Great space and very close to metro.

L'appartement se trouve au Rez-de-chaussée, a proximité de la pirte d'entrée, qui claque a chaque passage, claquemdnt tres sonire et vibrant dans tout L'appartement. De plus, il est sombre, froid et un peu humide, pas d'extérieur terrasse commd il l'etait pourtant précisé dans lq presentation. Points positifs, rien a dire sur la propreté et sa localisation, juste en face d'une station de metro. Je ne doute pas que les autres appartements de cet immeuble soient tres appréciables, mais celui-là ne devrait pas etre loué

Really lovely, cozy apartment. The host was great, easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

We were disappointed by the overall condition of the appartment in light of the great reviews on Expedia. I am sure it was covid clean but the appartment smelt very strongly of fish and whilst we were offered a room spray what was really needed was forbthe fridge to be properly cleaned and defrosted which we did ourselves. One or two othe small matters neede attention...the bedside lamp was broken and neede a new bulb and the cleing fan was damaged and had no bulb. Small issues overall but disappointing that the management left them unattended.

Cuando llegamos tuvimos que esperar porque la habitación no estaba lista. Algunas cositas en el apartamento necesitaban un mejor mantenimiento. Llegamos un lunes y nos marchamos un sábado y se les olvidó venir a limpiar. El vierrnes nos dejaron en la puerta unas toallas limpias, lo cual agradecimos. Para acabar, nos dijeron que no había parking sin pagar en la calle pero encontramos uno a unas manzanas, en la calle Lima.

It’s a converted house done with charm, practicality & a variety of floor plans. Marquês Square is just outside the most popular Porto areas, but this means it’s quieter and has local atmosphere. The apartments are right opposite the Metro entrance, for excellent connections.There’s also a taxi rank, and good local restaurants & shops. The management & organisation are efficient and pleasant.

Amazing place to stay!

Just spent 5 nights here. Hired the 2 bed 2 bathroom garden apartment. Had a fantastic stay. The host Alexandra was super friendly ☺️ The apartment itself is situated in a lovely little square. The metro is literally outside however we chose to walk the majority of the time. It takes approx 30 minutes to reach the harbour however you reach the first set of shops in 15/20 minutes. We did however take the metro to Matosinhos beach. The apartment itself was huge. It could do with a little bit of TLC in a few places and would benefit from a full size ironing board however other than that it was perfect. The garden was fab and a total sun trap! Alexandra organised our taxi transfers and offered locked luggage storage for our last day. There wasn’t an oven, just a hob however it didn’t matter as we ate out every day. The cafe next day offered great breakfasts plus there are several cafes/bakeries just a few doors down.

La verdad que acertamos de pleno . El apartamento es perfecto, limpio y bonito Y con todo lo necesario.En zona tranquila Y Justo a lado de una boca de metro. No tuvimos contacto en ningún momento con e personal ya que lo hicimos todo por teléfono y al llave de el apartamento ella Conseguimos en una cajita con clave que nos facilitaron. Una pega ... que la Lavadora fugaba agua.

Excellent place to stay. Our apartment was perfect, spacious, light and had everything we needed. It was a great space for us and our toddler. The location is great. We liked being slightly out of the centre, though it's only 3 stops on the metro.

El hospedaje, muy bueno, zona muy céntrica, habitaciones excelentes, la atención inmejorable. Los recomendaré y volveré a la ciudad con ellos. Estoy muy satisfecho de mi estadía Oporto.

Spotless modern apartment in an old building. A lot of stairs but worth it for the views from the outside terrace where I spent some wonderful evenings. The manageress Alexandra is charming and helpful. One problem with a piece of furniture was dealt with same day. Good electric heater in the bedroom which was helpful in February when nights can still be cold in Porto.

I loved the location even though it was about 35 minutes walk to historic centre. It was across a square and metro was there. The area was charming and lively. The apartment was spacious, clean but couch was very poor and difficult to sit on... passed its day.

Eu adorei o apartamento. A Alexandra foi mto atenciosa nos tdas as informações turísticas. Ótima localização, a estação com a linha q vai até o centro está em frente ao apartamento. Tem uma cafeteira de café espresso e ótimas padarias ao redor.

Die Lage ist gut, das Apartment sehr groß. Schön ist, das es zu der Terrasse auch noch einen Garten gibt. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die U- Bahn ist gleich gegenüber. Für das Auto gibt es ein Parkhaus, ca 300 Meter, preiswert. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft für Porto.

Lovely apartment in a great location next to Marques metro and buses. Also taxi rank across the road, which for a family of four proved to be economic for transport door to door. Very helpful and friendly ystaff.Finally and importantly the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space inside and out.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit last night. This was the end of a 10 day trip in which I was sick the entire time! I was really looking forward to a down day with relaxation in the back garden area, which was gorgeous. But.... when we arrived as planned at 930 am, we were told the unit wouldn't be ready until 530 pm. We're very frequent Europe travelers. In fact, this was our 3rd trip this year. So we're aware of mid afternoon check in times. But when I was asked for our arrival time and I said 930 am, no one bothered to disclose the late check in, so we thought it was ok to arrive at that hour and maybe have an hour or 2 wait. We were able to leave our luggage there, but had to figure out what to do for 8 hours considering I had a fever, conjunctivitis and an extremely sore throat. We had just disembarked a river cruise ship and would have been welcomed to stay onboard until 5pm had we known. Luckily, we were adopted for 5 hours by a cafe owner and enjoyed a couple of meals there. At 330 pm, we got the call that our room was ready! Needless to say, we didn't get an opportunity to enjoy the unit and patio. The place is very well kept! Very clean and roomy. This is a well kept and very affordable gem. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again but we would arrive later!

Great location with easy hop into the old town via the metro. The staff are incredibly helpful. The apartment itself was very well designed with a very comfortable bed.

This is a fabulous apartment! We were so happy with the location (across from the metro) and loved the space the 2 bedroom apartment offered. We especially loved the terrace! There are lots of conveniences: washing machine, a separate sitting room, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen with coffee and coffee maker, and it even includes the free use of a Smart phone which includes apps for getting around town. The owners really put a lot of thought in ensuring that their guests have a truly enjoyable stay. The only complaint I have is that the twin size beds desperately need to be replaced, as they are very lumpy and uncomfortable.

A beautiful area...peaceful. Windows overlooking the park. The most comfortable bed!! Host met us and gave us a whole Porto itinerary!

The property was adjacent to metro which gave excellent communication to all areas of Portp

Great location and convenient for Metro and bus. The building is tastefully renovated with first class amenities.

Lovely terrace where we enjoyed breakfast in the sunshine each morning. Apartment was well appointed and quiet. It was also located very close to the metro and also the bus to the beach (203) where we had a lovely walk on Sunday before our flight back. Excellent value for money and Porto is a great city, highly recommended.

The best hotel/apartment experience we ever had! Excellent service. Super clean apartment, and we got offered a very big apartment bigger than what we booked. The lady who welcomed us was super nice and gave us tips of things to do in Porto which were more than enough for our few days there. She even offered us a free phone to use around the city and dvds to choose from in the hallway. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment. At back of block so quiet. Nice bathrooms and bedrooms - ideal for family particularly WiFi for teenagers and DVD’s to borrow. Bakeries etc nearby and walkable into town or metro if in a hurry. Terrace and garden nice bit to be honest so hot we mostly stayed inside. Loved it.

Comfortable and clean spacious flat walking distance to central Porto.

Brilliant for the weekend. However there is a building going up two houses along with a crane and heavy work which resumes on a Monday so don’t go for longer than a weekend for quite a while as it’s going to take a .ong time for that building to be completed.

Excellent apartment. Welcomed personally and given a comprehensive guide on where to go and how to get there. Location also excellent.

The place was spotless, spacious, and super comfortable. The location was also perfect with the apartment being right outside the metro exit. The walls between floors were a little thin though. I could hear people moving around below and above my room at night.

Beautiful renovated large, airy space in an old building. Downside is you hear the footsteps of those in the above apartment, though management has thoughtfully put a notice in each apartment asking its occupants to be considerate of others. Appliances work well. Building is on a square with a metro stop that’s on a direct line to city center, and you can get to the center quickly.

These apartments are in a great location across the street from the metro which makes it very easy to get around. It only costs 1.95 euro to travel from the airport and takes about 35 minutes. The metro is clean and safe. All other journeys around Porto from the apartments cost 1.20 euro, although it's best to walk down to the riverside and around the town and then get the metro to avoid the steep climb back! The staff are very friendly and have lots of information and tips about Porto. The apartments are modern, very clean and mostly furnished by Ikea. We had the loft garden view apartment and it had a lovely balcony with views across the rooftops. There are a few restaurants nearby which offer huge portions at very cheap prices. Although this seems to be the case in most Porto restaurants. The square opposite where the metro emerges seems very safe with a fountain, lovely trees, a cafe, families socialising and old men playing cards. Hotels.com website says the apartments have Tempur-pedic mattresses and a pillow menu. We had only 1 pillow each and a mattress from Ikea, so their information is wrong. In the evening go across the river to Gaia and eat in a restaurant there, it's less crowded and you get the best view of Porto as the sun sets.

Excellent accommodation in an ideal location. Close enough to city centre to walk but with a metro station immediately outside, plus lots of buses. Apartment had everything I needed, even complementary coffee. Fantastic bakery two doors away and supermarket within 10 minutes.

Natalia was very helpful and provided restaurant suggestions! The apertment was very clean and we rarely heard other dwellers. The patio greatly expanded our space with an outdoor dining venue!

We loved it! We walked in and felt relaxed right away. We arrived early, but Natalie from reception let us know exactly when the apartment will be ready, and provided us with options that worked for us and our schedule. The apartment is clean and spacious. It has a terrace and exit to the backyard. We were provided with a free phone we could use during the stay. Just an overall great experience. Would stay again and recommend to others
