, die zum Mitmachen animiert hätten werden können. Vermutlich war auch die für die Mini-Disco angesetzte Zeit nicht so ideal (17:15 Uhr). Der Kinderbereich wurde leider oft von Personen ohne Kinder belagert und am letzten Tag hat sich ein älteres Paar ohne Kind auch noch beschwert, aufgrund der neben unserer Liege liegenden Luftmatratze nicht genug Platz zu haben (im Kinderbereich). Der Kinderbereich ist grundsätzlich von den Liegen her nicht so eng gestellt ;-). Die Möbel in unserem Zimmer waren schon ein bisschen abgewohnt (Stoffe bzw. Bezüge von Sessel und Hocker vor allem). Für den Safe muss man extra zahlen.
