Good overall

L'emplacement est parfait à 10 min à pied de Myeongdong station, et de la rue commerçante. La chambre est plus spacieuse qu'attendu, les sanitaires sont propres quoique petits, donc l'hôtel est idéal quand on voyage seul et qu'on veut être à proximité de tout ! Le personnel se montre disponible et est très accueillant. J'y retournerai avec plaisir lors d'un autre voyage solo.

La façade n'est pas très reconnaissable quand on arrive à l'établissement (il faut comprendre que l'entrée est sur la droite et pas sur la gauche quand on regarde depuis la rue... chose stressante après un long voyage et de gros bagages !) et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, cependant l'hôte aide sans hésiter !

Alojamiento mal cuidado, no limpian las habitaciones durante la estancia, además de estar la habitación en malas condiciones (humedades, paredes sucias, taza del baño sucia) y el resto de instalaciones del alojamiento, no hace que la estancia sea agradable, no lo recomendaría.

以明洞的性價比來說，這個青年旅社是可以的，距離明洞鬧區很近，房間不大，還算乾淨，若只短暫的停留還是可以的，還附上自助式的簡單的早餐。

I had an emergency and could not stay for the night I booked. But I was there for a few hours, the place Is small, clean and friendly.

There Is a building demolition next to It, it was not easy to get to the entrance door for a few minutes while the machinery was working. This Is temporal and has nothing to do with the place, It was just weird.

年に3回位渡韓しています。宿泊費が高騰している明洞にありながら、ここは宿泊費が格安。寝るだけなら問題なし。私は1日外に出ていて、お風呂もチムジルバンで入ってから、12時位にホテルに帰って寝るだけでした。（チムジルバンは床が固くて眠れない）荷物を置く場所と寝る場所と考えれば充分です。部屋は2階で前回と同じ部屋でした。エレベーターはないけどスタッフが荷物を部屋の前まで運んでくれました。私はまた泊まりたいと思っているのですが、この夏休みの時期でありながらガラガラ空きだったのでホテルが無くならないか心配です。写真に夜11時過ぎのホテルに行く道の曲がり角をのせておきます。ここから３０秒くらい坂を上るとホテルです。買い物するならここが最後のコンビニです。手前はカフェです。遅くまでやっているんだなぁと思いました。（道は暗いけどお店の灯りで安心できます）ホテルの外観はホームページで見るより古びていますが、中はおおむね写真通りです。

朝食はパン、シリアル、コーヒー、ティーパックのホットドリンク位なので美味しいものを食べたい人は外の方がよいかも。ホテルを想像するより安いシェアハウスを想像してください。それで大丈夫なら泊まれると思います。いつも綺麗なホテルに泊まっている人は絶対無理です。部屋に冷蔵庫はありませんが、1階のキッチンの冷蔵庫、冷凍庫が自由に使えます。

位置很方便，上面就是纜車站，也可以直接走去首爾塔，早餐我都自己煮蛋吃

フロントに人がいない時間帯でのチェックインでしたが、事前にメッセージをやり取りできていたので安心してチェックインできました。 滞在中にスタッフにお会いしてお話すると、とても穏やかで丁寧な方でした。 お部屋の設備は必要十分。口コミ通りでした。 シャワーとトイレが仕切りなく一体型でしたが、韓国のゲストハウスはそういう宿が一般的なので、そのつもりで行けば特に問題なし。 トイレはトイレットペーパーを流すと詰まります。 横にあるゴミ箱に捨てて使えば問題なし。 シャワーと洗面は、水圧がしっかりあります。 お湯も熱いくらい出ます。 共用スペースでは過ごしませんでしたが、外国人旅行者が朝ごはんを食べているのを毎朝見かけました。 ウォーターサーバーと電子レンジと冷蔵庫だけ利用させてもらい快適に過ごせました。 ベッドは清潔で寝心地も良かったです。

コバエが部屋とシャワールームにいましたが、私は気にならないくらいでした。 明洞駅から徒歩7分くらいですが、宿に行くまでが急坂で大きなスーツケースの人は大変かも。 ソウルタワーのケーブルカー乗り場のすぐ下です。 坂道を歩くのに慣れていれば大丈夫。

住宿位置很好，.很干净卫生，还有早歺，价格实惠。因为有急事离开，住宿主动退订2天，很人性化，谢谢了。

Today dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the place. Nothing like the images shown. I had a room with no outside window - it was in between the kitchen and corridor. The window overlooked the corridor. No fresh air at all. The bathroom smelled mouldy. I spent the entire time of my 4 night stay avoiding returning to the proto because I didn't want to be in the room.

ケーブルカーの乗り場にも近く、南山の麓であり、静かで便利で、ロケーションが良かったです。朝食を提供してくれたのも助かりました。

トイレと洗面所とシャワーが一室になっているので、シャワーを使うとトイレがベシャベシャになってしまうのが残念でした。

Tenía una ubicación genial y el personal era sumamente amable. Un lugar sencillo pero limpio, cómodo y muy bien ubicado.

Location was great.

There is a steady hill to walk up to get to the accom.

It's in a nice area, close to Myeongdong for food and shopping. I only had a short stay, checking in late and checking out early the next day, but I think it works well for short stays and potentially some longer ones.

Facilities were good, especially for the price. But not quite hotel level cleanliness if that's what you're used to.

Die Unterkunft lag günstig; ca 10 Minuten Fussweg von der U-Bahnstation und dem INviertel Myeondong. Positiv fand ich, dass man jederzeit Frühstücken konnte, denn das Frühstück (Toastbrot, Marmelade, Erdnussbutter, Ceralien, Tee, Kaffee sowie Becher mit Nudelsuppe)) befand sich offen in der voll eingerichteten Küche und im Kühlschrank Saft und Eier. Warmes und kaltes Wasser gab es aus einem Automaten.

Mein Zimmer hatte nur einen Lichtschacht, was aber kaum gestört hat, da ich tagsüber unterwegs war.

The minute i went to my room it smelled moldy, the place was very gloomy & the bathroom smelled like shit 🤢🤮 going up the hill to the place was crazy. I recommend this place to people who want to visit the n tower in short period of time.

For a budget hotel, it is very good quality. You get a big bed, AC, TV, bathroom with shower.!

Not a fault of the hotel, but might be nice to list on hotel profile that it’s at the top of a pretty steep hill when walking from the train station

Kulturalny, pomocny, sympatyczny recepcjonista.

Strome schody do pokoju nr 203 na pierwszym piętrze. Małe okno i trochę mały pokój, jak na 2 osoby. Z przeniesieniem na parter do pokoju 103 nie było problemu. Recepcjonista pomógł w przeprowadzce. Okno wychodzi na mur, więc światła dziennego nie ma. Pokój wiekszy do spania wystarczy. Brak krzeseł, no i mały stoliczek. Można przeżyć. Hotel (raczej hostel) jest położony w centrum. Trzeba iść niestety po górę ok. 600 metrów. Blisko również do kolejki linowej na Tower Seoul. Widok panoramy miasta wspaniały. Za wjazd na wieżę trzeba dodatkowo zapłacić.

It was cheap. Kitchen & breakfast provided.

The room feels unhygienic and we don't feel comfortable with it. The space is so small that i had to open my luggage on the bed. The guesthouse is located far from the train station & you need to climb the hills to get there. So, it is not recommended for elderly to stay here.

Excellent value for money. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything matched the description. I would definitely stay here again.

The price was good.

The TV wasn't working. Gnats were flying around in the bathroom.

Mir gefiel die Lage, die saubere Küche mit allem Nötigen und der gemütliche Raucherbereich im Freien.

Weniger gefallen hat mir, dass es recht viele Insekten gab. Außerdem war die Dusche etwas defekt, was den Komfort leider beeinträchtigt hat.

Die Lage zu Myeongdong und Namsan ist perfekt. Es ist einfach ausgestattet, aber der Besitzer ist sehr nett und kümmert sich wirklich toll. Das Bett war bequem und mein Zimmer war relativ groß. Es gibt ein für Korea typisches westliches Frühstück: Toast, Marmelade, Erdnussbutter, Eier zum selbst zubereiten, Cornflakes und Ramen. Und Kaffee natürlich 😉. Was ich auch toll finde ist, dass man seine Wäsche dort selbst waschen kann und in meinem Zimmer gab es auch eine Möglichkeit diese dann zu trocknen, ich weiß aber nicht ob das in allen Zimmern so ist.

Leider ist die Sauberkeit nicht ganz so toll. Im Bad waren hinter der Tür ein paar Schimmelflecken und es wirkt ein wenig abgewohnt.

strome schody do niego prowadziły - poza tym spoko - no i tego się raczej zmienić nie da ;) dojście o adresu jest pod górkę - z ciężkimi walizkami to może być wyzwanie.

It was in a great location, it is at the top of a hill though so keep on mind. Free breakfast options.

需要爬坡會有點累，但爬個幾天就習慣了 轉接頭建議帶圓形的比較不會有感應不良的問題

他のゲストハウスより安かった。

まず駅から行くのに坂道がキツすぎる。 リピートで何度目かだが、前回より道も悪くなっていた気がして、スーツケースを運ぶのは困難。 ゲストハウスの前には自動車も止まっていて 入り口も狭い。部屋の中には蚊が数匹いて、 浴室にはコバエが何匹か飛んでいて不快だった。 エアコンは電源が抜けていて、自分で天井にコンセントを差して使用したが、非常に不便。

Es liegt sehr zentral. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück kann man selbst zubereiten und ist Toast, Ei, Marmelade und Peanut Butter. Zimmer sind für 1 Person geräumig.

the property is in an extremely convenient location and it’s really easy to reach from the train station and close to namsan tower. the owner is super kind and available for any rising problem. it was an enjoyable stay!!
