Room : The mattress and pillows are so comfortable, not so tough but not so soft either. I had a good night's sleep! Breakfast and Dining Area : Breakfast selection was good enough and the dining area is clean!

Room: 1 pillow case has a stain (most likely not removed from washing). Didn't have the time to complain due to busy sched during my stay. Dining Area : I just noticed one staff during my 2 days breakfast that provides "more" attentiveness to foreigners instead of being equally attentive to everyone- foreigner or locals =(

Bell'hotel, vicino all'aeroporto ma anche al centro di Puerto Princesa. Bella camera, un pò rumorosa l'aria condizionata, bella piscina, colazione buona.

Hanno un banchetto per informazioni turistiche, ma serve solo a vendere i tour (al fiume sotterraneo, ecc,). Siccome noi volevamo andare per conto nostro a Sabang. non ci hanno saputo indicare i pulmini con posti "shared" che costano molto meno di un taxi per una distanza simile.

Les équipements, sauna hammam et la salle de sport sont très appréciables. La piscine est bien aussi, mais peut être bruyante en fonction de l'affluence. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel.

Chambre qui sentait l'humidité et était un peu petite. Déçu du matelas.

All the people who works there are very friendly and accomodating and location is good... Restaurant food are really good and worth the price.

Bedsheets doesn't feel freshly washed maybe I was wrong but for me it doesn't feel like it. And no facility or anything for toddlers/kids(like a play area or room) .must invest on something to make every room smells good or fresh because that's one thing every guests notice the smell of the place and the room

The buffet and restaurant is amazing along with the super helpful and friendly staff. Nice pool area and in house massage.

There was no hot water in the shower and the pressure was really low. The bed was hard and squeaked loudly. The tv was obsolete and there were only a few channels with commercials and no phone connectivity. There was a loud event going on and the bass was loud through the floor. The aircon was old and intermittently got warm.

De ligging en de excursie die geregeld kunnen worden. Heerlijk ontbijt en veel leuke restaurants in de buurt. De shuttle van de luchthaven naar het hotel.

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens, schöne Zimmer und ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Die 10 Jahre Jubiläumsfeier war sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr über den kostenlosen Shuttle Service zum Flughafen gefreut.

Llegamos y nada funcionaba. Todo estaba sin pilas, incluso la cerradura de la habitación así que tuvimos que esperar a que lo arreglaran en medio del pasillo un buen rato a las 12 de la noche que llegamos. El café del desayuno es agua sucia

Our stay was absolutely perfect from beginning to end! The airport shuttle service was a huge plus and made our arrival completely stress-free. The driver was already waiting for us at the airport, helped us with all of our luggage, and welcomed us with a smile. Thank you, thank you, thank you! The service throughout our stay was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our luggage was carried all the way to our room, which we really appreciated after a long journey. They even went out of their way to help us arrange transportation to El Nido for the following day. The van they recommended was very comfortable, making the trip much more enjoyable. We truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Princesa!

The plug in the bathroom sink didn’t close but it was a minor issue.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Best Western Plus The Ivywall Hotel Palawan from 16th June to 21st June, room 322 and 330 it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have had. Our Deluxe Room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The Filipino breakfast included each morning was delicious, with plenty of choices to start the day. My son absolutely loved the swimming pool and spent as much time there as possible! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a complimentary welcome drink, which made us feel instantly welcomed. The free airport pick-up and drop-off service was a fantastic bonus and made our journey stress-free. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to transport, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. We also booked island hopping and tours through the hotel. The prices were reasonable, and it was very convenient having everything arranged in one place. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, this was the perfect base for our 5-day stay in Palawan, and we would highly recommend Best Western Plus The Ivywall Hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Princesa. The staff were very friendly and Robert made it a point to remember our names and ask about our day. Breakfast was also good as well as it changed daily. The personal touches did not go unnoticed and I would recommend to others.

Не работала комната для курения на 3 этаже, рядом с бассейном. Перепутали заказанное питание на раннем выезде, положили вместо курицы ветчину.

The room was beautiful, we enjoyed the breakfast, the swim in the pool was refreshing, we purchased some lovely items from the gift shop and we had a relaxing massage.

Very nice hotel in a great position to walk into town. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We upgraded and the room was very large and we'll furnish. Breakfast was extremely good. Very happy 😁
