buffet choice of food and drinks were excellent and good selection. great coffee selection and drinks, the location was ideal for what we were seeking to do in Bangkok

the beds were too firm and I had some trouble sleeping. also I needed to ask for a second pillow which was not provided in any storage area. but was happy they did provided when asked

Staff very efficient and courteous. Decent breakfast buffet including good Asian options, eggs cooked to order and lots of fresh fruit. Well equipped gym and two outdoor pools. Air con effective and quiet.

WiFi strength in the room was variable. Rooms could benefit from updating. Annoying that the pool is laned off width ways, preventing the swimming of lengths. No bacon for breakfast!

Lage sehr gut. Man kann direkt vom hotel in die BTS station gehen. Von der Lage sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht zu erreichen.

It’s very tired, rooms desperately need renovation. Staff were ok but not exactly helpful nor were they particularly friendly. Check in and check out takes too much time compared to more modern hotels. Breakfast was not worth it

Niets, een vliegtuig geeft minder lawaai! Kamer was muf bij binnenkomst. De ramen waren niet te openen!! De lucht verversing / koeling gaf danig veel lawaai dat er niet te slapen was. Ook de temperatuur van de kamer was niet in te regelen: te koud !!!

Daarnaast meende ik een kamer met ontbijt te hebben geboekt. Dit bleek niet zo te zijn. Bij het inchecken heb ik nadrukkelijk gevraagd of ik inclusief ontbijt had, dit werd bevestigd ! heb zelfs nog gevraagd of het in de grote eet/ontbijtzaal (2e verd) was, maar naar haar zeggen was het, helaas (veeeeel beter) beneden in het restaurant in de lobby. Bij het betreden voor ontbijt werd ik afgewezen en verwezen naar de lobby. Deze ontkende (plotseling) dat ik inclusief ontbijt had gereserveerd. Er werd verder geen enkele poging ondernomen voor een oplossing!

ان الفندق مرتبط بمحطة القطار وان قريب من مجمع MbK مشي 5 الى 7 دقائق تقريبا ومنها الى باقي المجمعات saim discover و siam center و saim paragon و saim square وتقدرون بعد تروحون لهم بالقطار مباشرة بينما بقية المجمعات بلاتنيوم ودايموند وديسمبر وغيرها تقريبا 20 دقيقة مشي بس انه افضل استخدام شركات التوصيل او تطبيق bolt للوصول لها والعودة متوفرة ادوات النظافة بالحمام وتتبدل بشكل يومي حسب الطلب وفيه خوينة لحفظ الاشياء الثمينة

ريحة الفندق و الممرات و الغرف مجاري الله يعزكم، وأثاث الفندق جدا قديم ومستهلك تأخرنه في تسجيل check in من الزحمة يعني حتى لوحاجز ومطرش لهم وقت الوصول بعد تتنظر دورك ويتأكدون أن الغرف متوفرة ياخذون على الغرفة تأميل 2000 بات انه اجوفه مبلغ مبالغ فيه الصراحة حق الغرف بالاضافة ان مانقدر نستخدمة اذا بنرجع مباشرة حق الديرة عقب check out طلبت غرف تنفيذية متصلة كونه عايلة مع أطفال بس ماكانت متوفرة وقت الوصول وانتقلت عقب 3 أيام الى الغرف المتصلة

I did not order breakfast because we did not want to wake up so we love to spend time at the ROOTS coffee shop at the hotel. The location is literally perfect for city walk or transport with BTS. There are so many shops and places near the hotel.

This period of time, there is a construction close to the hotel sometimes it makes travel a little bit difficult. However, the transportation with BTS make life more easier.

Good price. Good location. Good service.

The location is exceptional. It is next to the BTS rail station from where you can explore the city or easily connect to the airport. It is close to several massage parlours and 7/11's. There are six lifts so you never have to wait long. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The room was well priced which balanced out the things I did not like about the hotel. Consider upgrading to a better room for a better experience.

My room on the 4th floor felt like a cave - dark and cold. The AC has many settings but it doesn't seem to work. It was permanently stuck in freeze mode. The hotel in general is very cold. There is no kettle in the room. Although they supply a hot water dispenser next to the lifts, it is very inconvenient since my room was very far from the lifts. Also, you cannot just quickly pop out in your pajamas early in the morning to get hot water. I ended up buying a kettle and coffee and tea. The carpet in the hallways should be replaced - it looks old and ugly.

I like Asia hotel and will come again . It’s like our second home. Breakfast is good and plentiful with a lot of choice

I booked an extra night so we could check in around 7am and have breakfast. I communicated this so that we would not be classified as no show , and was told , no problem. Sadly, There was no room ready for us so they never assigned a room for the extra previous night. We were asked to wait an hour. The room we got then was dark with a staircase going past the window. We changed it eventually. The staff was kind and helpful at all times but for a four night stay and not bottom price, a room should have been set aside already by hotel policy as it was paid for already so that we could go to the room straight away.

It was Comfortable and location was great.

There was no iron in the room,hotel had only a laundry facility.

L’hôtel et le personnel pas aimable, seul la personne qui s’occupe des bagages à la réception était au top. Pour le reste à fuir, petit déjeuner sans plus mais surtout l’hôtel est vieux avec une odeur d’humidité horrible dans toutes les chambres (nous en avions 3 à des étages différents).

Les odeurs d'humidité à la fois dans l'ascenseur et dans le hall principal. Hôtel vieillissant rien n'a changé depuis 25 ans. Insonorisation de la porte principale de la chambre. Piscine vétuste mosaïque qui décolle sur les murs exterieurs vue depuis la fenêtre. Cocktail au Bar à plus de 12 euros/ verre.

L’emplacement est très pratique avec l’accès direct au BTS , très proche à pied du MBK. Le petit déjeuné est complet, le personnel est au petit soin et réactif.

Absolutely unbearable smell From the moment you walk into this hotel, you are hit by a heavy, thick and absolutely unbearable smell of dampness and mold, mixed with the distinctive smell of Tiger Balm. We booked a double room but were initially given a twin room. After going back down to reception, they eventually changed it to a double. But the room change did not solve the real problem. Throughout our entire stay, despite the air conditioning running constantly, the smell never went away. It was everywhere — in the room, in the corridors and even in the lobby. A heavy, musty smell of dampness and mold that you simply cannot escape. I won’t even go into all the other issues: disappointing service, a shower clearly designed for people much shorter than average, towels with tears and stains on the bed linen. Normally, you can tolerate an old hotel if the price is right and the basics are handled properly. But the smell in this hotel is on another level. Whatever positive things the hotel has, and yes, the location directly next to the BTS is excellent, they are completely overshadowed by the unbearable smell of dampness and mold. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

De locatie is heel gunstig. De lobby is prachtig. Het restaurant is goed en lekker. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goed ontbijt.

De kamers waren bijzonder gedateerd en er ging overal in het hotel een nare onaangename geur. De hotelkamer stonk enorm naar vocht. Het inchecken duurde echt bizar lang, terwijl er 5 mensen achter de receptie werkten. Eigenlijk nog nooit zo meegemaakt.

المكان مو نظيف ريحة الفرش بالممرات سيئه والغرفه كمان كتمه كتمه كتمه والحمام فيه صراصير صغيره لكن ما صورتها للاسف كانت محطة وقوف عشان اروح بوكت وندمت عليها حجزت بيناء على التعليقات قريب من المولات لكن كنت احتاج المواصلات يتأخرون بتنظيف الغرف

* الاحساس بشي من رائحة الرطوبة في الغرف * الاطلالة في الطابق الرابع كانت غير جيدة... عبارة ممر به مايشبه المشتل الزراعي والناس رايحة جاية ( عمال) .. صعب تفتح الستاير بعالوضع.. ماشي خصوصية. * الغرف في الطابق الرابع لايمكن فتح النوافذ.. ولذلك التهوية صعبة.. فقط تبديل الهواء بالتكييف. * ياخذون 3000 بات كتأمين ( حط في حسابك)

De hotelkamers zijn oubollig en moeten duidelijk aangepakt worden. Ook de zwembaden kunnen een opknapbeurt gebruiken.

I disliked everything, the total cost was over $500, there was no smoking area, and the service was poor.

唯一比较好的可能是地理位置。上二楼就可以到轻轨站、曼谷探索等商圈距离酒店的位置很近，步行大概需要二十分钟左右。不远的位置有711便利店，买日常用品很方便。酒店内有纪念品店和按摩店。如果对房间没有要求的话，可以考虑它。

第一天住的房间照明条件差，昏暗，而且房内有霉味。浴缸和花洒是没有分开的，如果向淋浴必须站在浴缸里。浴缸的排水口卫生条件不佳，有明显的污垢。房间里的网络信号非常不稳定，如果喜欢看视频、玩游戏或者浏览社交媒体会非常痛苦。

De locatie is perfect en het ontbijt lekker uitgebreid. Vandaar dat ik nu voor de 6e keer terug ben in 20 jaar. Elke keer als ik in Bangkok ben, dan verblijf ik sowieso enkele dagen in het Asia Hotel.

Ik heb altijd goeie ervaringen gehad met Asia daarom vond ik het zo jammer dat het deze keer anders ging. Het begon bij de incheck. We werden geholpen door een jongeman die duidelijk nog in de leer was. Hij was heel vriendelijk. Maar er was een vrouwelijke , redelijk jonge dame die hem op gegeven moment begeleide. De manier zoals zij naar mij en mijn dochter keek voelde niet goed. Ze keek heel raar naar ons, ze groette ons verder ook niet en sprak tegen de jongeman zonder naar onze gegevens te kijken. Op basis van ons uiterlijk sprak ze hem aan en gaf hem instructies en ze lachte en toen liep ze weg.Het was overduidelijk dat ze het over ons hadden. Ik vroeg nog aan de jongen of we wel een goede kamer kregen, want ik vermoedde dat er iets vervelends gezegd werd door die dame. En je zag hem heel voorzichtig en verlegen knikken. Ik vermoedde al dat er iets zou zijn. We kregen kamer 1609. De kamer was zelf helemaal prima. Maar het zat tegenover de lift. We hebben er 5 dagen gezeten. Veel geluidsoverlast van mensen die uit de lift kwamen tot savonds laat. Mensen die vroeg in de morgen heel luid aan het praten staan voor de lift. Ook boven ons was er waarschijnlijk een gast die s avonds en s ochtend veel lawaai maakte. Je hoorde veel gestamp en dingen die vielen. Ook hoorden we op meerdere momenten een piano heel luid op de kamer. We zijn nog gaan kijken of er op de 15e of 17e etage een piano stond waar het geluid vandaan kwam. Dit was niet het geval. Mogelijk iemand die klassieke muziek luid aan had staan meerdere dagen en momenten op de dag. Ik heb nog overwogen om beneden te vragen naar een andere kamer maar ik wil niet te veel klagen bij personeel dus heb het maar gelaten. Wij hebben na 2 dagen maar oordopjes gekocht en hebben de overige 3 dagen met oordoppen in geslapen. We waren verder meer buiten dan op de kamer. Dus oordopjes hebben het verblijf verder prima gemaakt. De rest van het verblijf was zoals ik al gewend was prima. Een uitgebreid ontbijt .

It was literally connected to the metro station which made life so easy. The staff were great and welcoming . House keeping was excellent. The breakfast was great as well. The location for me was the best part of the hotel !!!

The room is comfortable, quiet and close to the lift; parking is good as well as connecting to the BTS station by walking bridge. Breakfast is variety, and you are able to add to your dishes as long as you can sit, e.g., Benedict eggs and sausage. Showering is good and very stable of water temp.

The carpet is old and smelly; however, understanding to keep silent on the walkway is useful. Onsite laundry is recommended, however.

Chambres vieillotes et matelas très dur Petit déjeuner correct mais à 10 h pile ils vous mettent dehors . Petit déjeuner jusqu a 10 h s entend habituellement arrivée dernière limite 10 h . Après un long vol je me suis réveillée un peu tard et j ai du déjeuner en 10 mn ..

Good location. Breakfast is the highlight of our stay, with good selections. We hope the refurbishment continues and leads to significant improvements, as we have enjoyed staying here in the past and would like to return in the future.

The front desk staff were not particularly friendly or helpful and seemed to do only the bare minimum to assist guests. Our room was quite outdated. While it appears the hotel is undergoing refurbishment, the room we were initially assigned had clearly not been updated. After checking in, we had to request a room change because the first room was unacceptable. It had no view, smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke, and the carpet was worn and dirty. It looked as though it had been unoccupied for a long time. We were especially disappointed because we've stayed at this hotel before and had hoped our previous visits would be reflected in the room we were allocated. To the hotel's credit, they did move us to another room, which was an improvement. However, it was still dated and fell short of our expectations.

The location is superb, right next to BTW Ratchathewi and easy to reach from Don Mueang with train. The room is big even for us three, with sitting area and a study. It has bathtub too! For this much price, I think this is a great deal compared to the other hotel nearby.

We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 a.m. after more than 10 hours of travelling and were extremely tired. At check-in, we were informed that a 2,000 baht deposit was required. We only had euros with us at that time and offered to provide the deposit in the morning. Unfortunately, the staff refused our request and insisted that we pay immediately. Despite the late hour and our situation, we were told to leave the hotel and go to an ATM to withdraw cash in baht before we could complete the check-in process. We understand that hotels may require a security deposit, but we were disappointed by the lack of flexibility and understanding shown to guests arriving in the middle of the night after a long journey. A more considerate approach would have made a much better first impression.

ce que je n'ai pas aimé, l'eau de la piscine était glacé mon fils de 7ans et moi avons refuser de nous baigner. La chambre très spacieuse, la salle de bain et la baignoire super, l'eau était vraiment très agréable. Le service d'étage est super.

No stationery, not even a pen. They used to have BTS maps. I prefer the old breakfast room and lobby. Bit too new age now for me

COmfy room, frequent roomservice and good breakfast as well. it was very close to all the malls and very friiendly staff also helped us feel at home.
