The owner Hans is great and the staff are friendly though the staff don’t speak English. Rooms are very clean and the deep pool is really nice. Highly recommended.

I loved the private outdoor shower. The pool was calm and relaxing. The front gate closed in the evening gave the property more security. The owner was helpful and went beyond getting us transportation at 3am. Some guests seemed to be long term tenants which gave an additional feeling of wellbeing and safety. Convenient store 2 doors down was useful and staffed by friendly people.

Hans, the host was exceptional. Welcoming, always kind and helpful whenever we needed any assistance. The room was great and everything we needed was available.

Onze badkamer was echt heel oud en vies. Daarnaast was ons hoofdkussen ook heel vies en oud. Het zwembad zag er ook niet heel fris uit. We zagen nergens een pompsysteem.

Der Gastgeber ist außergewöhnlich nett, er ist pro aktiv und hat gerne geholfen. Er spricht deutsch, Indonesia, englisch, französische und holländisch. Er hatte viele tolle Empfehlungen und wirkt sehr herzlich. Ich habe auch die Flecken auf der Decke gesehen und wenn man nachfragt, erklärt er einem das seine Frau sie selbst bedruckt hat. Und das auf natürliche Weise, die Rückstände sind normal und kommen vom Prozess, also alles fein.

Ich hätte mir ein Moskitonetz für mein Bett gewünscht und eine neue Toilette, bzw. Brille.

La propreté est un peu à désirer. Les draps avaient des tâches et il ne faut pas regarder sous les meubles. De plus, il y avait énormément de moustiques dans la chambre, malgré un diffuseur anti-moustique.

We felt like we are in our own place. So quiet and peaceful property.

I arrived late and the hotel kindly waited for me at check-in. For this price, I’ve never experienced such attentive service. The owner gave me tips on where to exchange money, shared local recommendations, and even helped me when I injured my foot by providing medicine. The room was very clean, extra towels were offered, and I didn’t hear any geckos or see mosquitoes. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious. One of the cleanest and most welcoming places I’ve stayed in Bali. The owner is not only a good host, but also a genuinely kind person. Highly recommended!

This is not negative thing, don't expect 5 stars new hotel from here. This is old hotel within very good staff , owner and walking distance from many important things.

First of all, this place is huge. Great pool and super cool rooftop kitchen. The thing that really made this place special for me, though, is the owner Hans. Incredibly kind and helpful, and if you stay here you will probably meet his son too, who is also super sweet. Clean, organized, affordable, super cold AC. I have nothing bad to say. Look into staying here if you're exploring the Seminyak area.

The Facility owner was very helpful and friendly he recommended spots and gave me couple advices while I was new on the island he’s speaks 3 languages fluently also so communication with him was easy

The host was super nice person. He made sure I was comfortable, guided me to must do things and also helped me book my cab back. Super nice dude!

The staff and owner were amazing, so lovely to speak to each day. The location is great - everything you could need is within walking distance including the beach (around 15 minutes) and there is a circle k next door. You can choose your own breakfast from a few different options and it was lovely each morning, freshly made when you are ready for it. It is very peaceful sitting at the pool, we ended up extending our stay by a week. I would definitely come back here in the future.

Older complex but comfortable, big rooms with big fridge. Nice pool and very good Wi-Fi. You can rent a good, cheap scooter from the owner which is a plus. Great cost/benefit ratio.

I loved the location and Hans, the owner, was friendly and happy to share his knowledge about great places to eat. The lady who cooked breakfast and cleaned was also very friendly and lovely. I only stayed one night and didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice.

The room could do with a bit of TLC, the air con didn’t work very well, the bed was fairly hard, and the door was difficult to lock.

The owner and the staff were amazing and helped us a lot. Very good location (quiet area, perfect to sleep at night!). Great swimming pool. And we loved the breakfast :) Thank you again for a great stay!

Exceptional stay. The staff are so lovely. I will definitely be coming back. Breakfasts were delicious and the room was large and very comfortable. Bathroom clean. The pool was large enough to swim laps and was so pretty. Very good location short walk to heaps of restaurants and spas.

Room was not cleaned for three days. When I requested the room be cleaned the staff said they were too tired. The best I could do was get some clean towels.

I really enjoyed my stay at Meriki hotel. Not easy to leave such a lovely place. The owner (Hans) is very kind and helpful. He will advise you about everything. Just ask him. Thank you ❤️

The owner is fantastic and very helpful, and the location, despite being central, is not too noisy. The room had everything we needed, and the pool was amazing. Close to some shops and some excellent restaurants which I would also recommend.

The room was really spacious and had a stocked fridge which we found really handy. The pool area was well kept and the hotel itself is in a pretty good area close to everything, so very reasonably priced. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom is open to the elements, so if it rains, it rains into the shower area of the bathroom and can be bit noisy and you can hear other guests. Other than that bathroom is clean.

Hans was extremely helpful and friendly during my stay. Very good location in main area but quiet and easy access to the airport. Huge rooms and nice outdoor shower.

Excellent place to stay. We stayed for a month and it was perfect. Great location, walking distance to the beach and lots of food/bars/shopping. Hans the owner was super friendly and helpful, as were all the other staff. Room cleaning as often as you like was also really nice. Room itself was huge and comfortable with a lovely balcony. Finally, the pool was clean and great for cooling off in!

Bathroom not so clean same with kitchen area. No mirror at the room, some mosquitos outside. No light at the pathway and dim light at the room. Sometimes brown out and the reason is blower. So i cannot blow dry my hair after shower. Just cash only. Card not allowed to pay.

I absolutely loved my stay here. It's a short walk from the main street in Seminyak but still quiet. The beaches are also walkable, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby so the location is perfect. The room was massive, with a big, comfortable bed, with air cons meaning it was nice and cool. The bathroom was clean. The pool area was great to chill at too. Hans was amazing, very helpful for anything I needed, from restaurant recomendations to help with extending my visa. I'll be staying again when I return to the area before my flight. Very good value for money

Everything was perfect

Honestly this hotel/guesthouse was a straight 10/10 on all counts - friendly welcome, nice rooms, relaxed vibe and good wifi. Location is untouchable - turn right out the front gate for food and the walk to the beach, turn left to walk to Seminyak bars. Convenience store and cashpoint right next door. Would definitely stay here again.

To be honest, I have nothing negative to say about this place.

Hans was so helpful and welcoming when I sent my luggage ahead of time with my driver, accepted them and kept them safe so I could enjoy more time at the beach - he was quick in replying to my messages too My room was well-furnished, cleaned regularly and had great air con! I had a great time staying here and used the pool as often as I could. It's a wonderful place to stay, with a decent breakfast option, a terrace to catch the peak of daylight with friendly, hospitable staff. I had a wonderful time staying here - I can't fault it.

Like all travellers I wanted it to be cheaper but that's my issue not the accommodation.

Great place to stay! The staff were very accommodating and friendly, the owner (I think) at the front desk was very welcoming. This place is great value for money with great wifi and a nice pool. The rooms came with towels, soap/shampoo and a fridge, all things I didn't expect for the price, also a great location as it is not on a super busy road but still a short walk to shops/restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending to other travellers.

Hans was a great friendly host. We were happy with our stay here it was peaceful yet right in the heart of Seminyak with plenty of restaurants and bars around. Would definitely recommend. The breakfast in the morning was also very tasty!

Great location and an affable host. He gives you great recommendations for places to eat. Perfect for a few nights stay at Seminyak and close to all the happening places. I stayed for a night to catch my flight back.

The washrooms were a bit too cramped for space, air conditioning could be better and cleaner sheets, shower curtains and towels.

The location was ideal.

They do not accept card for payment do i had to use up a majority of my money i had converted for my holiday to pay the hotel for the booking which was booked through Booking.com - The room advertised as having a television and there was not one provided. the room door was not secure enough for my liking very old stiff sliding doors that did not connect properly so had to jiggle and line up before locking. the only access to my room was using stepping stones across and empty 3 foot deep pond. quite frankly what you see online is not what you get. The staff are very friendly but the place is not worth the money.

Staff were exceptionally friendly they make the best breakfast I've had in a long time. Super chilled place a nice escape from noisy semiyak, quiet, ideal for couples or people looking to chill.

Friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast options (American, Indonesian, Continental), clean, very spacious(!), and in a great location. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable staying here. Near the beach, bike rental shops, nail salons, crossfit, and lots more. Great accommodation for the price.

There were some mosquitos the first couple of nights but that’s beyond the property owner’s control.

I slept in the dorm, and it was the most cleaned dorm I’ve ever slept! really nice stuff and the bedsheets were so clean and smelled good! it was comfortable and also the bathroom always super clean!

Great location, very quiet and near lots of restaurants, and walking distance to the beach. Everyone working there was very lovely and the owner was so kind, we had a late evening flight and he let us store our bags and use the facilities. The room was huge, outdoor bathroom with kitchen facilities and some outdoor seating outside each room. The pool was massive and a lovely place to chill out next to.

1. Very cool hotel staff! Super friendly, constantly helping and advising (where are the most beautiful places on the island, where are cheaper, where are tastier, etc.) 2. Delicious breakfast (made with love) - highly recommend trying the omelet with bacon and toast, freshly squeezed juices and banana pancake 3. Near the entrance to the hotel there is a good mini market, within a radius of 5 minutes there are about 6 mini markets. two large supermarkets are 10 minutes away 4. Walk to the beach about 15 minutes on a great pavement 5. Sufficiently deep and clean pool 6. Nearby there are many delicious cafes, restaurants (3 Russian cafes and 1 Russian restaurant), many hairdressers and laundries and places for leisure activities. 7. there are many beautiful temples nearby, very beautiful picturesque streets The hotel is great for families with babies or children. There is a kitchenette, there are supermarkets and mini markets nearby, as well as many cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff constantly helped with the child, advised in everything and helped on all issues
