Zum Frühstücken auf der Aussenterrassse gab es angeblich nur 2-er Tische. Allein die äußerst unfreundliche Frühstücksdame, hat das Urlaubsvergnügen schon morgens getrübt.

The food was 3 star, and the room (including the air conditioning) was just right. The pool was crystal clear and exactly the right temperature for me. The beach was a short walk across the street, but actually I preferred the pool area and "dipped my toe" in the Mediterranean just a couple of times.

The [one] elevator was not enough sometimes, crowded and long wait time. When we checked out, I got a credit card receipt but NOT an itemized list of charges, which is unusual for hotels I frequent. I know I paid for the room via BOOKING, but the 550+ EURO charges for food, etc deserved an itemized receipt.

I wasn't quite sure I could have used the lift through the entrance to take me to reception for check-in and used the stairs. There should be a clear sign through entrance "Lift to Reception".

It was ideal for us, can imagine it might be too quiet for some people in evenings but plenty of night life on the doorstep if you want it.

The location was good. The pool area was lovely and not too crowded, easy to get a sun lounger. Great breakfast, and really helpful staff.

Varias cosas: 1. Un solo ascensor: aunque son solo 3 pisos y es fácil moverse por escaleras, el ascensor se demoraba mucho en llegar (una de mis hijas tenía un esguince en el pie y nos tocaba movernos por ascensor) 2. No hay agua en las habitaciones: en los últimos 6 años he viajado todos los veranos en Europa y siempre hay o agua o una Jara de agua de tal water. no me había tocado que solo hubiera agua en el minibar a precio de mini bar… incluso en cama d’or donde me quedé antes, había un dispensador de agua en cada piso y una botella en la habitación para uno llenarla 3. Tampoco había agua en el gym. Esto también es un first. 4. El aire acondicionado o climatización no funcionó ninguna de las 2 noches que estuvimos. El personal fue amable y atendió nuestra solicitud 4 veces pero aún así nunca se arregló. 5. Llegamos a la pisicina a las 5 de la tarde y nos dijeron que después de las 3 ya jk había posibilidad de pedir algo de snacks…

The location was amazing and the view from our room delightful.

The shower wasn’t well placed in the room and had some wear and tear. We were also celebrating a 40th, which they said they knew, but there was no mention of this which I thought was a little poor. The pool was also too quiet and lacked enough sun beds.

Erstklassiges Frühstück, sauberes Zimmer, fantastischer Pool.

Zimmer sehr eng, Balkone ohne Sichtschutz. Offenes Badezimmer mit einer WC-Tür, die nicht bis zur Decke reicht (keine Privatsphäre). Nur ein Aufzug, der auch vom Personal genutzt werden muss. Dadurch längere Wartezeiten.

Nous avons apprécié le calme et l’emplacement de la chambre, le professionnalisme et la réactivité du personnel, les attentions en chambre (café, thé, rideaux occultants), ainsi que la qualité et la variété du petit déjeuner. Le restaurant avec sa vue magnifique et le dîner excellent, ainsi que le coin piscine agréable, ont également fortement contribué à la qualité du séjour.

Le seul bémol concerne le manque de contrôle sur la réservation abusive des transats à la piscine dès le matin.

Pool area up many steps and sun beds reserved with towels not used all day meaning they were hard to get. Should have towels taken off after 1 hour. Restaurant was almost comical, despite booking a table at reception they did not expect us. While are table was being made ready they gave it to another couple. We did get it back. Then the wrong starter came, it was replaced with the right one. Our main course went to another table. Then we got someone else’s drinks. For breakfast the same problem, got someone else’s order sent it away and got the wrong omelette next, having established what I wanted they never came back with it. Gave up and got something from the buffet.

This hotel is located at an absolutely beautiful spot and the views are fantastic from the rooms, the pool area and the restaurant alike. The staff was helpful and friendly, they also spoke good English. Parking can be a bit difficult but we always managed to find a spot nearby. We had breakfast and dinner included. The dinner is a la carte in their gourmet restaurant with a discount offered for the guests of the hotel. All items we tried were superbly delicious. The location is great, right by the beach in a quiet part of the town, a few minutes walk to the tram, to a small Spar, and plenty of restaurants around.

The only thing I didn't like in this hotel was the size of the rooms. Really small and the layout is not the best, no separate bathroom just a sink in the room and a glass door to the toilet and to the shower separately, the door not even going up all the way. So you will hear sounds, etc. Definitely don't stay here with your new date :D On the positive side, the rooms had nice furnishings and extra perks like iron (so rare to find in hotels), enough hangers, bathrobes, slippers. We had a huge terrace with sunbeds but it would've been nice to have an umbrella too, so that you can actually use it also when it's too sunny, but this is just being too picky.

Pure Salt ligt op een prachtige locatie in een adembenemende baai. Zeer schone omgeving en omgeven door geweldige restaurantjes. Een omgeving waar je zeer goed tot rust kan komen. Een absolute aanrader is om daar een elektrische iets te huren, en de omgeving te ontdekken. Qua uitzichten val je van de ene in de andere verbazing. Het hotel zelf heeft zeer vriendelijk personeel, en het ontbreekt er aan niets. Tip is wel om een kamer met zeezicht te nemen. Het ontbijtbuffet is zeer compleet en van goede kwaliteit. Ook het restaurant in het hotel is een aanbeveling. Het zwembad daarentegen is weer klein en je moet geluk hebben om een ligbank te bemachtigen. De poolbar is dan wel weer een aangename verassing.

Om een heerlijke dag op het strand te kunnen verblijven, moet je al vrij vroeg je strandbedden gaan reserveren. Na 11:00u lukt het niet meer. Best ook je diner reserveren, want de restaurants zitten vaak vol. Vooral de authentieke keuken.

L’emplacement est génial. Bien qu’il n’y ait pas de stationnement directement à l’hôtel, il y a des stationnements tout près et facile d’accès. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, plusieurs choix dans le buffet, mais nous pouvons aussi commander des options comme pancakes, œufs bénédictines etc. La piscine est très agréable. Ils offrent également une consommation de bienvenue (vin, bière..)

Manque d’oreiller pour dormir, donc moins confortable. Le séchoir à cheveux était brisé et bien qu’il y avait un mini bar très bien rempli, aucun ouvre-bouteille n’était sur place.

El desayuno es excelente y la amabilidad del personal también. Lo único que recomiendo es sacar habitaciones con balcón porque las que no tienen son muy chicas.

Great location, great sea and mountain view from the sea view rooms, decent breakfast (with a view), access to swimming pool with a stunning view. Modern and relaxing vibes.

No proper doors on the bathrooms which is a bit weird. Balconies are not totally private, they are linked together, but its a great view. Not sure if its a new hotel but the staff seemed very nervous and a bit confused (speaking Spanish or English!), they need to relax! The "wellness area" is only available 10-5pm so if you're out and about all day this won't be accessible to you, but there are other hotels nearby with similar services until 9pm.

The room had strong humidity issues with very bad smell. They changed our room to the one next to it which had the same issue. We had to ask again and we changed the room 3 times for at the end a very small room

Great sized room, bright and clean and very nicely designed. The hotel overall was just lovely. Staff were terrific and responsive.

The heat/AC was a problem. I appreciate the explanation of the hotel but the lack of AC in April made things uncomfortable. We opened the door at one point and inadvertently let in a very large flying bug. That was the last time we kept the door or window open.

Die Zimmer hätten etwas gründlicher geputzt werden dürfen. Teilweise noch Haare/ Staubmäuse in Dusche und unter dem Tischen und Stühlen war allerdings vom Personal abhängig. Der junge Mann war gründlicher als die Dame.

Bett quietscht bei jeder Bewegung wegen dem Metallgitter unter der Matratze - am Morgen Rückenschmerzen, auf dem Klo geht aufrechtes Sitzen nicht, weil der Klodeckel in den Rücken drückt, beim Check-out sagen wir, dass es uns im Zimmer 330 nicht gefallen hat, aber niemand will wissen weshalb, wir kommen bestimmt trotz der super Lage und schönen Pool nie wieder.

Breakfest was ok, everything what you need (if you are not vegan), but normally I expect from hotels to serve something extra compared to what we normally have at home, but that is just me.

Very nice hotel in beautiful surroundings and with very pleasant staff. The facilities were nice and well kept, which gave a comforting atmosphere. Breakfast had a very nice selection (even if the coffee machines could use replacement with proper ones).

The room was generally very nice, but the soundproofing was not exactly doing its job, so it was very clear in the morning when they started cleaning the surrounding rooms and when people were walking and talking in the corridors. The hotel had ads for massage, but the staff for that were on holidays, which was very disappointing (just remove the ads if you can't provide the service...).

Todo la verdad trabajo de mantenimiento en un hotel i este me da envidia muy tranquilo bien cuidado ,hasta el olor al entrar gusta y el personal en su mayoria super agradable nos hizo mucha gracia que al ver que eramos de Mallorca se les cambiaba la cara y todo jajaja pero en el buen sentido ya que como bien digo todos fueron un encanto.

Seria por poner peros aunque la verdad me encanto , el zumo de naranja dejaba que desear como trabajador de un hotel entiendo que hay que rentabilizar y que si no seria mas caro pero estando en Sóller que tiene la fama de sus naranjos y que el zumo sea uno industrial o de tetrabrik .....meee pequeño fallo siendo un hotel de cierta categoría pero seria por poner alguna pega lo demas mas o menos bien de merienda que es lo que tuvimos pues calidad aceptable sinceramente.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Sehr schönes Ambiente, viele Möglichkeiten zum verweilen.

L'hôtel est situé en bordure de plage du port de Soller où il est agréable de déambuler. Le petit déjeuner est servi avec vue sur la mer et, hormis le buffet déjà bien diversifié, on peut commander, par exemple des oeufs Benedict ou autres tortillas. Certains membres du personnel sont agréables.

Nous avons été mis dans une chambre qui tenait un peu du placard à balais (pas de chaise dans la chambre, par exemple, juste deux tabourets sous le plan de travail mais que nous ne pouvions pas placer ailleurs) avec une terrasse grande mais au fond d'un puits de plus de 4 mètres de profondeur, aucune vue (les arbres qui auraient pu être taillés pour apercevoir la montagne ne le sont pas) mais les autres chambres ont vue sur cette terrasse. J'avais demandé une chambre très calme alors je me suis dit que ceci était peut être dû à cela mais non car nous étions voisins avec le wellness: à 7 heures du matin, réveil donc (le premier matin avec bavardage fort du personnel qui s'installe, les autres matins avec des bruits de déménagements incessants jusqu'à ce que nous quittions les lieux; malgré ma demande du premier matin, la porte du local wellness reste grande ouverte pour que nous puissions profiter, sans doute). Ma table de chevet était bancale. L'usage de la balance avait fait des traces noires dans la salle de bains qui n'ont pas été complètement effacées au ménage Le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. Juste deux patères dans la salle de bains et une barre minuscule pour les serviettes, au dessus du lavabo donc inutilisable pour les grandes serviettes (pour info dans la cabine du ferry il y a 4 patères et 3 anneaux pour les serviettes). Les 4 sachets de sucre, les capsules de café et le sachet de rooibos, la bouteille d'eau de 50cl que nous avons consommés le premier soir n'ont pas été renouvelés. Bref, à plus de 180 euros la nuit, nous étions moins bien lotis que dans notre hôtel de Minorque moitié moins cher (mais où il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner)

Unser Zimmer war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Mir hat gut gefallen, dass Dusche und WC getrennt sind. Man konnte per QR-Code Omeletts oder weitere Eier-Speisen auswählen. Der Service war freundlich und zugewandt.

Die Zimmer wurden lediglich oberflächlich gereinigt. Der Boden wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht einmal geputzt bzw. gesaugt.

Having to book the spa facilities as they need to warm the sauna & steam room up and then when we arrive at that time it wasn’t turned on for us! We requested to keep the room on and then we was locked out and we had to still pay for the late room even though we had incurred two inconveniences! Also the pool bar man was extremely rude!

We were there mid/end of April so not yet in full busy season but if felt a bit chaotic at times, particularly at breakfast as you have to wait to be assigned a table rather than just give room number and grab a seat so there was often a queue. There is a buffet breakfast but you can also order eggs etc fresh but actually getting attention of staff to order was almost impossible on some days. They need a better system. Also a couple of times when we came in late or when we left early morning there were wine glasses etc left in lobby for hours which isn't a good look but a very easy fix. Slow service at the bar in the evening as well, and not a very nice pint of beer. Also only one side of bed had bedside light which wasn't good for reading at night. That said, we did have a lovely time, room was great, pool lovely, staff friendly.

We really appreciated the really helpful staff. Nico on reception was excellent. We were made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. The hotel was in beautiful condition with an excellent location next to the sea and views across the bay and mountains. Everything was very clean and well attended to. We enjoyed our breakfast which had an excellent range of food.We also enjoyed wining and dining in the evening and the food was delicious. Excellent bar too. The swimming pool area was very relaxing and aesthetically pleasing with a good location and beautiful view.

Foto - pohled z balkonu (výhled na hory) - při rezervaci neodpovídal skutečnosti. Nebyl špatný, jen vyvolal nesprávné očekávání.

A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. A szobák modernek, tiszták, jól felszereltek, az ágy kényelmes. A reggeli finom, bőséges, nagy a választék. A hotel nagyon szép helyen van, plusz pont az illatért, ami az érkezőt fogadja!🥰

Egy picike észrevétel: jó lett volna, ha a wellness részlegbe a szaunák mellé egy jakuzzi, vagy egy melegvizes medence is bekerül.

Wir kamen etwas früher an und konnten trotzdem bereits einchecken. Vom Frühstücksbuffet hat man eine fantastische Sicht auf das Wasser und die Stadt.

Auf dem ersten Blick sah alles qualitativ sehr hochwertig aus, der genauere zweite Blick hat leider was anderes gesagt. Bspw. eine sehr schwerfällig Tür und eine undichte Dusche.
