Quality Inn & Suites

Great rate and perfect location for us

Breakfast was poor, all artificial, very little fruit (only apples)… extremely disappointing!

Beds cleaning and faclities excellent

Digital T-Stats are complicated, need heating controls on unit. Batroom sink to high and small in Queen Double Room Kitchenette. Better Tv Options or Make Steaming avalible ie:youtube

Дуже затишний готель з чудовим ремонтом. Неперевершений персонал і сервіс. Сніданок був дуже смачний. Наступного разу знову оберемо це місце для зупинки.

The stay suited my needs-will stay again

Nothing at all

Breakfast was great. The property has very limited attractions. Hardly any grass and over a plan Jane

Overall I enjoyed the hotel. The look was not very appealing.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, staff were friendly and kind! We were happy to see gluten free and dairy free breakfast options y try hat accommodated our dietary restrictions.

Lots of parking space

Small crowded lobby

We appreciated that the hotel accommodated our request for gluten free and dairy free breakfast options.

Location

We travelled with a child, and he loved the pancake making machine; good breakfast.

The kitchen facility is excellent for this price range. We enjoyed cooking dinner using the kitchen facility. Everything is clean and neat. We love to stay here and will be back again.

The ice machine is located only on the first floor.

A nice big room with a kitchenette.

Great location Excellent coffee

No pool or hot tub

The staff were SO nice and accommodating. Best experience I’ve had with any hotel I’ve stayed in. Will be coming back!

Continental breakfast is important.

Convenient location and clean! Great choice for breakfast!

Conveniently located

The suites are a terrific idea for people on road trips. The staff was excellent and it’s very clean.

Nothing, I’d stay there every time.

Convenient location

Location, size of room, full size fridge,

Breakfast was great. Room was a little small but there were two attendants working quickly to keep everything clean and well stocked. LOL The block heaters must have worked, because our car started in the frigid morning,

Our room had a sort of kitchenette - had to kill a red bug that crawled out from under the hotplate and across the counter! Other than that everything was perfect.

Everything, the staff was so helpful and inviting.

That there wasn't a pool

We enjoyed the fancy coffee machine and fresh baked cookies in the lobby. Breakfast was good. Beds and pillows were comfy. Kitchenette would be good if staying longer.

Bathroom was small with limited vanity space.

Comfortable bed, room had kitchen and had everything we needed. Good and varied breakfast in the morning. Dog friendly, even gave our pup some treats.

Heater had a loud click when it came on and every 10 seconds so woke us up a few times.

Was a wonderful room. Very spacious and had everything. I was overwhelmed of how nice it was. Exceeded my expectations.

Not a thing.

Very nice breakfast was good room clean

Should have a mat when you come in doorway of room

Location, cleanliness, fast check-in, use of meeting room, friendly staff

Nothing at all

Looks like we saved the best for last! This was the last hotel we stayed at on a cross country trip and worth the wait. Spacious, comfy beds, kitchenette, very clean, well priced, and absolutely the best free breakfast we had in 15 stays. Real eggs, sausage, hash browns, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice that wasn’t watered down, muffins, granola bars, and a specialty coffee machine. The staff was great. When the smoke alarm in our room malfunctioned we were given a new room on the same floor within minutes. Highly recommended!

Staff very friendly

The room itself was clean and spacious although the room description indicated it was a queen size bed but clearly it was a double. I did talk to the representative at the front desk and asked why I didn't get a queen when I booked one? The representative replied saying that is the size of their queen beds. I said in the normal world that is a double. False advertising. The breakfast was very good, a wide selection of healthy options and the staff were excellent.

Comfy bed, clean, like the individually wrapped items in the continental breakfast.

Spacious and clean.

Great location and clean.

I had high hopes for this place based on the reviews but it was just “meh”. The hotel was very hot. Not sure if they were experiencing air conditioning issues but the hotel felt very hot and muggy/humid in the halls and common areas to the point it was uncomfortable. The breakfast was just ok, have had much better continental breakfasts at other hotels. The rooms were not very sound proof, you could hear every step the people from above the room were taking, made it hard to stay asleep when you could hear all the noise other people were making. I also found the hotel staff to not be overly friendly or welcoming. There was also an issue upon check in where I had been charged twice on my credit card. Hoping it actually got resolved and will wait to see the extra charges refunded. Overall was just an ok stay for 1 night but will most likely not stay here again.

Excellent facility, very clean, fast wifi, I did hear a bit of traffic but it wasn't really too bad.

It was a perfect spot and very clean and friendly

Everything!

Comfortable and accommodating

The Sunday breakfast ended a half hour too early for me

Great breakfast! Good service !

Easy to get too. Easy and safe to park for the night.

Great staff

The hotel is conveniently located

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and well looked after. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. We requested a room with a bathtub/shower combination. The request was answered and completed. Well done. I made the same requested for a quality Inn in Winnipeg and didn't get what I asked for.

The hot breakfast was great and replenished. Goes to 10:00 am! The mini kitchen is nice if you want to cook. Easy to get downtown and shopping and restaurants were close

All good including price

I wanted to check in early and they accommodated that request. I really like the free coffee at the lobby.

Quiet and comfotable

Clean rooms and, friendly staff and good breakfast

My mother and her friend stayed here and found it to be a great hotel. Nice and clean with everything they needed

Good stay for one (weekday) night. Clean, quiet, comfy beds. Well maintained common areas. Breakfast decent… a bit above average I’d say for a ‘free’ hotel serve yourself breakfast. Would definitely return if overnighting in Moose Jaw again.

Kitchenette- full size fridge

The best part of this hotel was the staff … they went the extra mile for us! Even volunteered a connection to give us to the concert otherwise we would have missed most of it!!!!

All areas were great room was clean and fresh wifi was good breakfast had a great amount of options

Food options were great love the coffe choices

The location was very accessible and close to the tourist center. The room was spacious and very well equipped. We enjoyed a one night stayover and the beds were super comfortable. The complimentary coffee and cookies in the lobby was a treat for my sons. The breakfast pancake on demand station was a hit. The other breakfast options were also great.

Good location, relatively quiet. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to us.

Although it was clean, our room smelled like wet dog. Breakfast was sub par. Hotel was very expensive compared to hotels in other cities like it.

Spacious and clean room. Appreciated the kitchen and dinner / table ware. The bathroom was a bit cramped however it also was very clean.

Lobby is inviting with the smell of freshly brewed coffee that they have available for guests all day. Friendly staff. The rooms are clean, spacious and have higher than average ceilings. Beds and pillows are comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Location is convenient with ample parking . Wonderful breakfast. This will be my hotel in Moose Jaw .

It was all good.

Great place to stay.

We had a great stay at the Quality Inn Suites in Moose Jaw.

Room had a great little kitchenette and was an excellent location for people wanting easy access to the highway. The breakfast was nothing special but was completely fine.

The 24 hour available coffee was amazing. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Property very clean and inviting. Room has small kitchenette. Check out is at noon. Breakfast is very good. Nothing at all negative to say about this hotel.

It was clean and comfy

Close by to downtown

Cleanliness of the facility. Staff was very friendly and always available. Breakfast was a real treat.

Breakfast lounge could use a little bit more space. People tend to flock the place in the early morning.

A nice big room , comfortable and clean. The kitchenette was adequately equipped.

Nothing really

It was a good clean hotel

Room was comfy, gym was functional, breakfast was good!

Floor was sticky, seemed like it hadn't been washed, bathroom smelled of cigarettes

The breakfasts is excellent,Coffee maker is excellent. Location is also excellent! Staff are great, and the place is so clean👍

Free coffee and cookies in the lobby was a nice afternoon treat! The gal that was working when I checked in gave me some good dining options!
