colazione un po' "confusa" con zona caffetteria distante dai tavoli e un solo addetto barista. in assenza di una macchina caffè automatica, sarebbe più utile almeno un personale di sala per eventuali richieste ai tavoli

Не было балкона, в номере не было стульев, кровати не очень удобные. Не советую тут останавливаться.

La chambre assez grande et plutôt propre. La proximité avec Venise.

La déco vieillotte. Le frigo vide. L'eau du robinet au compte goutte. L'aspect extérieur un peu délabré. L'absence de bain douche ou shampooing.

Zamówiliśmy nocleg na dwie noce, z czego jedną musieliśmy spać na parkingu pod sklepem, gdyż mimo umówionej późniejszej wizyty i zapewnieniu że nam otworzą po zadzwonieniu na numer telefonu, nikt nie odebrał i zostaliśmy bez noclegu. Później wmawiano nam, że nas nie było, mimo że mamy zdjęcia z nich i historie połączeń.

Hôtel super bien placé . Nous avons séjourné en amoureux pendant 4 nuits et 5 jours . Juste à 2 minutes du tram et bus. Très grand centre commercial a 10 mins en transport et plusieurs magasins aussi. Quartier calme. Hôtel très propre et surtout climatisé avec les fortes chaleurs qui faisait pendant notre séjour . Personnels super accueillants . En plus de cela nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu a l hôtel et ils nous ont quand même donné la chambre 🤩

Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié c'est le matelas . Pour un lit couple l' hôtel a mis deux petits matelas pour en faire un grand . Du coup c'était trop inconfortable pour mon chéri et moi . Ça nous faisait une sorte de séparation involontaire quand on se couchait.

Das einzig Positive war die Nähe zur Bushaltestelle, von der aus man bequem nach Venedig fahren konnte.

Das Sofa war sehr alt und in einem schlechten Zustand. Der Haartrockner war ebenfalls sehr alt und umständlich zu benutzen. Die Klimaanlage war extrem laut, sodass der Lärm wirklich störend war und unseren Schlaf beeinträchtigt hat. Der Aufzug funktionierte nicht richtig. Außerdem telefonierte ein Mitarbeiter während des Frühstücks laut im Speisesaal, was sehr unangenehm und unprofessionell war. Die Kaffeemaschine befand sich zudem in einem anderen Raum, was ebenfalls unpraktisch war.

Was mir in der Unterkunft sehr gefallen hat, war das Personal immer sehr freundlich. In Zimmer hatten wir unsere eigenes Klimagerät, den wir selber einstellen konnten, damit wir ständig eine angenehme Temperatur hatten, als wir aus Venedig Abend zurückgefahren sind. Sehr schön war auch das Zimmerservice jeden Tag haben die bei uns sauber gemacht und frische Handtücher hingestellt. Die Verbindungsmöglichkeiten nach Venedig, direkt vor der Tür. Wir sind circa 10 m gelaufen und schon hatten wir eine Bushaltestelle, die Busverbindung gab alle 20 Minuten.

Was mir in der Unterkunft nicht ganz gefallen hat, war der Frühstück sehr arm und täglich immer nur das Gleiche.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Un grand merci à Leone, la fille de la réception, qui a été tout simplement exceptionnelle : toujours souriante, très agréable, elle parle très bien anglais et a su répondre à toutes nos questions avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Son accueil a vraiment rendu notre expérience encore meilleure. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel ! En bas l’arrêt de bus qui nous emmène directement à Venise :TOP

Otelin hemen önünden Venedik merkeze otobüs gidiyor. Personel çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Hatta kahve ikram ettiler.

Odanın genişliği güzeldi. Yataklar iyiydi. Kahvaltı servisi iyiydi. Personel yardımcı oldu.

Bakımsız olduğunu düşünüyorum. Ayrıca otopark olduğu beyan edildiği halde otelin bahçesindeki dar alana sıkışmamız istendi ve bu alan için otopark ücreti alındı. çok anlamsızdı.

The place was great because its venice and is great

Unclean property and the staff was terrible. they lie to you and they manipulate and they don’t serve you as it should be… In the first place they lied to us about the bet and we have to ask for towels 2 days in a row because we had 1 small towel and we had ti go and take it like “give me the towel“ than the bed…. we asked a big bet for a couple, instead what they gave to us is 2 single bas that they merge together so they can imitate a full couple bed and when we asked about it they said they didn’t have any other free rooms and they said that we do not refund.. so we payed and no refund back and it was like you take it or leave it and no money back!!! AND THE BEST PART, we asked the girl in the reception for the owner or a manager to contact and the gave us the number of an Employee that was there…

El hotel por dentro estaba muy bien. Necesitábamos reservar un taxi para ir al aeropuerto y la chica de recepción lo hizo sin problema, nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitábamos.

Aunque sea muy fácil llegar a la isla, pues el tranvía y la parada del autobús están muy cerca; por la noche la zona puede ser un poco peligrosa.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The price was excellent for what was offered, and there was good availability, which made booking easy. The service throughout my stay was fantastic, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. A special thank you to the receptionist, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made check-in smooth, were always happy to help with any questions, and made me feel valued as a guest. Highly recommended!

Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, łatwo zaparkować samochód, lokalnie masa połączeń do atrakcji turystycznych w okolicy, sklepy i spokojna okolica

Obiekt wymaga lekkiego odświeżenia, bardzo głośni sąsiedzi w pokoju obok, prysznic nie był najczystszy

Trochę chemiczny zapach to od używania mocnych środków czyszczących.

Чистота кімнати , шумний кондиціонер, все старе і поламане. В ванній кімнаті всюди пліснява. Покривала вже давно потрібно замінити , вони дуже не чисті і мають поганий запах.

Reception molto cordiale e disponibile e preparata. Posizione comoda e facilmente raggiungibile, ben collegata a Venezia con mezzi pubblici. Presente anche parcheggio esterno gratuito. Buoni Ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

Presenti all’esterno molti extracomunitari in giro a perder tempo. Colazione molto basic, di basso livello. Condizionatore della stanza abbastanza rumoroso.

It was hot, 35°outside, so Air conditioner was a must. This room had an old one, very noisy, it was very difficult to get a good sleep.

Eigentlich nichts

Zimmer abgewohnt, Toilette ablagerungen, wasserspülung lief non stop..matraze zu kurz frühstück... toster defekt, einen scheibenkäse, gekochter schinken ei Marmelade. Für den kaffe muste man bis an die bar laufen. Hin und zurück mit warten 5 min.

An der Fassade bröckelte überall der Putz ab. Es waren nur Männer dort. Scheinbar eine Handwerker Unterkunft. In der Dusche überall Schimmel. Toilettendeckel lose Toilettenbürste völlig verdreck Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. In Italien keinen richtigen Espresso zu bekommen. Nur Marmelade und Käse abgepackt

Aproape de stația de autobuz care duce către Veneția, personalul amabil ( în special barmanul, și fata de la recepție care ne-a făcut check-in ul), curățenie decentă, prosoapele chiar super curate. Plus în prejurul hotelului au fost nenumărate locuri de parcare gratuite

Cea de a doua fată de la recepție care a pleca înainte să aduc banii din cameră pentru a plăti o apă și am rămas însetați. Plus aspectul exterior al hotelului, micul dejun dezastru, nu recomand.

The only good thing in this hotel was the very kind afternoon receptionist she was amazing and always happy to help. Also very kind was the cleaning personnel. The guy that worked the morning shift in the buffet and reception wasn’t even speaking to anyone very rude.

The room was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed and a decent sized bathroom. We had no issues with any of the facilities. The area is a little far from the centre of Mestre (we knew this when we booked) but there are a few good places nearby (great sushi place right across the road!) There’s also a tram stop a 30 second walk away (tram 6 and 6L take you straight to Venice).

The hotel doesn’t look good at all from the outside and needs some serious work. We had generally good interactions with the staff, apart from one guy I spoke to on the phone who didn’t help at all with a situation we had with the tourist tax. When I later came to reception to try and resolve the issue, I was told it was impossible to get a refund, but found out online on my own that you can and applied for it there!

To πρωινό τελείωνε στις 09:00 και δεν είχαμε χρόνο να το πάρουμε. Δεν είχε 24-ωρη υποδοχή και επειδή η πτήση μας ήταν πρωινή δε βρήκαμε κανένα για check-out.

They clean the rooms daily. Received new towels every day. AC was working fine. The bus to Venice was right next to the hotel which is a big plus.

The exterior of the hotel looks bad. Didn’t really matter to us because the inside was fine, but they can work a bit on that.

I strongly do NOT recommend this place — SCAM!!! When booking the room, I specifically chose one large bed, but the room had two separate beds that could not be joined together. Also, when we tried to resolve this issue, the administrator reacted aggressively and told us to cancel the booking and leave the hotel (for clarification, this happened on 23.05.2026 at 12 AM). Although they later pushed the beds together, it still did not look like in the Booking photos. In the end, the extra money paid for the bed that does not exist was not refunded.

Recepción a toda hora, con personal dispuesto. Además la parada de autobús directo a Venecia Plaza Roma (tomando el bus 6L) en frente al hotel... Excelente!!!

Room was clean, the bus station is really close and the staff informed us about the bus and their schedule. The bathroom was clean and good enough.

The bed was for 2 people but combined from 2 beds, so it was a bit uncomfortable. The walls are really thin, so you can hear easily

Todella voimakas pesuaineiden tuoksu koko hotellissa ja huoneissa. Kylpyhuoneessa haisi hieman tupakalle. Suihku oli todella epäkäytännöllinen ja ahdas. Huoneiden ja koko hotellin sisustus vaatimaton ja vanha, aamiaistila epäviihtyisä. Ulkopuolelta hotelli ränsistynyt.
