Sehr gutes und empfehlenswertes "Business Hotel" in Joburg. Hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute Frühstücksbuffet. Die Zimmer sind zT nagelneu renoviert, sauber und komfortabel. Sichere Parkplätze sind gegen geringe Gebühr verfügbar.

The shower didnt drain well and the bathroom floor became wet n slippery too much for the floor mat to soak.

The breakfast selection and the location was good. Restaurant and bar within the hotel is high end. Staff were friendly and responsive.

The room I was given was indicated as an "upgrade". However, the floor that the room was on had recently been renovated. The power saver device in the room was broken, it took an hour to repair on the first night and I had to change rooms on the second night because it stopped working again.

The air conditioning did not work I our room & was reported several times without being resolved or a solution found.

Was a nice location, and very convenient that its located right by a very nice shopping centre. The room was nice. The bed was nice. Service from room service was good. Our room also had a very nice view. The bar and pool outside was also amazing.

The room service food and the breakfast food was very bland. The room service food is very expensive for what you get. I would definitely relook at the food of the hotel. our aircon also did not work in our room.

The parking situation was not the best...

I came upon staff attempting to peek through peep-hole in the door of my room and later on there was an unsolicited offer of additional blankets by staff knocking on my door alleging that my non-existing "companion" requested the blankets. This was followed by a call from the manager challenging my statement to the staff that I did not request anything. The manager however called me by a different (not even remotely close) surname despite getting the room number right. He could/would not explain how a manager could manage to not check the hotel's records to ensure that the right guest is in the right room.

Breakfast was good though I wish you would have varieties, it was the same menu all through. We didn't get a chance to have some greens/ vegetables or soups. The fruit section was however good.keep it up

Great Staff and Service and a very good location.

We found that there was a "drain smell" emanating from the shower drain. The Maintenance Team flushed it but it still appeared from time to time. It might need to be cleaned with bleach or a similar product. We sprayed it air freshener.

It was absolutely freezing. Aircons on everywhere. In the heart of Winter. Even our room, which they could not adjust after attempting to fix. Slept in an icy cold room. Mentioned this to the front desk and they seemed unphased.

I was booked into a room 2 meters above the rooftop bar, in spite of having noted that this was a work trip. At around 21.30 I contacted reception to ask them to please move the revellers below my window. They called back - while later to say that it wasn’t very loud (!) and that the bar would stop serving alcohol at 22.30. They offered to move me to another room. As I was already in bed and fully unpacked with a compromised hip I declined. I was moved to a quieter room for the second night.

It was clean and staff were friendly.

I was required to pay extra to book a room with a large bed "King Superior Suite" and was given the cheaper room with two twin beds. If you only have twin rooms left, that's fine, but don't have people pay extra only to receive a twin room.

Convenient location and safe parking. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Romantic room setup was fantastic. Dinner at Luce restaurant was amazing and the highlight of our stay - compliments to the chef. Breakfast buffet was equally great.

Standard check-in is 14:00 and our room was prepared and ready, the passages were however atill filled with boxes, refuse and housekeeping items on the floor. This created both a bad impression as well as an unsafe condition for potential slip and trip hazards.

1.The location i got lost twice GPS confuses the hotel and the mall , so I found myself in the mall instead😫. 2. The staff , the most unfriendly staff i have met in all the southern sun hotel i have slept in😭. You great them they act not to hear you . The only person friendly to you is the person you having a direct interaction with like the person handing you the key or the waiter serving you the rest were cold as the weather (specially the cleaning staff angry bunch of people those ladies shame)🫂. 3 . The room :what was displayed online isn’t what was in the room i choose the hotel because of the beautiful blanket displayed on the bed which when i got there wasn’t there i asked for a blanket i got an ugly brown blanket and not the beautiful fur faux displayed , some cupboards are broken didn’t even close properly ,

Estrutura excelente. Otima hospitalidade, era meu aniversário e deixaram um pedaço de bolo com as felicitações. A vibe do rooftop é incrivel. O café da manhã foi o que consideramos o melhor e mais completo que ja tivemos. Tinha um favo de mel inteiro.

Everything! Particular praise to the staff: From the door staff to the barmen, room service, cleaning and all general staff. The staff at this hotel are a highlight and a real asset.

Staff are amazing, accommodating with early and late check in's and all round bar and waiter service and quality of food.

The plastic coffee in the rooms is below par. Sometimes no ashtray in the smoking rooms. Housekeeping entering even though there is a 'Do Not Disturb' sign hanging on the door. The state of the quality of the rooms is at those very, very early stages of needing maintenance and attention. Cupboards, drawers, phones, fridges, aircon rattles at high speeds.

Sadly, a Cockroach 🪳 ran over my wife in Bed, so Pest Control is clearly needed.This however was a first. We were also over charged for a Breakfast (R380) & should have been R188.00. We are awaiting a refund.

Staff didn’t allow me to warm up my food yet I checked in late on Friday and they didn’t let me place an order so I was told they can’t warm up my food from outside and iron wasn’t working. So it was a let down, I had to give away my food. Treatment was bad.

The carpets were dirty. There was no ventilation in the room The showers were blocked. My friend could not sleep because she has hay fever and sinuses. She was blocked the whole night .
