It was hot outside and perfectly cool inside. The location is perfect in via Nassa.

The room was a bit dark.

Titel: Absolut zentrale Lage und sehr schönes Apartment Die Lage des Apartments ist absolut zentral – perfekt, um Lugano zu Fuß zu erkunden und das Auto einfach stehen zu lassen. Besonders praktisch: Über San Carlo gibt es sehr gute und günstige Parkmöglichkeiten mit Unterstützung der Stadt. Wir haben für 3 Tage nur 35 € bezahlt, ohne das Auto zwischendurch herausfahren zu müssen. Einfach das Auto abstellen und bis zu drei Tage Lugano genießen – wirklich top! 👍 Das Apartment selbst ist absolut  modern und sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles wirkt sehr gepflegt. Allerdings ist die Unterkunft nicht unbedingt für Familien geeignet, die gerne im Apartment selbst kochen und essen. Die Küchenausstattung ist wirklich nur auf das absolute Minimum beschränkt. Es gibt zwar eine Küche, aber bei Kochutensilien und Ausstattung fehlt leider einiges, wenn man regelmäßig selbst kochen möchte. Ein wichtiger Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Beim Ein- und Auschecken kann man direkt bis zum Eingang mit dem Auto fahren, um die Koffer bequem aus- bzw. einzuladen. Leider wurde uns das bei der Ankunft nicht gesagt und auch nicht erklärt, wie wir mit dem Auto zum Eingang fahren müssen. Das war unnötig umständlich und kostet für uns leider einen deutlichen Punkt. Insgesamt aber eine sehr gute Unterkunft in perfekter, zentraler Lage, besonders wenn man Lugano erkunden und das Auto während des Aufenthalts einfach stehen lassen möchte. 😊

Defekte beleuchtung in Küche,absolut große Probleme aber richtig dunkel. Defekte Fön. Waschbecken war bei uns verstopft. Im allem 😉wir sind trotzdem voll zufrieden geblieben.

De locatie is geweldig, inchecken liep via hotel 40 meter verderop. Zeer snel en vriendelijk. Fijne suite voor overnachting. Aanrader!

Central location, level with the lakeside and pedestrian shopping area, which allows for easy comings and goings, in contrast to the hillside neihgbouroods of the city. Very quiet. The room is comfortable, the entrance perfectly discreet and private.

The apartment location was excellent close to shops, restaurants and the lake with a short walk to the funicular to the railway station. The room was very modern, well designed, quiet and just suited our needs. The bed was extremely comfortable. The check in staff were very helpful and great to deal with.

The wifi internet was very poor.

A localização é excelente, bem central e perto de tudo! O apartamento é bem equipado e o banheiro é muito bom!

Não gostei pq o nosso apartamento era no último andar, as janelas eram pequenas e não dava pra ver a rua! Ainda tinha uma claraboia no teto que ficava uma fresta enorme que nos incomodou!

Die Reception für die Suiten ist ein paar Häuser weiter. Die Zimmer sind eher dunkel gehalten (wenig Tageslicht)

Ottima la posizione. Nel centro e nella via dei negozi di lusso. Ottima se vuoi fare una passeggiata sulle rive del lago: basta soltanto attraversare la strada e ti trovi li😊 Leonardo alla reception gentilissimo, avevamo un problema con il WiFi e immediatamente è stato risolto

Super Lage, gute Ausstattung, bequemes Bett.

Sehr schlecht ist es, dass man gar nicht einfach "normal" Fernseh schauen kann. Nicht alle haben ein Netflix oder Disney oder von anderen Anbietern Logins. Ich bin der Meinung, das normale Fernseh sollte auch in so einer Unterkunft möglich sein. Insbesondere ohne klare Mitteilung bei der Buchung und zu diesem Preis. Auch war die Heizung nicht eingestellt. Es war beinahe unmöglich, das Zimmer auf eine angenehme Temperatur zu heizen. Ich habe gefroren.

Chambre et salle de bain bien spacieuse pour trois personnes. Belle décoration et bonne odeur dans la chambre.

Peut-être le manque de propreté de certains endroits tels que dans les armoires.

The location and the room size was an excellent value. I would stay here again.

The WiFi was in and out. That was my only complaint. If it worked I would give this easy a 10/10

Le suite si trovano nella via più famosa di Lugano, via Nassa, con negozi di lusso! Si fa il check-in a circa 60m di distanza poi ti accompagnano alla suite. Sono 4 in totale ognuna su un piano diverso quindi non hai vicini che possono disturbare. Ero alla numero uno per tre persone: stanza grande, bagno e doccia confortevoli. Letto comodo.

Uniche pecche: non è una struttura con colazione ma per noi non è stato un problema. Cucina piccolissima ma non l’abbiamo usata. La doccia mi piacerebbe tutta chiusa. Stanza un po’ buia.

The suite is in a great location on the edge of the old town in Lugano. It was very quiet, nicely furnished and had comfortable beds. The suite is very close to the lake and a very short walk to shops and restaurants.

There was a strange smell in the bathroom, a small amount of something orange on the wall of the shower and hairs on the rain showerhead. We mentioned these to management and while the bathroom towels etc were replaced and the smell went for the day, the showerhead and orange build up were not cleaned and the smell was back in the evening. Quite disappointing. We were also told that the kitchenette was only to warm things up, and this was the reason that there was only one small pot and the small number of plates etc. but I think it would be good to be able to use the cooking facilities even if it meant that guests have to clean up after themselves like in an Airbnb.

Fernseher ist kompliziert

Lage: Super Lage, sehr zentral. Personal: sehr freundlich und nett Zimmer/Ausstattung: gut ausgestattete Zimmer / Suiten mit Kaffeemaschine und einer kleinen Kochnische. / Sehr sauber.

We had a great stay. We were warmly greeted when we arrived. It was a cute little apartment centrally located. Good location clean comfortable bed and very quiet. The staff was very helpful and we will definitely stay here next time we come to Lugano.

Great location in Lugano along the strip where a lot of the shops are. Very short walk to the lake and the room was spacious with all the facilities required. Check in and check out was very simple and they even assisted me with getting up to the train station. Overall a good experience.

Due to the city being very tightly built together the adjacent buildings are very close to you and not a lot of natural sunlight comes in during the day.

The guys at check in and checkout were extremely friendly and spoke good English. The apt is on the Main Street and that was a surprise for me. I was walking everywhere without depending on cabs and so.

Nothing that I could remember…

no window can be properly open. AC was broken, replacement window AC was too loud. The room is dusty,spider webs on the ceilings. It was a roof room

Comfortable and nice hotel stay . The hotel is near to the lake and town centre. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

The rooms are clean and well furnished. The wall / room colour is a bit too dark.

The Airconditioning didn't work and the fridge didn't work, when paying a lot of money for a 5 star suite you expect everything to work. The manager said he will give us a discount but nothing has happened yet.
