الفطور كان خياراته محدودة لكن عموما الفندق جميل ومريح

חדרים יפים מאוד, בריכה יפה חדר אוכל קטן ואינטימי, שירות אדיב מאוד בחדר האוכל.

קיבלנו חדר עם ריח של טחב ונאלצנו להעביר בו את הלילה כי לא היו חדרים אחרים פנויים ורק ביום שלאחר מכן העבירו אותנו חדר. לא הציעו שום פיצוי. שאול למרכז קראבי רק אחת לשעתיים ומוגבל ל 10 אנשים בלבד בהרשמה מראש, בעייתי מאוד.

First, I would like to thank you for the hospitality and excellent service, and for all the privileges in the reception, the rooms, the facilities, and everything else. I also thank the entire staff and team, especially the supervisor, Ms. Tee . This is my first visit to Krabi, and it won't be my last. I will return to Krabi for the resort and the staff in particular. Thank you very much.

היה ריח רע בחדר, החליפו במהירות וגם בחדר שהחליפו היה ריח רע, החלפנו חדר נוסף והיה מצויין.

אין באמת חוף למלון שמתרחצים בו יש בעייה של ריח של טחב בחדרים לאחר שפנינו לקבלה הם ניקו כנראה פילטרים של המזגנים וזה נהייה יותר טוב

the hotel is very luxurious i loved the fact that it had a seperate pool for adults. the beach in low tide is amazing out of this world experience not to be missed.

everything in the hotel is pricy; the spa, the food and all other paid services. the hotel is a bit far off to get anywhere you need a taxi.

Property was cleaned. Need mosquito fumigation. Other than that everything is good

Didn’t know it was Jelly fish season. So we couldn’t swim which was the purpose of our vacation.

This was an excellent experience. I would totally return here again and I would absolutely recommend this resort to others. The spa was amazing. The restaurant was amazing. And the staff was kind. The WiFi was perfect. The rooms and facilities were clean.

So humid that the air conditioner doesn’t take the humidity out of the room. Clothes in our suitcase over the 4 days felt damp when we put them on

Everything was stellar, probably our favorite property we stayed at in Thailand. The beachside proximity helps and the Pool was relaxing and calm. The property is beautiful!

The hotel was a disappointment in every aspect. It is old, poorly maintained, and has an unpleasant smell in the rooms and showers. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable - the breakfast was poor and disappointing. There is an overall feeling that they are skimping on you as a guest regarding everything in the hotel. Overpriced for the value

A great resort, genuine staff who go out of their way to make the stay memorable. I would feel silly staying anywhere else on my next trip to Krabi/Ao Nam Mao. Location amazing, beach access, buffet breakfast was a great daily routine to lean into and we were truly able to just unwind as a family.

There’s nothing to note. Pack bug spray if seasonally appropriate.

Staff, food, location, facilities, all amazing. Cannot fault. I just hope the staff get paid properly.

How rude certain guests can be. Seriously people, you may be in a very luxurious place, but you DO NOT click your fingers at staff, You DO say “Please & Thank you” I don’t know who you are or where you come from but you are NOT better than any one. Treat people with respect. Some people need to do better.

Très bel hôtel en bord de mer. Chambre spacieuse bien aménagée avec tout le confort nécessaire. Personnel attentionné et aimable.

Pas vraiment de plage de sable. La mer est haute et arrive directement sur le bord de la propriété de l'hôtel. Il y a des roches dans l'eau.

Fabulous hotel for those who wish to stay away from Ao Nang but close enough to have the option to visit. Around 15 mins drive from the center but they offer a free shuttle although it did book up most days. Facilities were perfect with a beautiful secluded beach. Lovely pool area with swim up bar and the prices were reasonable to for a hotel stay. Staff were extremely polite and helpful and it was a very modern resort.

I liked the privacy and the quiet atmosphere. It was a well decorated space and I would recommend to others.

Sehr schönes Resort mit riesiger Poollandschaft und ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Alles sehr ruhig und entspannend. Direkter Meerzugang an eigenen Sandstrand. Wunderschöner Spabereich. Liegt etwas außerhalb, das Hotel bietet aber einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice nach Ao Nang an.

Preise im Restaurant sind dem Hotelstandard angepasst und liegen deutlich über dem sonstigen Preisniveau in Thailand. Essen ist aber auch sehr gut!

È un posto meraviglioso per rilassarsi, il cibo è buonissimo per pranzo, molto leggero... Poi si sta benissimo a bere qualcosa nel bar della piscina. Tutto ottimo. Per andare al centro c'è il trasportino di loro.

Beautiful, secluded location, just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang, without it being inaccessible (takes 15 minutes to go to Ao Nang). Has a lovely private-ish beach, and the room that we stayed in was lovely. Great food in both the bar and restaurant, priced very reasonably.

Staff always smiling and made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast had great variety. We had a garden pool villa. The photos on website and booking.com do not clearly show the features of the room very well. Beautiful room with separate lounge and kitchenette. Big bathroom with an outdoor spa bath. The pool was great with stairs directly into villa. Sundeck area was fantastic and good size grass area. Longest trip was to hot springs waterfall which was about an hours drive. We hired a car for the 5 days and good value of $350aud for the period. Recommend you do that for flexibility. We could break up our sight seeing and did everything early in the morning so was usually back around lunch time to chill for the afternoon. Fin bar and restaurant had a good variety of food. It gets pretty warm in Krabi but well worth the visit. The resort itself was fantastic. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay wonderful 😊🙏

The flooring all around the pool is black and gets unnecessarily hot. This should all be repainted a lighter colour!

חוף הים לא מזמין אין שמשיות או מיטות שיזוף המלון קצת מרוחק מהמרכז יש שאטלים שיוצאים מספר פעמים מהמלון למרכז אבל מספר המקומות מצומצם וקטן לא מספיק למלון בסדר גודל כזה לפי דעתי צריך להוסיף שטלים.

Hotel pas au centre ville mais pas loin du tout et accessible avec une navette gratuite de l’hotel, on prend plaisir à y loger pour s’y reposer. La chambre avec accès direct à la piscine et vue sur mer est à prendre, on y est très bien. La plage est sauvage, pas de transats sur le sable ce qui laisse la beauté de celle-ci à l’etat brut. Fabuleux !

Very clean, spacious rooms. Shuttle bus to downtown.

There is no vibe, quiet to the extent of being boring. F&B staff is not switched on, they can pass table with empty plates several times and not take it. And when they take empty plates at breakfast they won’t think of bringing clean cutlery, we always had to ask. Beach is very small, nowhere to walk.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Idéalement situé au calme, il est un peu excentré du centre-ville, mais reste très facile d'accès grâce aux navettes gratuites ou via l'application Grab (le Uber local). Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et offrent un cadre vraiment agréable. Mention spéciale pour la restauration : le petit-déjeuner est de grande qualité et les plats du restaurant sont tout simplement succulents. Une adresse parfaite pour ceux qui cherchent de la sérénité sans sacrifier la commodité.

Lovely resort with a team of very friendly staff that really go out of their way to make your stay exceptional. Food was great and the location is a 10 min taxi ride from town and busier areas.

Food menu was slightly limited for a 5 star resort. Toilet in our villa had some plumbing issues that caused an unpleasant smell occasionally.

Beautiful beachfront position. Comfortable rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Food of high quality. Enough bed chairs. Every little detail thought of.

Kids club inexistant… Finitions à revoir, dans la piscine des poteaux en béton n’importe comment pour soutenir la dalle pour aller sur l’îlot, des bouts de ficelle pour réparer des douilles de lampe… Personnel au pool bar à l’ouest ils ne vous regardent pas et font semblant de ne pas vous voir. Petit déjeuner toujours obligé de demander pour avoir ce qui est écrit Et la fin du séjour me demande où sont des chaussons à deux francs car une paire laissé à la piscine pour un 5 étoiles c’est quoi ce delire avec la liste si on casse une tasse faut payer tant on est chez une mamie qui fait du Airbnb pas au niveau

Nous avons eu un problème d'humidité dans les 2 chambres qui nous avaient été attribuées. Cependant le personnel a fait son maximum pour réduire ce désagrément en installant Immédiatement un déshumidificateur. Cela ne pas suffit, Ils nous ont changé de chambres le lendemain. Loin du centre ville, un service de navette est mis en place cependant les créneaux sont peu nombreux et vite remplis (12 pers pour environ 4 A/R par jour)
