The staff were wonderful, and both the island and the resort were absolutely breathtaking. It truly felt like being in paradise, waking up each morning to the soothing sound of the ocean was an unforgettable experience. A special thank you to our ambassador, Mady, who was amazing throughout our stay. He was always kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best possible experience. This was the most amazing holiday of my life, and I can't wait to come back. I will definitely be returning soon!

They will charge you on everything even if you took 2 pieces of mini cake by mistake 12$ as i didn’t know it was next to the water , check out was at 12 and i was waiting for bellboy to pickup our luggage, they called me from the reception asking if i didn’t approach to the front desk they will charge me extra, as i also my flight back is late

Our stay at Sun Siyam Iru Veli was truly unforgettable. The resort is beautiful, but what made the experience exceptional was the incredible staff. A very special thank you to Rilwan, who is without a doubt the best ambassador in the resort. He went above and beyond every single day, always welcoming us with a smile, making sure everything was perfect, and making us feel genuinely valued. He is a true asset to Sun Siyam Iru Veli. We would also like to thank Junaid, who took great care of us during breakfast and lunch, and Chaw, who provided excellent service at the bar and always brought such a warm, friendly, and positive energy to every interaction. If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the food selection. While the quality was generally good, we felt there could have been more variety and a wider choice throughout our stay. However, Ray and Thilak completely changed that experience. Their pasta station was incredible and they made the best Bolognese we’ve ever had. Every visit to their station was a highlight of our day and their passion and attention to detail really showed in every dish. Thank you to the entire Sun Siyam Iru Veli team for making our holiday so special. We will happily recommend this resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable Maldives experience.

The lagoon may not be as picture-perfect as some others in the Maldives, as the water is rarely completely calm and can sometimes appear a bit cloudy. However, it has its own unique charm, with so many stunning shades of blue that make the scenery absolutely breathtaking.

Diversas atividades para fazer no resort. Frigobar com boas opções e reabastecido todos os dias. Prime location and excellent value when booked in advance. Management is highly accessible and always willing to accommodate special requests, providing a level of flexibility that is increasingly rare. One of the greatest virtues of any service provider is the ability to acknowledge mistakes and demonstrate a genuine commitment to correcting them and ensuring they are not repeated. We experienced a few issues on the first day, but they were promptly addressed. Since then, the service has been exceptional. This is a testament to the ownership, dedication, and commitment consistently demonstrated by the entire team.

The buffet could benefit from more detailed food labeling and descriptions, particularly for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies. Additionally, the à la carte restaurants could offer a broader menu selection to provide greater variety throughout the stay.

Personeel is superaardig en doet echt alles voor je. Eten en ontbijt zijn goed geregeld, meerdere restaurants waar je kan eten en je butler kan reserveringen voor je maken of via een app. Zeker een aanrader om de wijnproeverij te doen.

Amazing property in Maldives, super friendly stuff. Very welcoming and warm, our ambassador Ninni was very kind and helpful. Ocean villa was amazing, the villa was spacious with the bathroom separated, terrace and pool was great too. Snorkelling directly from the villa, just great.

Property overall is great, however we had a bit of bad luck with the weather so all tours were canceled (safety first which we fully support). However, if weather isn’t great, there is not too much else to do so the infrastructure could be improved to offer some other / indoor activities. We used the gym which was okay, very small though and could be improved as one part of the facilities.

Absolutely beautiful property, stunning rooms and the water is lovely. A lot of fish and sea life to enjoy.. the staff are incredible so friendly and kind and always doing their best to make us comfortable. Honestly had the best stay and experience.

We were disappointed when the buffet was closed however, the manager and chef approached us and went above and beyond to make this up to us. The chef even made me a dish that I was feeling for. The menue of the other restaurants were also updated whilst we were there and they were more than accommodating to adjust those options for us. The manager and the chef and the staff really do their best to make you feel at home and comfortable.

A beautiful lagoon with a reef home to beautiful fish.The spa is excellent ;the girls give wonderful massages,although the prices are quite high. The food in the restaurants is delicious and varied,and I especially enjoyed dinner at the Japanese restaurant,where Chef Ivan prepared magnificent dishes right before your eyes, and it was all part of a fun show.The staff is very friendly; all the girls do their jobs well, and the guys try hard too, but not all of them; some are lazy and inattentive. The villas are very clean, well done!Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation .

I didn’t like that on the last day of our stay,at dinner at the Roma restaurant, they didn’t decorate our table like they did for other guests who were also leaving.It was somehow unpleasant,and the food wasn’t brought together.First, they brought my husband appetizers and the main course together,and I only got the appetizers.the main course later, after my husband had already eaten his.This is not right for a restaurant,and especially not for a hotel 5 stars.

Iru Veli was a relaxing and luxurious paradise for our honeymoon. The service was exceptionally great. Even before reaching the resort, we felt taken care of from the moment we met the Sun Siyam rep at the airport, who took care of our suitcases and showed us to the lounge. The seaplane journey was well organised and we had a great welcome into the resort. Our ambassador Shakeeb looked after us during our stay and made sure we made the most of our first time in the Maldives. The excursions for snorkelling and dolphin watching were highlights of our trip. The selection of food at the restaurants was amazing and we enjoyed so many delicious meals. A big thank you to our chefs and servers: Pathmasiri, Namal, Thilak, Keshal, Manoj and Arshad, who all made our trip extra special. They were friendly, attentive and always went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The resort was so clean and well-maintained throughout. Our ocean villa was beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was great having a pool on the deck and being able to go straight into the sea for snorkelling.

Everything is great! We had a really great experience during the stay. Each staff member is very polite with hospitality and friendly. Our concierge is Ms.Shaff, she is really great. All inclusive and some activities are for free, these are great value for the price, especially we were really excited about the dolphin cruise and snorkeling. All of tour staff is also really great and Mr. Altho is an excellent captain of tour staff. Lastly, the ocean is amazing. It was the most beautiful ocean that we have ever seen.

-у отеля хороший вход в воду, берег чистят, песок белоснежный -виллы в целом комфортные, достаточно новые -персонал, с кем мы дружили весь год после первой поездки, это Намаль, шеф Мохамед, Сейлиш и Че на баре у основного бассейна, еще многие кто помогал и пытался делать отдых комфортнее, наш амбассадор Мади, который максимально пытался все исправить и сделать хорошо, за что им огромное спасибо. Очень жаль, что администрация отеля явно делает акцент на экономию, а тому персоналу, кому не все равно на гостей приходится пытаться это как-то компенсировать, хотя возможностей у них не сильно много. -прогулка на мант/акул. Они прекрасны и удалось увидеть этих прекрасных жителей океана. Организация была на уровне -безумно красивые рифы, морская жизнь, кораллы, черепахи, рыбы просто вау, обязательно на снорклинг.

В отеле 2й раз за 2 года: Питание(система все включено): - еды в основном ресторане вроде много, но практически все блюда очень острые - европейцам есть практически нечего, выбирали практически одно и то же: типа жареной курицы, тунца и макарон. Вернулся из отпуска после 12 дней -4кг, для кого-то это может и плюс, но, к сожалению, это был скорее результат так себе питания, чем поставленная цель. На третий день получил пищевое отравление - 2 дня погибал со всеми характерными отравлению проявлениями. Неплохо отработал персонал и мед часть, но после всех событий просто развели руками со словами бывает... -алкоголь безлимитный, все что входит в бесплатное меню самое простое: 2-3 вида столового вина, простейшее игристое, виски блэк лэбел это максимум, что вы сможете получить без доп платы. -с фруктами беда, папайя как редкий праздник и то надо было выпрашивать. Из доступных были яблоки, бананы, апельсины( все, что есть на родине в свободном доступе круглый год), манго тоже в дефиците. Сходили в ресторан Тепаньяки, заказали из меню мясной сет со стейком вагю, шли только ради него, Принесли 2 суши, мини порция салата чука, напиток, далее жарили рис с овощами, курицу на гриле, 2 ребра пистолетика просто микроскопических размеров и 1 кусок очень странного мяса, которое не имело никакого отношения к вагю. Взяли за это 260$ за 2х. На вопрос почему происходит такой беспредел: менеджер с грустью ответил, что вагю в этом году завезти не удалось. Резюме: во второй раз с питанием все обстояло хуже, чем в первый, разнообразие уменьшилось, алкоголь вообще упростили до самого базового уровня. Отель явно начал экономить сильнее на еде и разнообразии продуктов. Сервис: где-то достойно, где-то, например в баре у бассейна только для взрослых - очень лениво. Сделали управляющему замечание через неделю: результатом стало показное шоу, где вокруг нас бегало 2 официанта с бесконечной чередой коктейлей, которые мы не просили. НО, при этом остальных гостей продолжили игнорировать

The room was fantastic and would recommend the beach villas with a pool. The settings, wildlife, people and facilities were all excellent including the watersports. Our guest relations contact "Adam" was excellent and arrange everything we need including special items such as a floating breakfast, excursions, restaurant bookings and a birthday dinner on the beach.

The buffet section was a little limited, the same every day and a bit too lukewarm for my liking. The food in the other resturants was good however they were very complicated in ingredients and taste. I think they were just trying to hard.

We have stayed at the hotel first in February 25 and came back in February 26 for 7 nights? because we had a pleasant first experience. The island is great size and the hotel is not to big, nor old. No algae, water is crystal clear. Great vegetation. Last year we were not very happy with the food diversity, specifically lack of dishes closer to european cuisine in Aqua Orange buffet . This time the situation has improved and the menu was more diverse and we always found something good. I want to mention here pasta and grill chef Khalifa, always smiling and doing a great job. We didn’t go to the other 2 restaurants because last year we were disappointed. What has changes though is most of the waiters and the service is worse, they are either understaffed or not well trained because the waiting time was sometimes 15 min to get a tea. First time the waiters knew our preferences and were very quick. First time we had an ALL package, this time we went for a Full Board. We decided to pay separately for drinks and alcohol and the prices are okay, nothing wild. If you are not really into alcohol, you may want to consider Full Board. We found the cocktails from Chemistry bar better than those from the other bar. We were happy to see Chaw and Sailesh again, they were very attentive to our preferences and simply made us feel welcome. The cleaning was also very good, twice a day with still water supply. The hotel has started doing entertainment programs, but very discreet, you can ignore them if you are not interested.

It started a little rocky because instead of a 40 min plane transfer, we has almost 2 hours or back and forth - a seaplane that would go in circles on the water and not taking off, then landing at another hotel and asking us to wait for a boat without explanations, then asking us to board again and dropping us at another hotel and finally arriving after 10 min on speedboad. Needless to say that it was difficult after a long distance flight. The manager apologised saying it happened because seaplane had not enough fuel. We decided to let it go. On departure day our transfer was arranged for 15:30 but was delayed until 17:00, which is not a bad thing. However, our ambassador Shariyaan didn’t inform us until I asked what’s up, this would’ve helped us plan better our last hours at the resort rather than just waiting for the plane. Also, he didn’t come to say goodbye like our other ambassador last year. Another unpleasant moment was that on the day of checkout, the lunch was not included. We were only informed about it after we ate (110 USD for 2). The year before we had lunch without paying extra so we didn’t anticipate this. These moments didn’t ruin the holiday but would’ve improved our experience.

We stayed in a beach villa on the lagoon side - the beach and water is spectacular and peaceful. It’s nice having a personal plunge pool surrounded by mangroves, although we did have some noisy neighbours which was a bit annoying. The attentiveness and attitudes of the staff was a highlight - everybody is so friendly and kind. We want to especially thank Muna from the main restaurant and Pradeep from Grouper Grill for their exceptional service and attention to detail. The concept of every guest having an ambassador who takes care of their stay worked really well. We’ve stayed at other places in the Maldives and think that this hotel really stood out for us in its customer service and attentiveness.

Overall our experience was very positive and we’d love to come back, but if we were nitpicking these would be our feedback points. Although was glad to experience the seaplane, it would be a deterrent for returning as there’s a lot of waiting around and making stops at other hotels which added a lot of time to the journey. (We landed at 9.30am in Male and arrived at the resort at 2.30pm, so longer than we had expected, but we were pleasantly surprised at having a nice lounge to wait in). We thought the food was really hit or miss. The curries at the buffet were very good, but some dishes were really lacking (this was more so the case in the a la carte restaurants, especially Roma where we found the food quite bad) We had quite a lot of bugs in our room (giant ants and a couple of cockroaches) The pool towels could do with refreshing, they’re a bit old and small for the sunbeds.

This resort was beautifully presented on a lovely island. Room (Dolphin Villa 703) was very well appointed and kept very clean every morning and evening by the always cheerful Alani. Food and beverages were great with plenty of choice at the buffet and lovely restaurants Grouper Grill and Roma. We also booked the Tepanaki (very funny chef!) and the Be Amused Wine Dinner both of which were outstanding. The Freshwater bar was always a peaceful place to enjoy a cocktail or two. The staff however make the place. Our ambassador Shakeeb was great booking several dinners & events for us and regularly checking how we were enjoying the resort and what he could do for us. Thanks also must go to Chandy, Dilip & Vikas at Freshwater (lovely guys), Dilshan the manager of Roma for the two dinners and the lovely table for our last night. Pooja was great both at Roma and at lunchtimes in the buffet. Also Kushal and Matey were excellent at the buffet along with the chefs on the egg station and the pasta & grill. All in all a magic holiday.

Just a couple of things meant the holiday was not quite perfect. The decking of the villa and the boardwalks need renovation in places. We got a couple of small splinters (I think this may be in hand. There was a noticeable deterioration in service during our second week when there were a lot of arrivals during Chinese new year. The staff were still amazing & doing their best but due to language differences everything was a little slower. Perhaps the management need to look at more Mandarin/Cantonese speakers on their Team and may be increase the covers in the buffet at this time.

While we appreciated the resort and the kindness of staff members, our experience was negatively impacted by the guest ambassador, Shaff. Below is a summary of our concerns: Consistently bossy and dismissive attitude, making interactions uncomfortable. During a casual conversation at check-in after we mentioned our honeymoon, she requested proof of marriage, including documentation and photos, despite us not requesting any honeymoon benefits. Having stayed at many five-star properties, we have never encountered such a request, which raised serious privacy and discretion concerns. Showed minimal effort to assist, often just flicking through her phone over the hotel map without clear explanations. Dismissed questions about activities or events, stating they “cannot be arranged” without offering alternatives or guidance. Provided incorrect New Year breakfast timings, which resulted in our New Year breakfast being spoiled. Directed us to breakfast at the Chemistry Bar, where there was no food left. I shared feedback at the time along with a photo of empty food baskets, but the issue was not properly addressed. While she appeared apologetic over WhatsApp, her behavior in person at breakfast was aggressive and defensive, making unnecessary excuses rather than resolving the issue. Approached us with an attitude, brought two omelettes as if doing a favor, and stated, “I cannot accommodate anything more.” This comment was unnecessary; a simple apology would have sufficed. Referenced a private and minor disagreement between my wife and me during a buggy ride the previous day, which was unrelated to the service issue and raised privacy and professionalism concerns. Showed no genuine interest in assisting with a honeymoon surprise. When I reached out via WhatsApp, the response focused on cost-related remarks rather than guidance, which felt dismissive. Every staff member was incredibly smiley and kind. From the moment we arrived at Malé airport, we were taken care of seamlessly. Included access to the seaplane lounge while waiting was a great bonus. The resort itself is absolutely stunning—beautiful island, excellent food selection, tasty drinks, and a wonderful atmosphere. The plant-based options, both at the buffet and in the restaurants, were impressive and well thought out. Our ocean villa was gorgeous, spotless, and very well equipped, with housekeeping three times a day. Comfy beds and high speed wifi. The adults-only pool area is perfect for those looking to relax in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended.

We expected a high level of luxury, and the Maldives absolutely delivered. The food was outstanding throughout our stay, truly top quality. The hosts were exceptional, especially our ambassador Naufal, a true professional in every sense. The same goes for Mr. Altho, who guided us during our visit to the local island and gave us a wonderful insight into local life. Dilshan also deserves special mention for his excellent service at the Italian restaurant Roma. The resort offers a great selection of restaurants, as well as beautiful dinners on the beach. The lobster grill night was an absolute highlight. The only small drawback was the daytime bar near the small pools, where the service could be a bit faster. Other than that, everything was simply excellent. The apartment was cleaned constantly. Every time we left, everything was quietly and perfectly arranged and cleaned without us even noticing. It was truly impressive. From the welcome to the departure, everything was flawless. The weather was perfect, and the resort is highly recommended in every way.

Pobyt był super, super obsługa , rafa, żółwie, eagles , rekiny, i mnostwo innych ryb pod nosem. Serdeczne podziękowania dla ambasadorki Hadeel ! która zadbała o wszystko co chcieliśmy. Nie musieliśmy się niczym przejmować, zameldowała nas , gdzie w miedzy czasie otrzymaliśmy super powitanie i drinki. Organizowała dla nas wszystkie atrakcje na które mieliśmy ochotę. Wystarczyło tylko napisac , odpisywała na wszystko bardzo szybko :) Serdeczne podziękowania dla Mateoo z restauracji Aqua, który zorganizował super kolację na plaży. Riyad który dbał o nas podczas lunchów i kolacji i śniadań. Spełniał każde zachcianki. Restauracje a-la carte również rewelacja, bardzo dobre jedzenie i desery. Dostępne od ręki. Chemistry Bar, drinki rewelacja, na co tylko masz ochotę. Obsługa TOP. Drinki super jakosci, maja moc i smak. Ogólnie najlepsze jakie piłem do tej pory na wakacjach. Obsługa dba jak tylko może abyś nie siedział z pustą szklanką. DIVE CENTER - Ekipa organizuje super wycieczki na snorkeling diving. Mega przyjaźni, robią super robotę. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Były to najlepsze nasze wakacje. Z pewnością wrócimy do tego resortu.

Jedzenie faktycznie po ponad tygodniu staje się już montonne, i występuje w podobnej postacji tylko np., innym sosie. Dużo indyjskiego jedzenia, na początku super, potem juz nie chce się tego jeść. Jedzenie ogolnie bardzo smaczne i pyszne, i ogromny wybór, da się zamowic makarony na zamówienie czy ryby lub mięsa z grilla ;) Kucharze spełniają każda zachciankę , jeśli tylko mogą ja przygotowac ;) Płacisz ogólnie sporo pieniędzy za pobyt w tym resorcie, jednak w dniu wylotu kiedy masz samolot wodny o 14, a musisz wymeldowac się z pokoju o 12... musisz zapłacić 110 USD za lunch... bo inaczej nie masz co zjesc. To słabe przy kwocie która wydaje się tam na ponad tygodniowy pobyt aby być chargowanym 100 USD za lunch z bufetu. co jest 1% tego co tam zostawiłeś. Lunch- jak przegapisz lunch, to nie masz co jesc do godziny 18. ( z dzieckiem często musieliśmy biec na ostatnią chwilę, ponieważ miał akurat w tym czasie drzemkę. Zostają ci tylko jakies snacki w barze za które musisz zapłącić, Brakuje jakiegos mini bufetu (burgerki, pizza czy inne przeąski) po lunchu do kolacji jak to często występuje w europejskich resortach. Opcja All inclusive, jest bardzo bogata, ale jeśli skonczy się buteleczka wina w mini barze (250 ml), w domku to musisz czekać na nastepny dzien, lub jeśli chcesz druga tego samego dnia np. na wieczor to musisz zaplacic 52 USD (250 ml), gdzie 100 metrów dalej w barze mozesz wypic tego wina ile chcesz za darmo przez 24h.

Our stay at Sun Siyam Iru Veli was absolutely magical. The resort is stunning, the activities were fantastic, and the food was consistently delicious. What truly made the experience exceptional was our ambassador and the staff—everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Las vistas, limpieza y la amabilidad del chico que nos asignaron para gestionar problemas.

Nuestra experiencia durante la estancia de Navidad fue bastante decepcionante y no estuvo a la altura de las expectativas ni del precio pagado. La cena de Navidad fue especialmente frustrante. Nos cobraron 500 dólares extra por persona (éramos seis miembros de la misma familia +3000$) por una cena que no tenía nada especial que justificara ese precio. Era un bufet normal, sin servicio a la carta ni productos premium. Además, a pesar de pagar ese sobrecargo, no se nos permitió sentarnos en las mesas exteriores, muchas de las cuales estaban reservadas. No se nos dio opción a elegir si queríamos cenar dentro o fuera e incluso se intentó que pagáramos más por ello. Tras discutir, finalmente lo conseguimos… nos montaron una mesa en la playa como el resto de comensales que tenían su reserva fuera (no sé como reservaron las mesas de fuera a nosotros no nos dieron ninguna opción) será por playa en Maldivas… no les costaba nada. Desde el primer día, teniendo solo tres noches de estancia, se nos dijo que no había disponibilidad en ninguno de los restaurantes a la carta incluidos, pero sí se nos ofrecían cenas con sobrecargo, lo que da a entender que se fuerza al huésped a pagar extras. Tras mucha insistencia, conseguimos acceder a un restaurante a la carta, pero fue muy incómodo tener que presionar al personal. Sinceramente nos negábamos a desayunar, comer y cenar tres días en el mismo buffet con la misma comida. Si quieres ir a este Hotel asegúrate semanas antes de tu estancia de mandar un correo y avisar porque ellos no lo harán y si llegas y no hay hueco te dejarán sin comer a la carta ningún día (estaban bastante ricos los restaurantes a la carta, merece la pena ir todos los días a cenar, nada que ver con el buffet). El paquete de todo incluido se vende de forma engañosa, ya que no incluye actividades, deportes de motor ni spa tan solo “unos descuentos”. Todo se paga aparte. Las cabañas están bastante antiguas y poco cuidadas, con detalles como papeleras oxidadas.

Tanto pela comunicação feita com o hotel no pós reserva, na chegada à Male (eles te esperam com a plaquinha e cuidam dos próximos passos) e depois na chegada ao hotel, com todo apoio para as reservas de restaurantes, passeios, etc. Acomodação super confortável, com serviço de governança impecável (faz muita diferença). Resort com um bom tamanho (nem muito grande, nem tão pequeno). Boa infra estrutura porém, mesmo com a ocupação alta, você não tem a sensação de hotel lotado. O hotel oferece algumas excursões, kids club, além da praia linda e boa opção pra snorkel logo na saída do quarto.

Acho que para estadias mais longas é importante a flexibilidade para reservas nos restaurantes de especialidades, pois café da manhã, almoço e jantar no restaurante principal acaba enjoando, mesmo com toda a variedade.

Einfach nur wow! Wir waren rundum begeistert von der Organisation über die Ausführung bis hin zum Essen, dem Strand und dem gesamten Personal. Bereits am Flughafen wurden wir von Mitarbeitern empfangen, die sich um alles rund um das Wasserflugzeug gekümmert haben. Anschließend wird man in eine Lounge gebracht, in der man bestens versorgt wird, bis es mit dem Wasserflugzeug weiter zum Resort geht. Dort angekommen, wird man herzlich von einem Mitarbeiter begrüßt, der sich während des gesamten Aufenthalts um alle Wünsche kümmert. Bei uns war es Shakeeb. Er war unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und wusste sogar auswendig, wann wir was geplant hatten. Dafür möchten wir ihm ein großes Lob aussprechen und uns nochmals herzlich bedanken, dass er sich so hervorragend um uns gekümmert hat. Außerdem möchten wir uns bei Sailesh von der Fresh Water Bar für die besten Cocktails bedanken, von seinem Iced Coconut Latte träumen wir heute noch! Auch das Essen war köstlich. Besonders positiv überrascht waren wir vom Buffetrestaurant, da wir Buffets normalerweise nicht so gerne mögen. Hier hat es uns jedoch sogar besser gefallen als in den À-la-carte-Restaurants (obwohl diese ebenfalls sehr lecker waren). Alle Mitarbeiter waren durchweg aufmerksam, bemüht und ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Massage war ebenfalls großartig, und die Zimmer wurden zweimal täglich gereinigt. Ich könnte noch viel mehr schreiben, aber zusammengefasst war einfach alles traumhaft und jeden Cent wert. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für dieses Resort entscheiden!

Our villa was spotless and always beautifully maintained thanks to Rejina, whose attention to detail and lovely smile made a big difference every day. Naprosto famozni dovolena! Luxusni servis, vyborne jidlo, uchvatne plaze a domky s vlastnim bazenem. Bylo o nas absolutne skvele postarano od prijezdu az do odbaveni zavazadel na letisti v Male pri zpatecni ceste. Naprosto mile lidi, vsichni. Bohuzel jsme museli vyzkouset i mistni kliniku, kde pan doktor se sestrickou byli strasne lidští a jeste jednou jim moc dekujeme za neuveritelne krasny pristup jako vsem zamestnancum tohoto resortu.

Буквально все , мы были не раз на мальдивах Самым главным для нас являются хорошее питания и подводный мир - так вот риф выше всяческих похвал , огромное количество рыбок косяками , которые настолько не боятся что буквально лезут под руки. Мы были и на почти экваторе В отеле где считается что риф потрясающий - так вот в Иру вели намного лучше . Более того благодаря волнорезам и большому количеству разрывов очень белэзопасно и не страшно плавать , всегда есть где зайти назад в лагуну , в то время как в других отелях такого не было . - еда была хорошей , нам понравился шведский стол больше чем а-ля карт рестораны . Такого разнообразия блюд из тунца я не видела🤣 да выбор на шведском столе не очень прям разнообразный, но нам было вкусно. Еда азиатская, восточная , мальдивская , индийская . Все довольно пряное и острое - очень хочется похвалить персонал, все были очень приятные и старались запоминать предпочтения . Хотелось бы сказать спасибо поварам Thilak, Namal и был еще один колодой повар который набила практически все дни нашего отдыха, делал гриль ( имя не увидела из-за того что был далековато ) всегда старался сделать так как я люблю и запоминал предпочтения ! Официантка Kadek тоже очень приятная , запоминала что мы любим - уборку делала чудесная девушка , которая запоминала где и как мы что оставляем, где нам надо больше полотенец где нет , очень были приятно удивлены - за нами был закреплен батлер- Sharyaan , просто замечательный Очень хочется вернуться сюда вообще советую общаться ☺️ если тесло относиться к людям , то и персонал с такой же теплотой отнесутся к вам ☺️

Не то чтобы не понравилось , а скорее аспекты - гидроплан очень шумно прилетает и улетает, будил по утрам в 6 утра , но длится это не долго - сразу засыпали назад -живет там одна или несколько кукушек которая страшно орет 🤣 день и ночь, утро и вечер, может нам не повезло, но орала не замолкая , стоило бы нам взять беруши для сна - если хотите записаться в аля карт рестораны делайте это как можно быстрее с самого приезда , так как расписано все сильно наперед

Ons verblijf in dit resort was helaas een enorme teleurstelling. We kwamen hier met hoge verwachtingen, vooral omdat het onze honeymoon was, maar vrijwel niets klopte. Om te beginnen was het koraal nauwelijks aanwezig en wat er wel was, leek grotendeels dood. Voor een resort dat zich profileert als snorkel- en duikbestemming is dit ronduit slecht. Het huisje was heel oud, verouderd en slecht onderhouden. Dit past totaal niet bij de prijs die je betaalt. Ook de service was slecht: personeel was ongeïnteresseerd, weinig behulpzaam en klachten werden niet serieus genomen. Het eten was extreem slecht en ronduit smerig. De kwaliteit was zo laag dat mijn zwangere vrouw het niet eens kon eten. Uit angst voor voedselvergiftiging heeft zij twee dagen nauwelijks gegeten en zichzelf moeten uithongeren. Dit is onacceptabel, zeker gezien haar zwangerschap. Pas hier echt op voor voedselvergiftiging. Wat het extra frustrerend maakte: wij hadden vooraf alles doorgegeven voor onze honeymoon. Twee maanden voor aankomst kregen we zelfs nog een appje van het resort met het verzoek alle details door te geven, wat we ook hebben gedaan. Toen we aankwamen bleek niets te zijn doorgegeven. Geen enkele verrassing, geen speciale aandacht, helemaal niets. Alles wat was beloofd, werd simpelweg genegeerd. Daarnaast zijn de excursies absurd duur en eigenlijk onbetaalbaar. De prijzen staan totaal niet in verhouding tot wat je krijgt. Het eiland zelf is bovendien ontzettend saai. ’s Avonds is er helemaal niets te doen: geen sfeer, geen activiteiten, geen entertainment. Alles bij elkaar is dit resort het geld absoluut niet waard. Wij voelen ons misleid door de mooie verhalen en foto’s. Voor ons was dit een enorme teleurstelling en zeker geen plek die wij aanraden, al helemaal niet voor een honeymoon of voor mensen die kwaliteit en goede service verwachten.

A truly beautiful resort with a stunning, spacious, and well-appointed over-water villa (Dolphin Ocean Villa with Private Pool). The entire resort was immaculate every day, and every member of staff we interacted with was very professional, helpful, and friendly. In particular, our host, Shihan, is absolute credit to the team - his daily check-ins to ensure everything was to our satisfaction were very much appreciated, as were his prompt responses to anything we asked for, including making reservations in the two specialty restaurants and the spa. The food in Aqua Orange was varied, very extensive, tasty, and well-cooked/prepared. The presentation and layout of the buffet area was always appealing and spotless. We tried Roma and Grouper Grill, both of which were pleasant, however we felt the quality and portion sizes for the price weren't up to expectation (the staff and service were very attentive, however) but we felt that Aqua Orange provided the same quality of food. The included extras that we didn't expect (credit for the spa, watersports, and daily replenishment of mini bar water, soft drinks, wine, and snacks at no cost) were a very nice surprise and very much appreciated.

It would be helpful to increase the number of golf carts/buggy's and staff to drive them, to reduce the waiting time during inclement weather (we waited 20mins on two separate occasions, which is not extreme, but mildly inconvenient). Our room attendant knocked on the door on two separate occasions to ask if we would like the room serviced, despite the DND sign being on (his service, however, was very attentive, prompt, and the room was spotlessly cleaned every day). Upon completing check-out formalities at 1200, we were invited to wait in the Chemistry Bar for our seaplane transfer back to Mali airport (approx. 1hr wait time) - and told that any drinks we wished to consume would be chargeable. Considering we were on a 7-night all-inclusive package, this genuinely came as a real disappointment and left a very negative last impression against what was otherwise a truly exceptional vacation.

Wonderful, everything was simply wonderful. A true paradise. The team at Sun Siyam Iru Veli are consummate professionals. We had an absolutely amazing holiday. From the very first moment — the transfer from Velana/Malé — everything was perfectly organized and completely stress-free. The island itself is stunning, surrounded by coral reefs and abundant marine life. The staff are incredibly friendly; everyone greets you with a smile and is always ready to help. We felt truly welcomed at Iru Veli, and everything exceeded our expectations. The beach is extraordinary — wide, pristine, and impeccably clean. Special thanks to Shakeeb, our ambassador, who always responded promptly and efficiently to all our requests. Dilshan was also wonderful and welcomed us with open arms at breakfast, lunch, and during the amazing dinners at the Roma restaurant. Many thanks as well to the chef at Roma (unfortunately, we didn’t catch his name). We would also like to thank Arjun and Saalgi, who were fantastic, and Namal, who pleasantly surprised us by gifting my wife a handwritten recipe so she could recreate a Maldivian-style tuna dish at home. The food could be improved, and I am referring strictly to the breakfast and lunch buffet. The food at the à la carte restaurants is very good. Also, a few areas could be improved (finishes). But it’s nothing that would ruin your mood or your vacation. Still, you are on an island in the middle of the ocean :)

Guten Tag , wir sind mehr als enttäuscht wegen den Aufenthalt. Fangen wir bei der Gala an . Wir kommen aus der Event Planung . Die Band hat mehr schief gesungen als sonst etwas ! Der tontechniker hat mehr als versagt und der DJ hat sich aufgeführt wie ein David guetta ! Die ganze Zeit das gequatsche von anderen Leuten geht garnicht ! Das Essen bei der Gala wahr gut aber 3 min Feuerwerk für 500 Euro pro Gast eine krasse Nummer ! Die 1000 Euro ist diese Gala nicht das wert gewesen und wir sind mehr als sauer ! Die Leute haben freiwillig die Party verlassen. Katastrophal sowas geht garnicht ! Zu den Essen buffet täglich ….nichts ist wechselhaft dann Tiere an manchen Gemüse oder nicht richtig nach gefüllt ! Essen auch kalt anstatt warm . Zu den Pool für Erwachsene. Barkeeper haben kein richtigen Lehrgang wissen nicht wie sie Getränke mixen sollen und zu dem wartet man fast bis zu einer std auf Getränke . Liegen werden reserviert den ganzen Tag für andere anstatt sie frei zu räumen . Zu den Villen . Wenn Käfer im Haus sind und auf der Terrasse läuft es nicht richtig ! Außerdem ist der Pool so scharf mit Kanten und Fugen nicht voll. Leiter zum Meer kann jederzeit abbrechen . Nägel verrostet ! Holz splittert.Wenn man so sagen kann 10000 Euro versenkt !

Nooit eerder dergelijk goed georganiseerde service, ontvangst en mogelijkheden gekend. Hygiëne perfect, NYE-party was onbeschrijfelijk, kortom fantastisch!

Unica pecca, l’acqua in vetro che riempiono per una questione green che ci sta per il discorso della plastica da eliminare ma l’odore di quelle bottiglie è di conseguenza dell’acqua non va bene per niente.

Sun Siyam Iru Veli var otroligt! Vi bodde i en vattenvilla där revet framför var fint. Personalen är vänlig, maten otroligt god, Whale Shark trip helt otroligt med bra guider (såg två valhajar, delfiner, sköldpaddor och mantor). Åk hit!

The island is stunning, the beaches are the most beautiful I ever seen, the food is really good, the buffet has a lot of choice, and most of all the staff is wonderful ! Friendly, professional! They do everything to make the stay memorable.

We stayed at a water pool villa. The decoration and furniture could use some refreshing. The family pool area as well. The buffet is good with a lot of choice but could feel repetitive after a few days, more change would be great.

Hotel maravilhoso e atendimento excelente desde a chegada receptiva que tivemos! A forma como recebem e se despedem dos hóspedes é maravilhosa! Ficamos hospedados no bangalô Ocean sobre as águas e a experiência foi incrível! O hotel é muito lindo e os restaurante oferecem muitas opções no cardápio.

Nada que tenha comprometido a qualidade de nossa estadia, porém acho que poderiam melhor na questão da persiana que fica no banheiro, visto que estava bem amassada e também nas espreguiçadeiras do lado de fora junto com as suas almofadas, que apresentavam um desgaste e inclusive uma delas estava com a madeira do pé solta. Também a parte dos passeios, tem um valor bem expressivo, que poderia ser reduzido.

The Food quality was not good especially the meat. I did the Hotpot and my meat was frozen when I put it in. And also the water quality is not good. I would recommend to drink water only from closed water bottles and not the „House water“.

Tatilimizin ilk gününden son anına kadar herşeyden çok memnun kaldık. Tesisin kalitesi, temizliği, yemeklerin çeşitliliği ve lezzeti, çalışanların güler yüzü ve en önemlisi doğanın muhteşemliği bizi çok mutlu etti. 3 yaşındaki kızımızla çocuk kulübünde ilgilenen Aika ve Shau'ya minnettarız. Günde iki kere villamızın temizliğini yapan Amir'in güler yüzü süperdi. Şnorkel safaride bizimle ilgilenen Altho ve diğer arkadaşlar çok profesyoneldi. Ve en önemlisi Shaff her ricamızı gerçekleştirmede son derece hızlı ve harikaydı. Bu arkadaşlara ve burada adını anamadığım restoran, Chemistry Bar ve diğer bölümlerdeki tüm arkadaşlara bize yaşattıkları bu harika deneyim için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Yorucu bir iş sezonu sonunda hiçbir şey düşünmeden yiyip içip dinlenmek isteyen kişiler genelde All Inclusive tatil seçiyor. Bu kişilere her gün ekstra yemek organizasyonu veya faaliyet satmaya çalışmak bazen pek hoş olmayabiliyor.
