Beds were a little on the harder side, but that's my personal opinion. They were big enough.

朝食スペースをフロント前に無理やり作った感があって朝のフロントが変な雰囲気です。 お風呂はサウナも有り、広さも有るのですが人工温泉のニオイなのですかねぇ。独特なニオイが気になりました。

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Don’t believe the photos on the hotel’s website—they are very misleading. * The hotel does not have its own parking. You have to park your car away from the hotel. * The hotel is very old. * If you don’t leave the room key inserted into the wall, there is no electricity. You come back to a hot room every time you go out. * The refrigerator doesn’t work either unless you switch it on. * The breakfast photos on the website are fake. The actual breakfast is definitely not worth ¥1,000. * The room carpet is covered with stains. * I couldn’t use the slippers because they look like they’ve been there for decades, and who knows what skin diseases they may have been exposed to. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

部屋から出ると全ての電気機器が消えるので戻ると部屋が暑い。冷蔵庫も消えている。空気清浄機のフィルターのランプがすでについていた。

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Property is in a great location downtown. Lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel offers extra amenities if you need them (pillows, robes, iron, etc.). Close to the base (within walking distance) if you are working at the base.
Rooms are on the smaller side. Internet was a challenge. Older security protocols, so I never felt completely safe using the internet. It also would go in and out (more out then in)

ビジホとして大浴場、人工温泉はウリかもしれませんが、さすがに狭いので、ちょっと湯舟がキツメ、サウナも人が多いと気を使うレベルです。 1階が手狭で、朝食もチエックアウトの人の波もあると落ち着かない。

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026The shower was excellent. I love how hot it would get and how powerful the shower was. I was pleasantly surprised by the use of the heated toilet seat. The hotel offered extra pillows, and that made sleeping more comfortable.
The breakfast was nice, but it wasn't as good as everything else in the Hotel. The food, especially the eggs, could have been warmer.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026予約でミスをしたので、変更の連絡をした時に柔軟に対応して頂きました。また、提携駐車場についてチェックイン前にお電話させていただいた際にも、丁寧にご対応頂きました。朝食時のスタッフの方も笑顔で対応してくださっていて気持ちが良かったです。
朝食会場がフロントのすぐ横なので、チェックアウトする時にすぐ脇を通らないといけないので少し気を遣いました。
