The peaceful, spacious , private, clean accommodation .and surroundings . Excellent little getaway in the country. Wonderful breakfast included and the bed was so comfortable as well!

The accommodation is well prepared and clearly made with time and attention. The hosts are genuine and truly present, they care about the place and their guests. Would have been happy to stay longer.

My husband and I had the most lovely stay at Margaret and Rob's BnB. The room was exactly as promised: clean, comfy and well-equipped. Margaret's homemade muesli and Rob's poached eggs were delicious, but the highlight was the starry skies at night.

Every morning we had breakfast Cooked & served to us it was beautiful, bed was comfy & warm , big pink tree with loads of birds chirping away in the early mornings lovely hot showers with perfect pressure Thank you Margaret & rob For allowing us into your home

Margaret and Rob are an amazing and generous couple. We enjoy the peace and quiet so it was a perfect choice. Amazing walks in the area to choose from and the fruit trees there are to die for. Will be looking forward to booking there again to spend more time.

Location is beautiful on the eye, but be aware 25 minutes from any shop. Not a problem for us, just shop.in advance.

A fantastic stay experience! Margaret and Rob are very friendly, welcome and helpful to us. The surrounding is fantastic, the room is very clean and comfortable. We had fresh breakfast every day, thank them for making breakfast for us very early. The hiking routes around are very unique. My son and I spent four very enjoyable nights together.

Our hosts were very friendly- we enjoyed some lively conversation with them during breakfast!! Breakfast consisted of fruit, yogurt, eggs fresh from the farm hens, toast, and bacon. Served with hot drink of choice. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Location was serene, peaceful and close enough to drive into Tauranga town if we needed to. Self contained accommodation was roomy, very comfortable with a verandah to relax on. Perfect hosts living on the property. Excellent full breakfast with some fresh produce from the property. Huge bonus having breakfast with our hosts who were engaging, switched on to life's madness and happy to share local knowledge on places to visit.

We loved everything; the drive to and from the accommodation is a little far, but worth it.

Breakfast was amazing, you eat with the hosts so lots of friendly chat.

Pillows were a bit flat for my preference.

Quiet place to stay. Clean room and facilities. Friendly owners who were very accommodating and made us feel so welcomed. Great breakfast. Hope to visit Rolling Hills again in the future.

Very helpful as we were driving in with a number of road closures. Excellent breakfast! Lovely room and setting. Very close to a nice walk we did the next morning.

Great little country stay! Room was well equipped and roomy, with comfy bed and lovely views from the patio. Great location down the road of some lovely hikes and Margaret and Rob were really helpful in recommending other hikes in the area. Thanks for the great hospitality.

We loved our stay here. The country was beautiful, it was far from any City noise , the owners are wonderful we enjoyed breakfast and a great talk be it short or long and the room was so warm and comfortable! It was a wonderful.

A beautiful location quite isolated but close enough to Rotorua etc,, for the fun bits so ideal for those touring like us who want a restful stay away from cities. The owners were exceptional hosts,nothing was too much trouble.

Set away from hustle & bustle my accomodation was very relaxing. The owners were lovely and they made sure I was well looked after. I was advised to visit the Rimu forest and the walk was stunning and I chose to do the longer walk to the waterfall and braved a swim.... A real must do!
