Ho soggiornato 3giorni in questa struttura. Posizione strategica a due passi dal centro storico ma molto tranquilla. Il fiore all’occhiello è una terrazza con una vista spettacolare sul mare di Tropea con vista dello Stromboli peccato perché la struttura potrebbe essere migliorata . Personale gentilissimo. Colazione nel complesso buona ma migliorabile.

Хотелът хотелът е на много хубаво място на централна улица на която има много ресторанти и магазини.Много близо до прекранитете плажове и топлото и много чисто мореИма много хубава тераса на която имаше много хубава панорамна гледка към морето и Тропеа.Там можеш вечер да си пиеш коктейл и да гледаш прекрасният залез.Закуската беше много богата имаше и много хубаво кафе.Двете дами в ресторанта бяха много мили и отзивчиви.Момичето на рецепцията беше много велика и приятна.Имах най добрата стая и най хубавата ваканция .Благодаря на целият екип на този хотел за всичко ,което правеха да се чувствам прекрасно. Приятелското отношение на всички оставя в мен много добри спомени

Only downside was the hair dryer which is quite old (the one attached to the wall) and it worked for me only for a few seconds and then it had to have a break to work again

Punto forte della struttura è il terrazzo con vista panoramica, dove si fa colazione, abbastanza ricca, soprattutto apprezzabile la varietà di frutta di stagione. Personale accogliente.

Beautiful view. Cooked breakfast which was delicious. Great location near beach and town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning great, bed was comfortable.

Położenie obiektu, bardzo blisko plaży i centrum miasta. Dodatkowo niezwykły widok z tarasu na morze i Tropea.

Die Lage war wirklich super. Gleich in der Stadt und in 10 Minuten ca am Strand unten. Die Terasse war das Highlight. Wunderschöne Aussicht und Sonnenuntergänge.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Genauso wie die Zimmer. Erwarten kann man sich nicht viel. Es war auch irgendwie alles total abgenutzt und nicht sauber. Die Betten sind steinhart. An den Wänden war schwarzer Schimmel. Das Frühstück war jetzt auch nicht so super.

La terrazza era grandiosa, come la vista e la colazione. La colazione veniva servita in terrazza e se serviva potevi portarla via anche a pranzo.

Magari potreste dare una bottiglia d'acqua a testa in camera al primo ingresso.

Csodálatos kilátás a tengerre, illetve hihetetlenül kedves személyzet, nagyon segítőkészek voltak (08.18.) A környék összes taxi sofőrjét felkutatták nekünk, hogy időben el jussunk a repülőtérre. Ismételten hálás köszönet a recepciós lánynak. :) Üdvözlettel: Regina

Good breakfast and friendly staff

Air conditioning was terrible, and made no difference to the heat which led to an uncomfortable night. The room was nowhere near what I expected and certainly not boutique. Felt we paid way over what it was actually worth.

Ottima posizione vicina al centro e alla zona dei parcheggi. Terrazza con vista mozzafiato. Camera molto comoda con un' altra terrazza. Francesca della reception molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha offerto l' ombrellone e ci ha dato ottime dritte di ristoranti.

Solo in un' ottica di miglioramento, suggerisco di offrire una colazione un po' più completa, con più prodotti fatti in casa, e anche prodotti scremati e senza glutine.

Die Lage war super. Sehr nahe am Zentrum; nur zwischen 100 und etwa 500m entfernt von Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften. Auch die Aussicht von der Terrasse war schön, direkt aufs Meer und die Stadt. Es gibt eine einfach zu bedienende Klimaanlage, das war sehr angenehm. Das Bett war recht bequem und sauber. Die junge Frau, welche am Abend meistens an der Rezeption war, war sehr hilfsbereit und symphatisch.

Leider gibt es einige Verbesserungen, welche dringend vorgenommen werden sollten. Unter anderem hatten wir einen kaputten Kühlschrank, auch der Safe ging nicht, die Duschtüre war in der Mitte kaputt (blieb offen), mitten im Zimmer war eine Säule, in die man ständig hinein lief, und die Zimmer sind allgemein sehr ringhörig (alles ist sehr laut und auch mitten in der Nacht und früeh am Morgen wird man geweckt von Lärm). Leider war das Frühstück auch nicht so toll, nicht gekühlte Waren wie Butter, Käse, Wurst, Joghourt, etc. Die Terasse oben hat zwar einen tollen Ausblick, ist aber leider nie in Gebrauch, weil es ungemütlich ist (keine Sonnenschirme, Tischchen, Pflanzen, etc.). Da könnte man so viel mehr daraus machen. Auch die Bar oben auf der Terrasse ist unbesetzt.

Great location and a fabulous sea view from the terrace

No lift so getting luggage up and downstairs was an issue. The owners were not very friendly and wouldn’t allow visitors to the terrace even though no other clients were using it. Room service was poor. Breakfast was old fruit and sweaty cheese.

La camera che diversamente da come prenotata, non era una tripla vista mare ma una doppia senza vista mare. Hanno su nostra nota provato a giustificarsi con un gestionale che non funzionava. Abbiamo dovuto aprire reclamo con Booking per ottenere la differenza con quanto bon goduto. La camera era piccola, aveva il climatizzatore puntato sul letto. Mobilio e arredi vecchi come anche gli arredi del bagno usurati. Colazione con brioche surgelate, burro sciolto poiché non conservato nel freddo, torte secche e poco invitanti, tutto conservato sotto pellicola trasparente, macchinetta con caffè terribile.

The location and staff at this hotel are particularly worth mentioning. The hotel is very centrally located and you can park in the surrounding residential area. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and gave us some great recommendations. We also had a fantastic view of the sea from our hotel room.

We can’t quite understand some of the positive reviews. The room we had was very small. It’s a problem if you’ve got two large pieces of luggage. We had the ‘Queen’ room with a sea view. It was anything but ‘Queen’. The bed had no slatted base – it was simply a mattress on a board. The bathroom was spacious, but apart from a small shelf above the washbasin, there were no storage surfaces. The splash guard on the shower tray felt useless. After showering, half the bathroom was flooded even though the splash guard had been pulled forward. There was also mould in the grouting in the bathroom – probably because everything here is regularly flooded. On the first morning at breakfast, we were disappointed once again. The reviews talk about a great breakfast, which we can’t understand. It’s so hot that it’s uncomfortable even with the windows open; you just want to get out of there quickly. One or two fans would at least help a little here. Sausage and cheese were left out, covered but not chilled. The cheese was so mushy that it was almost melting. The butter had melted. The coffee wasn’t nice. We spotted strange spots on the croissants that looked like mould. We can’t say for sure whether it actually was mould. We didn’t have breakfast there for the remaining three days, even though we’d paid for it. The value for money isn’t right here.

A központhoz közeli elhelyezkedése és a reggeli a tetőteraszon.

Vékony falak, minden behallatszik a szobàba, a tetőteraszon levő bútorok mozgatása hajnalban illetve késő este is borzalmasan hangos volt. Nem volt hol szárítani a vizes ruhákat. Tusfürdő/sampon hiánya (2 nap kaptunk 1-1 mini kiszerelést). Tengerre néző szoba valóban az, de a kilátás nem a legszebb az előtte lèvő jócskàn elhanyagolt teraszok látványa miatt.

Super miejsce. Lokalizacja świetna, 2 minuty od ‚centrum’ gdzie są wszystkie restauracje. Na plażę też bardzo blisko. Widok z tarasu lepszy niż na zdjęciach. Śniadania były pyszne i różnorodne. Cały personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Idealny hotel aby zatrzymać się na wypad do Tropea. Naprawde polecam każdemu!

paid the same price as our friends for a minimal room, without a balcony and our bags barely had room. our friends who booked exactly the same got a terrace and a much larger room. the staff didn't help us get another room even though we paid the same and booked the same as our friends.

La location a pochi passi dal centro di tropea, la fantastica vista della camera che permetteva di vedere il mare fino alle isole Eolie. La terrazza dell'albergo consente di godere del panorama con il massimo comfort.

Il punto forte della struttura è la terrazza vista mare e la posizione, vicino al centro e al mare. Staff gentile e disponibile.

La struttura è un po’ datata e le porte non sono insonorizzate, pertanto si sentono tutti i rumori provenienti dall’interno. Non è presente un ascensore.

Die Lage nahe der Altstadt und die Frühstücksterrasse mit grandiosem Ausblick! Der Weg hinunter zum Strand befindet sich unmittelbar neben dem Gebäude.

Was immer man für Vorstellungen von einem Boutique-Hotel hat - dieses Hotel hat damit nichts zu tun. Es handelt sich um ein einfach ausgestattete Räumlichkeiten in einem alten Gebäude das Charakter hat und teilweise saniert ist. Das Erdgeschoss beherbergte offenbar eine seit längerem geschlossene Bar und macht einen verwahrlosten Eindruck. Die Rezeption und die Zimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss, die Frühstücksterrasse im Dachgeschoss. Das "Zimmer mit Meerblick" (106) war sehr klein, und vor der Terrassentür war eine massive Säule die den Raum zusätzlich beengt hat.

This hotel is in a good location, close to the centre and we were able to walk to everything. The management were very responsive and the breakfast was very good with a range of items to choose from. The balcony overlooking the water and the balcony in the room were spectacular. You could see the island of Stromboli from the hotel balcony.

The beds were a little uncomfortable but adequate. The place is an older style hotel but bathroom was adequate but needed more soap and body wash.

Muito bem localizado e atendimento muito bom! Nosso ar condicionado deu problema mas antes mesmo de avisarmos eles já estavam verificando. A recepcionista Francesca foi muito atenciosa, quando chegamos já estava nos esperando e sabia meu nome completo! Muito querida!

Splendida vista sul golfo dal balconcino della camera e dalla terrazza.. Gentilissime e disponibili nei confronti del clienti le signore della reception e della sala colazione. E a questo proposito buffet della colazione ricco di buonissime torte

A recepción nagyon kedvesek. Első nap jeleztem és kérésre biztosítottak laktózmentes tejet a reggeli kávéhoz, utána minden reggel külön kínálták nekem. Reggelihez kínálnak tojás rántottát, megkérdezik mennyi tojásból készítsék frissen. Napi takarítás van. A tetőteraszon a naplementében étteremből hozott vacsorát el lehet fogyasztani.

Negatív: a tv-nem jön a Rai1, Rai2 ami jön azon a kép olykor szétesik. Most van VB döntő a foci meccsek nem jönnek Strand törölközőt nem adnak ami praktikus lenne a repülős utazás miatt.

The only thing I can say positively is location - close to the city center.

Two days before our arrival we were contacted by the hotel management that due to overbooking one of our rooms should be emptied one day earlier and the guest moved to another B&B property (not hotel). I think that the rules are - in case of overbooking the guest should be moved to the same or better quality property. As a fact everybody was moved - me and my husband to another room at the same property, our frend to another (close by) property, due to mistake of the receptioninst made during our check-in. Apart from that inconvenience that I insisted to be reimbursed, and I am still waiting a response from the management regarding the reimbursment: 1. The receptioninsts and no other hotel staff speaks English, Only one lady Francecka that we contacted by the phone. 2. The hotel is very worn and outdated. Rooms are very small, no place for luggage even on the floor. 3. We booked a room with a sea view - our room 108 had no sea view. Only the common terrace at our floor had sea view. 4. Breakfast was announced from 8 to 10AM. Usually at 9-9.15 there were 1-2 pieces of yellow cheese and 1-2 pieces of salami and empty trays were not refilled in. All other things for breakfast were sweet. 5. The hotel is located one floor above the ground level, no lift available, very difficult to climb with heavy luggage, along a steepy and very worn and dirty staircase. 6. The door of the toilet in both rooms we used can't be closed completely. 7. The shower cabin is very narrow and inconvenient for taking shower. I still expect someone from the hotel management to pay attention, to contact me and to reimburse us for the movements that we had to do, packing and unpacking, with no any guilt at all.

Half jaar op voorhand geboekt. De laatste week voor vertrek kregen we een bericht dat er overboeking was... ze wilden ons geld terugstorten. Niet gedaan en geëist voor een oplossing. We kregen een appartement in de buurt, ontbijt bij een café. Weer geëist voor een betere optie. We moesten 2 nachten in dat appartement en mochten bij hen ontbijten... de overige dagen in het hotel. Booking.com moeilijk te bereiken... veel stress, veel tijd verloren om dit te regelen... kamer was klein. Douche heel verouderd...

Genialna lokalizacja! Piękny taras z obłędnym widokiem na miasto. Bardzo przyzwoite śniadania (warzywa, owoce, sery, wędliny, jajka, tarty…) przesympatyczny i pomocny personel. To był wspaniały czas. Polecam ten obiekt.

È stato terribile l'impatto con una struttura non certo all'altezza delle descrizioni del sito, una camera in cui è impensabile soggiornare, solo accamparsi, dimensioni appena sufficienti per un letto singolo, priva di armadio e con il minimo dei minimi usufruisci, basti pensare che l'ingresso della stanza era quasi inaccessibile per larghezza, un bagno ricavato in camera da mettersi le mani nei capelli, vista sul mare ottima ma con finestre non descrivibili come il minimal di arredo, nonostante la gentilezza del proprietario disposto ad un alternativa, alla stanza extra de luxe, non ci siamo fidati è abbiamo immediatamente abbandonato la struttura, rinunciando anche ad un improbabile rimborso della quota versata, direi proprio ingannevole da quanto pubblicato e azzarderei anche a contestare la regolarità della cubatura oltre ad altre peculiarità visto che per 43 anni mi sono occupato di prevenzione incendi e soprattutto di locali pubblici

Kilátás meseszép a nagy teraszról, ami a szobánkkal összeköttetésben volt. Elhelyezkedése is szuper volt, közel volt az óvároshoz. A szoba tisztaságára nem lehet panaszunk, a felszerelésre annál inkább

A szobánk közel volt a reggelizőhöz, ahol hajnalban már készítették elő a dolgokat vagy az éjszakás járt fel de nagyon zajos volt. Viszont amint ezt jeleztük, figyeltek erre. Az ágy nagyon kemény, a párna alacsony.... és ráférne a hotelre egy felújítás. a reggeli - független a nagyon kedves hölgytől - nagyon szerény és elenyésző volt.

La cordialidad, la atención de su personal! Siempre dispuestos con respeto y paciencia. Deseo destacar el trabajo del Sr Francesco, en todo momento listo para orientar y resolver!! El alojamiento cuenta con servicio de traslados, lo cual es de gran ayuda en los momentos más urgentes. También el de la Sra que nos preparaba el desayuno y el del Sr. Pino, quien prepara las delicias de las colaciones!! Todo impregnado de afectos y cordialidad de Anfitriones!!!

Fahrräder sicher untergebracht. Zuvorkommendes Personal! Gutes Frühstück. Komfortable, grosse Zimmer mit Balkon und Wäscheständer! Ideal für Velotouristen!

Lamentable Tout est vieux délabré et surtout sale En rentrant dans la chambre une odeur d’égouts vous prend au nez La porte de la salle de bain est bloqué et vous empêche de rentrer dans la minuscule chambre La douche est pourrie et elle a des fuites Le couvercle de la cuvette des toilettes est collant avec une bonne dose de crasse incrustée La banquette de l’évier est grasse et collante Il n’y a pas de bouchon dans l’évier Le lit est extrêmement dure et repose sur une literie en bois bricolé Les parois sont en carton mâché on dort avec ses voisins Même la machine à café de la salle à manger est salle Les draps sont percés et les linges de bain pas changé en 3 jour Et pour finir les fauteuils de la terrasse sont à moitié cassé et toujours sale

Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Die Fenster sind nicht dicht, bei Gewitter regnet es rein.

Hotel dla mniej wymagających ;) Plusy to: hotel położony bardzo blisko centrum, zaledwie kilka kroków i jesteś w centrum. Piękny widok z tarasu. Na przeciwko super bar z dobra Włoska kawa i mega pysznymi corssantami. Na tym plusy się kończą.

Hotel na pewno wymaga renowacji. Nie do końca było czysto. W opiniach było napisane "znakomite śniadanie" i to mnie trochę skusiło aby zarezerwować ten hotel - ogólnie to kawa z baru z na przeciwko oraz corssaint był o wiele lepszy na śniadanko w tym hotelu. Pani sprzątajaca przeszła sama siebie - kiedy przyszła posprzątać, opłukała nasze brudne szklanki po herbacie w łazience i postawiła je na biurku do ponownego użycia. Sejf nie działał, klucze do pokoju wychodząc trzeba zostawiać w recepcji - jakoś nie do końca czułam się z tym komfortowo.

Piękny widok z okna na Morze Tyrreńskie, szum fal, smaczne śniadania i miła obsługa, świetna lokalizacja.

Great location, the service staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Really thankful.

FANTASTICKÝ výhled z pokoje/z terasy. Mohl bych tam sedět celý večer. Se sklenkou vína v ruce a hudbou v uších. Snídaně ok, standard. Milý ochotný personál. Umístění hotelu 16 kroků od centra, ale "mimo" hlučné ulice/náměstí.

Kafe (cappuccino) z kávovaru na snídani se nedá pít.

シービューの部屋でしたが、最高の景色が見れました。 朝食場所にもバルコニーがあり、綺麗な景色を見ながら食事が出来ました。 ビーチにも旧市街にも近く、ロケーションは最高でした。

トイレの便座が壊れてた。 窓から最高の景色が望めるのに、テレビが邪魔でした。 鳥の巣があり、鳴き声が凄かった。

Im Badezimmer gibt es noch etwas Verbesserungspotential (irgendwo ist Wasser ausgelaufen…)

Loved my window view and terrace view

Небольшой и уютный отель с видом на море. Номера очень чистые и комфортные, у нас было все необходимое в номере, уборка каждый день. Для гостей ежедневно вкусный завтрак. С террасы вид просто великолепный. Отель находится в непосредственной близости от пляжа, вода в море чистейшая))) недалеко от отеля центр города с большим количеством магазинчиков и ресторанов. Железнодорожная станция в 10-15 минутах ходьбы от отеля. Персонал отеля очень приветливый, отзывчивый и внимательный. Мы остались довольны нашим отдыхом. Спасибо!!!

la vista dal terrazzo della camera e dalla sala colazione. Da qui abbiamo anche goduto un bellissimo tramonto assaggiando un buonissimo spriz preparato da Francesco, direttore dell'hotel. Francesco è una persona molto cordiale e affabile, che ha fatto di tutto per renderci la vacanza più bella, dandoci anche dei consigli di posti da vedere. La colazione è anche abbondante e dal terrazzo all'ultimo piano si gode una vista sul mare mozzafiato

Vicinanza al centro, vista mare , buona colazione , ottima qualità prezzo.

Il letto piuttosto duro e' appoggiato sopra un asse , non ha le doge o la rete e rimane scomodo , consiglio di sostituirlo ....... per il resto tutto ok

Una cosa negativa è l'assenza di parcheggio nelle vicinanze, soprattutto perché dopo le 7 di sera diventa ZTL
