The property was well located 4min drive to Ilanga mall, very clean, peaceful, very good staff.

Havia interferência externa( barulho), não sei se é a localização do quarto … porém ouvia-se tudo que acontecia do lado de fora. Tirando isso, nao tenho outras queixas.

I was fortunately upgraded from the Deluxe double room to the Deluxe King room . That’s the room you want to be in 💯🔥.

It was neglected, no one was there. Guy came running on checking in. Only cleaners were present when checking out.

The place in located in closed to the mall and the garage with makes it more convenient. The rooms are spotless clean and the accommodation cateres for everyone(kids friendly). Staff is well trained. I was welcomed by Future, his very professional. Mohamed the owner is very friendly and cares for his guests. I highly recommend this Cascades, its worth the money you pay. I'll definitely book there again.

There's no Breakfast at the venue.when we left to the other apartment for the breakfast they said they are already close it was 9h40 so we never had a breakfast at the venue we had to go out,I had a flat tire I guess a screw or nail from the venue punch my tire I called the 067 emergency number, no reply, there were no receptionist there the guy who open the gate came from the other lodge called Cycad he said the receptionist is off he checked us in from then I only saw the lady cleaner the following day, no one else we even checked out Sunday Morning to the house keeper,the outside front of our entrance was dirty. The bed is hard my ribs is painful

T.v it was best. Location is great in the middle.where you can access anything you need.easy to move around.

Não gostei de não ter o pequeno almoço. É necessário criar condições para servir o pequeno almoço, e Nos quartos, devem também colocar alguns chás e não só capuchinos.

I enjoyed my stay at Cascades guest lodge. The location is perfect, the room was neat and the staff were friendly. I had a minor issue with the TV not connecting to the internet but the staff helped me resolve the issue. I would recommend that they put in two pin or USB wall sockets to make it easy for guests to charge their cellphones. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

They don’t know how to manage bookings from Bookings.com We almost did not check in because we were told it was fully booked when the booking was confirmed 3 weeks ago.
