Im not recommonding this hotel for anyone.

Everything. Include room , surround , staff not friendly , Even I booked via booking.com they ask deposit, construction area , so noisy , pathway is not easy , when its rainy day area like floods full with water. Poor english .

พนักงานต้อนรับผช แก่ๆ หัวลาน ตอนกลางคืน คือมีใจบริการไหม ถ้าไม่มีก็อย่ามาทำเลย เสียชื่อหมด เคยมาพักที่นี่แต่ก่อนค่อนข้างโอเค แต่รอบล่าสุด เจอพนักงานคนนี้ ไว้ก่อนเลย ไม่มาขออยู่ฟรี จ่ายตังมานะ ถามอะไรก็ไม่มีมารยาท

A bit old but well maintained

Our fourth stay here because the location is convenient to BTS and the price is reasonable

For several reasons we will never stay here again in spite of it being our fourth stay. This time the wash basin was cracked, the toilet button was almost impossible to depress and required a repair, the fridge froze everything and when we turned up the temperature the fridge creaked alarmingly all night. My pillow was a series of irregular lumps ( it was obviously broken). The bed was much harder than in other rooms we had been given on previous visits. We had to request that shampoo and body wash containers be refilled as they were virtually empty on our arrival. Worst of all was that the room was noisy. On our last night a large group of people high on alcohol or drugs slammed doors, shouted throughout the night and were so loud that we could not sleep. Staff were not very helpful when we mentioned the problem on our last morning. They gave a half-hearted apology and then made no further eye contact with us before we left. Generally a very disappointing stay

พนง บอกว่าห้องยังไม่พร้อมต้องรอเช็คอินช้ากว่าเดิม 1 ชั่วโมง เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นไม่ทำงาน อ่างล้างหน้าตอนเข้าไปยังมีเศษขยะ ห้องค่อนข้างเก่า โซฟาขาด ห้องมีกลิ่นอับ ประตูระเบียงล็อคยากมาก

อุปกรณ์ห้องน้ำไม่มีหมวกอาบน้ำ แชมพูกับสบู่สีเหมือนกัน ไม่มีป้ายบอกและปริมาณแค่ติดก้นขวด

ไม่รวมอาหารเช้า

ที่จอดรถแคบ คีย์cardมีแค่ใบเดียว scanขึ้นลำบากต้องเรียกพนักงาน อุปกรณ์เก่า แก้วน้ำแตก กระดาษทิชชูมีให้นิดเดียว ไม่ถึง1มวนโดยรสมห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาด

สะดวกสบายใกล้ที่ชอปปิ้งหลายที่ ราคาดีมากสำหรับในตัวเมือง

The location of the hotel is quite near to the BTS station and there are lots of 7-Eleven stores along the way to the hotel. The hotel is also near to the pedestrian bridge, safe to go to the other side of the road. The hotel staffs were so helpful and friendly! They greeted me every morning during my stay with even though they spoke broken English & I spoke broken Thai xD

The MRT construction is still happening when I was there (early Feb), the road is walkable but please expect dust & dirt.

We always ordered from outside and eat

There's massive road improvement works going on by the hotel. Didn't stop until 10p.m. This is not a slight on the hotel but it made for a very noisy stay. Without the works happening it's still a very big noisy road but it is in a busy city so it's to be expected.

Location was excellent 5 minute walk to the Bts. 1 stop to Siam, 3-4 to Nana Plaza and Asok. Lots of restaurants and street food outside building. Room was good and staff were Friendly. Will stay again, thanks for stay

ชอบทุกอย่าง ห้องใหญ่ ราคาไม่แพง สะดวกในการเดินทาง ร้านอาหารใกล้ๆเยอะมาก ครั้งหน้าจะมาพักอีก

อาจจะมีเสียงดังบ้าง แต่ไม่มาก

ห้องใหญ่กว้างมาก ใกล้ตลาด อาหารเยอะแยะ เดินทางสะดวก

La chambre est spacieuse. Des rangements et un grand frigo à disposition.

Fuite d'eau de l'évier, on recevait littéralement l'eau qui s'écoulait du lavabo sur nos pieds. Heureusement qu'il y avait une évacuation d'eau pas loin. Même après avoir informé le personnel. Rien n'a été fait. On ne nous a même pas proposé une autre chambre. Beaucoup d'embouteillages à cause des travaux de la rue, donc difficile d'accès aux heures de pointe.

При заселении в ванной комнате около унитаза была лужа. Попросила на ресепшн убрать. Обещали прислать горничную, но так никто и не пришел. Воду и туалетную бумагу дали только при заезде. Больше не добавляли.

Grumpy lady receptionists. We had to ask for clean bed linen as ours had blood stains on them and covered in biscuits crumbs. No apology just told to move rooms we had already unpacked .no help was offered they didn't seem surprised. Stayed 2 days then checked out early and moved to another hotel nobody seemed bothered.

I love all the staff, they are always very friendly and spread good mood. I like to always stay in diamond when I am in Bangkok, because the price for such great service is unbeatable.
