La cocina estaba muy poco equipada y faltaban cosas básicas como frigorífico, cubiertos, vasos, jabón y papelera. El aire acondicionado no se podía usar porque no había mando y tanto la habitación como el baño tenían un fuerte olor a humedad y alcantarillado.

Logement très bien placé, à deux pas de la plage, chambre confortable et fonctionnelle, je recommande !

The family were very kind and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the balcony. The location is absolutely amazing, only a few minutes walk from what we think was the nicest end of Mirissa Beach.

Vraiment au top. La famille est vraiment adorable La chambre est spacieuse et très propre. Il y a une petite terrasse devant la porte, la salle de bain est grande. Une moustiquaire recouvre le lit et c'est super vu le nombre de moustiques. Une cuisine commune est à disposition avec un frigo, très pratique pour cuisiner et mettre des boissons au frais vu la chaleur. Bon emplacement . Service de laverie (600 roupies le kilo), bon prix , rapide et le linge sentait bon.

Un très bon rapport qualité prix pour Mirissa, juste à côté de la plage, propre, ventilateur donc c’est ok pour la température la nuit !

SUPER!😍🌴 Krásné a pohodlné ubytování-ve skvělé vzdálenosti od moře🌊, obchodu i autobusové zastávky! Využili jsme pokoj s klimatizací. Byl čistý, s nádhernou terasou. Koupelna byla čistá. Brzy nad ránem lze na střeše slyšet opice, jak si skáčou pro manga!🥭 🙈 A pokud budete mít štěstí, tak je i zahlédnete! To je sen.🥹 Ubytování jsme využili hlavně kvůli kuchyňce. Byla dostačující. Poprvé jsme na ubytování narazili na tříděné koše! Super!

Ocenili bychom lepší vybavení a čistotu-staré houbičky na nádobí, lednice nebyla moc čistá. Na tom se dá samozřejmě zapracovat!🙏🏼🤩

The room was nice and the bed comfortable. You’re only 100 meters away from the beach, which is fantastic! There’s a shared kitchen, with toaster, blender, kettle, refrigerator and gas double burner.

Le logement est idéalement situé, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. Il est possible de se garer à l’intérieur avec un tuktuk ou un scooter.

Le seul point négatif est l’absence de climatisation, seulement un ventilateur au plafond ce qui rend la chambre qui très humide.

good location, close to the ocean

Photos on the site are better than in reality. A good location is near the ocean, but very wet, there is a smell of dampness and there is mold in the room, there is no air conditioner, only a fan. My number was on the ground floor, and from humidity, even the phone worked poorly, showed an indicator of water hit.

All was fantastic! Good localisation: clise distancdvyo beach and good restaurant, but quiet. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Very, very helpful host!!!

Very nice little Guesthouse in a fantastic location, steps away from amazing Mirissa beach and surf break. Great and fast wifi, very central located but quit. Few minutes walk away from many restaurants and cool beach cafes. Clean and great value for money. Very kind and helpful family owning this guesthouse.

Nice homestay in a central location a few steps away from a very beautiful beach. Very friendly and helpful family. Top rooms having a communal balcony with a nice view.

The location, near the beach, bus stop, eateries and shops. Spacious room, comfortable bed with mosquito netting, armchairs and table on the balcony. Spotlessly clean. A homely feeling with the presence of the owner's parents and children all living together in their part of the property. The nice grandpa brought me a flask of hot water every day for my morning coffee and afternoon tea. I felt so at home that I extended my stay from 2 to 4 days!

Very close to the beach and easy access to anything you need. The host was very kind and helpful, even helped me with my bike which I highly appreciate. The room is clean, spacious and hot water! I only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again.

The father and son running this place are very friendly and kind, they understand English. The room and bathroom were very clean. Also hot water from the shower. There is mosquito net. The son helped me to find out the bus schedule. Good laundry service, in a couple of hours was ready, 600 rupees/kilo

The location was perfect, only a 3 minute walk to the beach and many bars/clubs nearby. The owners were really friendly.

There were soo many mosquitoes and ants and other insects in the room, even if you kept everything closed. Be sure to bring some spray with you because even if you try to kill all of them there will be new ones every day. The room smelt bad and of dampness, the bathroom had a weird smell the whole time. The mattress was really thin and therefore it was really hard. The Wifi didn't work, only sometimes it worked a tiny bit. At first the fan didn't work. I pretty much only had the bed in the room so I had to put all my stuff on the floor.

No power, room full of bugs, no wifi and overcharged, location good but very noisy

Located on quiet street, 5 minute walk from beach, pretty basic but clean room, super nice and friendly host!

the location was good, the room was large and Wi-Fi worked well. a/c was also good and necessary.

there were at least 50-60 mosquitoes in the room upon checkin and spent over an hour killing all of them. the room also advertised a private kitchen and was the reason I chose this place, but there was only a separate, shared empty room with a counter and no kitchen appliances or utensils.
