I was very happy with my stay. When I arrived they had upgraded me to a bigger room.

Only two towels for four people and two mugs.

- The big comfortable double bed in room 4.

- The smelly bathroom. - The noise from people in the room above. - The noise from the street. - The smoke going up in the room from outside. - The sliding door of the cabin shower was derailed.

Location was good We were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable young lady

The WiFi was poor kept disconnecting Our en suite bathroom had an unpleasant smell and the cleanliness levels weren't good. Disappointed as we couldn't use the shower for these reasons

Handy in the town

Only one set of keys as my husband couldn’t get into as I was sound asleep and he came in late so he had to go else where a key pad to get in be better

Emplacement idéal, de nombreux pubs aux alentours et stationnement facile dans la grande rue. La chambre est bien équipée, la salle de bain est sur le pallier ce qui n’est pas du tout dérangeant.

Great price, convenient location for a stop on a driving holiday, access to the kitchen, nice sized room

Toilet floors were wet and took overnight to dry out

Room was a reasonable size with a nice en-suite bathroom. Very comfortable bed and while the room isn't huge it has enough space for suitcase. Really easy to find and getting access was straightforward. No noise from neighbours or street. I got parked on the street nearby - no charge

There is nowhere to hang clothes. It should be possible to put a simple hanging rail on one of the walls even though there is no room for an actual wardrobe

top lage und man ist in kurzer Zeit am Meer, Cliff of Mohen und anderen interessanten Orten. Durch die innerstädtische Lage ist man direkt im Ortsgeschehen. Entlang der Hauptstrasse gibt es ein paar gute Pubs und gegenüber eine sehr gemütliche Bäckerei. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen

Chambre décorée avec goût, moquette au sol très épaisse. Coin cuisine commun au rez-de-chaussée équipé (micro-onde, petit frigo, évier, vaisselle, plaque de cuisson).

On entend les hôtes de la chambre du dessus (anciens planchers en bois, bien que recouverts de moquette) Siphon de la douche ne fait pas son travail dans la salle de bain : mauvaise odeur remonte (nous avons dû boucher le siphon lorsque l’on n’utilisait pas la douche).

Very smooth check in, with a very friendly host welcomed us, he handed me a leaflet all about the best places to visit and not to forget where to dine in and to experience the best Irish traditional music. Me and my husband was amazed by the quality of towels found in the bathroom. Over all we had a great stay and definitely will recommend this place to anyone. Surely we will be back.

Ideal location situated right in the middle of town and only a few minutes drive from the Armada Hotel where we had a wedding. Very clean and comfortable rooms, with easy check in and check out.

Bed not uncomfortable but have slept in better. A topper might help. Bathroom not en suite but was adjacent and didn't have to share so that was good.

Organized, clean hotel. Nice cozy room on 2nd floor. Great option to be close to cliffs of moher at a good price. The owner is very friendly and quick to solve any doubt or mishap.

The Townhouse is conveniently located to many attractions, but retains some small town charm. The owners also have Friels Pub, just up the road. Jonathan was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Zimmer ist eigentlich ok, sehr praktisch mitten an der Hauptstraße wenn man in einen der Pubs will. Die Bäckerei gegenüber ist super (Zimmer war ohne Frühstück)

Der Gastgeber hatte mich kurz vor Ankunft vorgewarnt dass das Zimmer kein Fenster hat, soweit fair. Könnte man natürlich auch direkt so reinschreiben dann müsste man den Leuten keine Mail schreiben kurz bevor die Stornofrist abläuft. Dann hätte ich vielleicht doch nicht gebucht. Was außerdem nicht so toll war: Ziemlich übler Geruch nach Kanalisation im Bad, Lüftung funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Etwas irritierend ist auch der Taschentuch-Spender der an der Wand montiert ist.

Good comms in advance warning of both the size of the room and only internal window giving option to cancel. Went to pub for key pick up and the member of staff brought me down the street and into the room. In the age of lock boxes, great touch. The room itself was bigger than I expected with a good double bed and large ensuite. The property is quiet and has a very well stocked kitchen which I did not expect. If you are looking to explore Clare and be out all day , come back shower and then for a bite to eat and a couple of pints this is the place for you

Difficult to find friels pub where we got the key ,it has the name lynch over the pub ; but has a fantastic pint of Guinness.

Easy to access, lovely decor, room really clean and pleasant. The town of Kingassie had all the services plus some lovely walks without being excessively touristy.

Its very clean, friendly and practical . It's not fancy , I wasn't expecting it to be but I arrived very late and was shown to my room by very helpful staff. Lovely bakery across the road for breakfast and nice coffee Baccus.

Nothing to complain about. Very good value for money.

Stayed here with a 3 month old baby as we went to day 2 of a wedding in Miltown Malbay and needed to be close to the venue. The accommodation was so central, beside pubs, cafes and shops. It was very clean and we had a spacious room. The hosts were so helpful when I rang about a travel cot. Lots of stairs if you are travelling with lots of bags but overall very good.

Just the stairs as we had a baby but it wasn’t a major problem.

Where the received all 10s easy check-in great location exactly met all expectations however for some reason I was unaware that the heating didn't work and honestly I froze my ass off and found it extremely hard to sleep
