Not what you expect from A 5 star global Brand in the Maldives . They should learn from four seasons . Would not deliver breakfast to room As they don’t have enough staff . Poor massage , they should learn what service means in dubai spas . My wife cut her finger during canoe activity . They couldn’t find first aid box and no empathy afterwards . Poor reflection on management. The managers know very well .

Reviewed Aug 6, 2022Butler service was beyond expectation. Nicole our butler met every request and proactively did more. The little touches by housekeeping amd their promptness and attention to detail is inspiring.
Overwhelming conversation by wait staff at restaurants. It's ok to tone it down a little, we had to chat with many hosts during mealtime and it can get taxing.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2021We had an amazing stay at St Regis, our overwater pool villa was very spacious, clean new and very modern. We truly loved all activities on the island sports activities like tennis, yoga, group exercises. Great staff made us feel very welcomed especially our villa housekeeper Haseeb surprising us with creative towels and always spotless clean villa! Food was great but could be still a bit improved. Sunsets from Whale bar was the best we seen and must try their picture perfect Pearl shel cocktail!

Os restaurantes são incríveis e à praia é perfeita. Ficamos no quarto sobre a água com piscina privativa e recomendo a todos q tem dúvida onde ficar! Vale a pena realmente!

Reviewed May 7, 2018Excellent food and service. One of the best we have experienced (been to Maldives 3 times). Staff is amazing. Great people very helpful. Corals in the house reef are dead. Not much to see while snorkelling. Some good fishes, a bunch of white-tip sharks (seen 6 sharks for 10 days), 2 turtles, 1 octopus and some eagle rays. Be aware of the plankton it is very irritating. When you go in the water it will bite/sting (or whatever it does) and it hurts.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2017The hotel is nice. The breakfast is awesome but dinner is not so good. Both the meat and the seafood are tend to be overcooked. And out butler forgot to pick us up so we have to walk ourselves.
