Coffee and tea making shelf is too high in our opinion

Basic and in need of upgrade
Lovely staff and breakfast will come back again
Nothing. We were forced to pay before we had even been welcomed or seen our room by a person running adjacent off licence. Run down and very poor quality room, shower and w.c and lots of stairs and corridors to navigate with no help.
It was a very old fashioned guest house in the very busy main street " O'Curry Street" in Kilkee a Co Clare, seaside resort. No parking for guests you were left to find parking in a busy one way town centre. We selected this property from a very unfair unrealistic picture on booking.com and expected a quiet, easy going, guest house for a restful week end Sat 11 July to Mon 13 July. Our first night the noise from the bar, food serving and tv was such we could not stay. Later we had the noise of an disco with no roof close to our room until almost 3am on a hot sticky night. Breakfast choice poor and service slow.
Location.
Price was insane for the standard of accommodation. Bank Holiday Saturday night in an Irish seaside village though so what do you expect.
Room was clean , bed was comfortable and pillows were soft
My daughter and I stayed in a double.room over the August bank holiday weekend. no security late at night resulting in the guesthouse being invaded by a hoard of drunk teenagers, a party in neighbouring room that went on all night. Unknown male banging down the door at 3am purporting to be hotel management and demanding to come in our room, needless to say I did not open the door! I havnt been able to establish who this man was but assumed he was security and was banging down the wrong door. I dont need to put into words how frightening this experience was for 2 females. For clarification I was advised at booking to expect noise from next door nightclub the noise outside the place was something I havnt experienced before however this was not the worst part of the night. I was quite upset about the horrific experience of a man trying to get into our room and although the receptionist was quite sympathetic the following morning there was little she do in terms of an explanation and assured me the owner would be in contact. I am not at all surprised that I have not been contacted going by other reviews online. Bad service is one thing but this guest house is literally a disaster waiting to happen. I would strongly advise any parents of young ladies please dont let your daughters stay in this place. Horrendous experience
A nice place right in the heart of the town. It was clean and well equipped. We were warned about the possibility of noise at night but it turned out to be quiet. We loved the hospitality of the Polish waitress 😍 Irish breakfast served in the hotel was exceptional.
Good location in Kilkee but very noisy from Street traffic and road.
Very noisy, somewhat in disrepair. They need do a huge cleaning of the common areas and open some windows to make the place smell fresher.
The location is 4 minutes walk from the beach so lovely to go for a stroll before breakfast. The breakfast was outstanding kept us going all day. Service was fast and friendly. We loved that you could have a meal out the front on the patio so you could people watch because the pub provided for dinner menu.
There were a lot of stairs. The parkjng is free out front, but is just street parking.
Very friendly staff and lovely food
Staff were good, particularly 1 girl that sourced a fan for us, much appreciated, also best breakfast, fresh & hot, delicious 😋
Extremely hot with weather, pity no air conditioning 😑
The location was perfect.
Almost everything. The room was hot, the shower didn’t drain properly, and the water temperature was either scalding hot or ice cold, the toilet ran off and on all night, someone was smoking near the emergency exit and it made our room smell bad, the door locks required a key from both sides, with only one key, which made it weird.
Annette is the gem of MC. Very tasty breakfast. Lovely room and comfy bed.
Late night music gigs social buzz interferes with a good sleep on Friday and Saturday nights until 1.30am. Also the welcome at the reception desk needs to be improved. Received no smiles or warm welcome. Just business like. Higher price than other local accommodation businesses.
Location was excellent, nice breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful
Rooms very dated ,building in general needs an upgrade
Staying elsewhere and not giving that greedy sly merchant any money at all.
Proprietor refused to honour the deal on booking.com and was very rude, and unnecessarily blaming us for his / your mistake. He even said he didn't care if we'd give a bad review as people only do that out of spite and no one pays attention to them anyway!
The room and bathroom were clean.
I booked the family room, which was supposed to include a double bed and 2 single beds. Upon arrival we were put in a room with 2 double beds. When I went to inquire, the front desk told me, "I do not know why that listing is still on there because that room does not exist any more". I am still unsure if that was the case or if they gave the room to someone else. Overall, the stay was fine but I would not stay at Myles Creek again.
The Staff. Nice breakfast.
Terrible food in bar. Tiny double room. Lots of night noise on both nights of stay from in house disco which interrupted sleep. We had booked two rooms but had to change one due to stench of smoke as previous guests must have been smoking in the room.
Excellent central location, it was my second stay. Nice affordable guesthouse.
Parking is always a bit nerve wracking at this location, keep an eye out for the traffic wardens
I was lovely very near the beach
Front door hard to openit was a bit stiff but we managed
The location, the facilities, breakfast included
Shower not working
The gentleman who check us in was great. And staff is the most important. He helped with advice about what to do and see. The location was great. Parking was easy right on the street (though would be much harder in summer I suspect). Place was kind of charming and had a good bar/restaurant attached.
Shower was only a tiny dribble at times and the drain was clogged. The creamers for the room coffee had spoiled. We can put up with some of that because we know how hard it is to keep everything up, but for the price, it seemed below standard.
Everything
Rien

Location
The bar is nice, and it looks lovely from outside
Cost was high but it was a Saturday night. Rooms dated and small, bathroom grubby, shower door hanging off, water damage on floor.
Not much
Breakfast was v good . Room v ordinary needs to be updated .
Quite dark in the restaurant . Breakfast very nice and staff very helpful . B & B not worth 120e .
Location clean warm

Location
Good location, excellent food
Facilities and bedrooms are very basic
Great food.
Dated decor and bit of a smell. Accommodation was basic but what we expect for price. Staff were lovely, food was beautiful. Rooms were cold and water was cold.
comy and clean room. Very friendly staff
Annette
Heat not on enough of the time
Lovely B&B in a great location, nice staff, good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Nice room with a large bay window and high ceilings.
Small bathroom, but not a deal breaker!
Great location. Friendly staff.
In my opinion, if the price were lower, the rating would be higher. There is a big discrepancy between price and quality.
Location is very good.
Quailty of rooms was only fair. No hot water for shower in morning. A lot of noise from what looked like people living their.
Central location
Noise levels from other rooms, could do with modernisation, fresh paintwork, couldn’t open the window much
Friendly staff central location
All good
Everything was perfect
everything was perfect. check in/out was smooth and effortless. Owner was so friendly and welcoming and the same as the worker in the off lisence next door. bang in the centre of town, shops and pubs on the doorstep.. Will definetly be back
Great location. Nice staff.Breakfast was good .
The hall way need to be updated
The room was lovely fresh & clean suited our needs & great location
Can’t find any fault
The location was central and convenient for our trip.
It is a budget hotel but the rooms are very jaded compared to similarly priced holiday accommodation we have stayed in. In addition, our room smelled of smoke. We wanted to exit the building before 9am to start packing our car but we were locked in. The main entrance was inaccessible so we were considering using the fire escape to leave the hotel!
Ofräsch, smutsigt, slitet och dålig lukt.
It was v central, rooms were nice and warm During the day and night staff were v nice and friendly breakfast was beautiful
The only problem we had was the shower took a long time to heat up we stayed 2 night and 2nd night the water in the shower was just Luke warm and following morning the water was cold so could not take a shower we had no other issues everything else was perfect .
Location value for money with breakfast included
Room was very warm, door was tricky to lock and you can hear other guests moving around in corridor early in the morning
Location, staff were great, dog friendly!!!
Beds not the most comfy.
Szép fogadó, kedves személyzet, jó reggeli.
Very good
Close to sea
Nothing other than location
Shower area , loose beds,, ..
It’s in a great location.
The room was a little cold during the night.
Location
Room was not very warm quilt could be thicker
Sehr nettes Personal.
