There was no order, people sleeping in the rooms closer to reception were making noise and no one was considerate of other guests, the employees were not too welcoming, sharing a bathroom with only 1 soap and 1 little shampoo, and only 2 towels

Reviewed May 26, 2026The property is very clean and peaceful. The rooms are very nice and clean.
The owner of the property is very rude. We made our booking on bookings.com and we had discounts. The owner told the stuff not to let us in because he doesn’t take discounts as bookings with discounts does not appear on his system. We argued about this issue till he told his stuff to give us a very lower standard room that didn’t even have a bathroom, which isn’t the one we selected on Bookings.com. My husband and I refused and asked that they help us with refund processes. He then instructed his stuf to give us a better room. That man is so rude, even to his Stuff.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026The gardens. Well-maintained lush ground covers. Idyllic pieces of 3D artwork and a beautiful touch of vintage lifestyle.
The en suite room I was accommodated in compromised privacy. A door 🚪 should have been installed to afford occupants absolute privacy, separating the bathroom and toilet from the main staying/sleeping area. I did raise the issue with the staff, to which they promised it will receive attention.
