الغرف ضيقة نوعا و ادارة غير فاعلة حيث مرافق تحتاج الى صيانة و اي طلب سوف تنتضر كثيرا و تتابع الى ان يصل اليك في الغرفة ، طلبت طباعة ورقتين لكنهم اخبروني ان ذلك بتكاليف !! ، طلبت تسجيل الدخول قبل الوقت المحدد بنصف ساعة فقط لكن الموظف رفض بحجة تعليمات الادارة رغم ان الغرفة جاهزة !!

Dog friendly, very clean, modern and beautiful

You can hear the music from the rooftop, I imagine it gets worse on higher floors. Walls are a bit thin, we could hear other guests upstairs and next door.

Hotel is in a good location and has a cool vibe, very much like Virgin. Very helpful team. Parking convenient and not expensive.

Despite being in an executive room there was little room for storage and the lounge access was not all that good.

The other lady didnt do our beds in a neater manner also the other lady denied us access to the breakfast baffet

Hotel moderne très bien placé, et literie très confortable. Personnel charmant, notamment Lussia qui a été super efficace et avec un large sourire.

L'air conditionné ne fonctionne pas en mode chauffage, dommage quand la température extérieure voisine les zéro degrés. On regrette aussi que le cuisinier épice autant ses plats.

Podczas zakładania rezerwacji w booking com opłaciłem pobyt. W hotelu jednak stwierdzono, że nie było płacone. Musiałem długo wykłócić się z recepcja, aż w końcu sprawdzili i przyznali mi rację. Hotel jest OK, natomiast personel chyba musi się jeszcze trochę nauczyć.

Our car was stolen from the parking of the hotel, I don’t find words to explain the feeling, this is unacceptable from a very known hotel, for sure someone inside is involved.

I want to note the staff that made the stay special Ashley (breakfast chef), Thebang I think (on reception when I checked in) and the security on shift the morning of my departure. All great! The were funny, accommodating and personable.

Some issues but they were so minor that it was a non event. Room key issues on departure day Shower head needs a descaling And the free WiFi is a little intrusive asking for the details it does. So decided to not use it.

It’s modern and well located

Our rooms weren’t ready when we checked in (an hour after official check in time) and the communication from the front desk was terrible in this regard.

Rooms perfect. Staff friendly. Breakfast not impressed at all. Limited variety. Food cold. Was told salmon platter being filled only to be told hour later no salmon. Had to ask for white and sourdough bread as no one was checking.Dirty extension cord on buffet table. Had to ask for salad dressing as there wasn't a oil or balsamic vinegar at cold veg section. Asked them to warm coffee in microwave but was told they can't they will ask Barista to make unfortunately Luke warm coffee once again. I already Had complaints Saturday morning which iv already sent through on booking.com all the food was ice cold and had to call waiter to tell them warmers are off. I have a catering company and most important is food must be served hot. The chef thEN had come out and put all the warmers ON as it was off. To top it off que for eggs as there was a trainee on her 1st day theres a question but no one comes and assist on a weekend where your hotel is very busy . Waited 30mins for a poached egg and 20mins for a omelette. But overall exp not great as iv been to other hotels paid less for breakfast and variety huge eg. Fire&ice Melrose arch wow tables of options for R220pp . Radisson red one table. Sat I invited friend's that celebrated their 20th Anniversary for breakfast what an embarrassment as I told them you will spend 200 on a coffee and meal and come to the hotel you will have options. All they enjoyed was a omelette because it was the only warm food. So disappointed.

the fact that there was no grass crate placed at the end of the outdoor smoking section !!! or placed somewhere else outside ! I had to walk my dog to the grass outside Ethos Restaurant at. -5 degrees Celsius !!!!! most dogs want to pee/ poo on grass . also when we arrived there was no dog bed or dog bowls in the room . I had to ask !!!!!!!

I loved the simplicity and practicality of the room. I absolutely loved the art around the hotel, the colour... stunning. I loved that the room allowed me to see outside.

Je met un point juste pour l’emplacement et la chambre qui est plutôt belle

Le personnel est totalement désagréable! Tous! Aucun sourire, aucun accueil, aucun service client. On rentre au petit déjeuner pas de bonjour ni sourire juste un “numéro de chambre?”. Cet hôtel n’a aucune hospitalité et si vous devez solliciter le personnel vous serez mal accueilli. Vous n’êtes pas un invité mais un simple numéro.

Staff friendly, nice restaurants beside. Breakfast was fine but not worth the extra cost.

Had to be moved to another room, had to get the sheets replaced here too. Initial room had these issues: Complementary water bottle was green at the bottom from mould/algae. Bed sheets and pillows stained and hair all over the mattress protector. Towels, robes all stained. No soap in the dispenser in shower. Large X in tape on the window. Found cockroach in the replacement room on second night.

No bidet. For a 4-star hotel in 2026, no bidet sprays or washlet toilets in the rooms is a miss. For guests who like to be thoroughly clean, this isn't a luxury upgrade - it's basic hygiene. Having to carry a portable bidet as a workaround is inconvenient. This alone drops the rating significantly. Pool not heated. Johannesburg in June is winter. The rooftop pool looks great in photos but it's freezing cold - not usable for 8 months of the year without heating. If you're marketing rooftop pool experience, heat it. Otherwise it's just expensive real estate with cold water. Verdict: Good value for the location and price after a week-long stay. But bring your own travel bidet and skip the pool. For a hotel at this level, these two basics should be non

It’s a beautiful hotel in a very beautiful and convenient location.

I booked a hotel room with my 5 year old son. One of his toys rolled under the bed, he reached under the bed to retrieve it and he pulled out a used condom instead. I went to reception to complain and request the room be properly cleaned and their response was very nonchalant, it look hours for the matter to be resolved and the attitude of the receptionists were very impolite.

The staff was rude and it’s not properly disclosed that the hotel itself doesn’t have parking

I hated everything,it’s like they felt like they were doing me a favour and had no options to stay at…i wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all

Door to the room was damaged and also was not very acoustic you could hear people in the corridor during the night. Location was good but other hotels are closer to the mall which would have been better

The location is conveniently located close to the Rosebank Gautrain station and in close proximity to a shopping mall, restaurants and cafes (try Father Coffee if you have the time). The surrounding area is quite safe and accessible. Happy to return.

The sounds from music from the rooftop bar travels to the 6th floor (On Friday's and Saturdays). If I knew this would be the case I would have requested a floor lower down.

No microwave at the bedroom,not allowed to buy food from the downstairs restaurant and eating at the pool area,paying packing and to report at the reception when I need to go out with my car

It’s modern and upto standard

Very modern, great in room facilities. Good size TV and comfy bed. Good drinks options. Enjoyed the club happy hour. Great location and loved the rooftop...though was disappointed that it was closed due to wind.

Gym perhaps needs a few more machines

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The room functional with all modern equipment you expect. I got a free upgrade With free access to the launch which was a nice bonus. The location is very good.

I stayed under rooftop rooms, the whole rooftop area however was not very welcoming. There was a building site next to the hotel that created noice form the early morning.

It’s centrally located , close to Sandton City Mall and Rosebank Mall

The rooms are compact The stuff do not clean the rooms thoroughly even after I asked for the room to be cleaned everyday. Service from the housekeeping staff is also very poor
