Fantastyczny mały hotel w dobrej lokalizacji. Zdecydowanie najlepszą częścią hotelu jest obsługa która była ogromnie pomocna. Polecili nam świetną wypożyczalnie aut i pomagali z każdym zapytaniem. Dodatkowo przynosili nam ciasteczka z uroczymi notatkami. Pokój był bardzo ładny i czysty. Dostaliśmy też wszystkie niezbędne przybory toaletowe (do mycia itp). Naprawdę świetne miejsce. Polecam całym sercem!

Niestety klimatyzacja miała tylko 2 programy (mocny oraz super mocny) więc w nocy można zmarznąć. Nasz pokój miał zasłonięte okno, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in our 2 week travel around Philippines. Hotel and room is super clean, bed is comfortable, they offer 2 types of pillows, they give good night card with cookies. They have a good cafe at the ground floor. Location is great, it’s near the ferry and the city centre.

The staff were always super helpful and polite. Great size bathroom.

Could have done with double glazing to cut out outside noise, however thus wasn't too much of a problem.

Really nice facilities

Super friendly, but has some pretty incompetent staff. One helped a lot, but the first lady gave us wrong information a few times. They also didn't let us check into our room until 2pm even though it was ready prior. They had our bags up there.

There was a damp wall next to the air conditioning unit. It made us ill. It’s likely a mold issue. Hot water from the shower was hard to manage.

Nos encantó el hotel , es precioso y tiene unas instalaciones modernas y excelentes. Muy limpio y súper recomendable. Cada día nos renovaban los suministros de agua y de aseo (jabones, palillos para las orejas, champú, acondicionador e incluso cepillos de dientes. Hemos quedado encantados

Les photos sont trompeuses.. elles sont superbes ! Mais en réalité, désillusion ! la chambre est sombre, pas de lumière du jour, ça sent mauvais, on a demandé 3 fois pour l'eau chaude mais ça ne fonctionne pas. Le personnel fait le ménage dans les chambres à côté en faisant un boucan Infernal, ça chante, ça crie...

C'est bien placé et propre. Le personnel est accueillant, la chambre est grande.

Le bruit la nuit du ventilateur extérieur, l'aspect vieillot du linge de lit, des rideaux.

Très bel hôtel bien situé. Personnel accueillant, très pro. Grand lit, tout était très fonctionnel. Localisation idéale pour se rendre au ferry : nous y sommes allés à pieds. Compter 500 pesos en tuktuk ou le double en taxi depuis l'aéroport de Panglao.

Dieses Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Reinigung findet nur oberflächlich statt. Ich musste einen Nachtschrank vorschieben, da etwas dahintergefallen war – eine zentimeterdicke Staubschicht! Während man über die mangelnde Sauberkeit noch hinwegsehen kann, war der Straßenlärm unerträglich. Die Fenster boten keinerlei Schallschutz, und das Dröhnen der Klimaanlage machte die Nachtruhe endgültig unmöglich. Das Frühstück ist minimal. Der Service im Café war überfordert – wir haben sehr lange auf zwei Spiegeleier und einen Kaffee warten müssen. Dieses Hotel ist die guten Bewertungen nicht wert. Absolut keine Empfehlung.

I can only recommend this hotel it's simply awesome! In all points. Nothing more to say. And if you search a good restaurant nearby go to Al Fresco round the corner. Very nice food and good pino grigio.

Super Hotel zentral mitten in der Stadt Fußnähe zu der Fähre. Tolle Ausstattung des Zimmers, wobei ich wohl ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen hatte. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück in dem Kaffee, Konditorei, die scheinbar zu dem Hotel gehört.

Leider ist die Klimaanlage alt und sehr laut. Zum Glück konnte ich sie für die Nacht ausstellen, ging gerade so.

Prima hotel voor onze overnachting tussen de vlucht en de ferry de volgende dag. Goede bedden en badkamer. Heerlijk koffietentje met lekker eten. Shoppingmall is 10 min met de tuktuk rijden.

It was literally a sweet boutique hotel for its offering of pastries and sugar overload. The free wifi fluctuated and was not impressive even when at work. They should prioritize this. Relatively expensive --- our assigned room felt claustrophobic.

The staff are friendly and kind. My room is clean and meet my expectations. The breakfast is delicious. The coffee dining table is pleasant for business meeting and socialising. The hotel is easy access and convenient.

The television is not working properly bad signal the wifi not excellent connection.

We just stayed here overnight as we needed to get an early ferry the next day. Small well priced hotel, great staff, clean and the service was great.

Nous avions une fenêtre qui débouchais dans un saut de loup, pas de jour de l’extérieur. Le système de la climatisation était vieux et ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain.

Wir hatten ein Deluxezimmer gebucht. Dieses hatte kein Fenster sondern einen Lüftungsschacht, in dem die Klimaanlagen sehr laut gearbeiet haben. Wir haben gebeten, uns ein ruhigeres Zimmer zu geben. Dafür sollten wir 1.200 Pesos Aufschlag zahlen. Wir haben nochmal um eine andere Lösung gebeten. Erst 1 Stunde später haben wir dann ein ruhiges Zimmer bekommen.

Massive comfy bed, great location, quiet, warm shower, clean linen and bath towels, good breakfast and coffee and friendly staff. Also theres a direct line from the room phone to the Mang Inasal downstairs... What else is there to say? Id happily stay here again and would recommend to anyone for a short to medium trip.

A lovely hotel with a coffee shop attached. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and always welcomed us. Great Italian (Al Fresco) restaurant 5 mins walk away.

The hotel really is a long way from anything.

Super tidy and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Location is excellent, walking distance to everything in the city center. Breakfast is one plater of high quality, although the vegetables are in scarcity and you have to pay extra for a salad.

Curtains are not fully light proof, and if you don't like the sunlight at 6:00 in your room, this place is a NO NO for you. I was told by the reception that all rooms are like this, so I couldn't change a room. I'm a light sleeper already, so this was a killer for me, hence the low score. Unfortunately, I booked 4 nights in advance. Aircon is an old fashioned window mount and so a bit noisy. I prefered to sleep with the window open at night. Water faucets, in sink and shower, barely capable in maintaining warm water, it's either too cold or too hot.

Hôtel propre et bien situé. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, mais il faut compter environ 30 minutes d’attente pour être servi lorsqu’il s’agit des options sucrées (gaufres ou pancakes).

Le bruit de l’aération extérieure était gênant : même avec la climatisation éteinte, le bruit nous réveillait. Cela ne concerne sans doute pas toutes les chambres, mais durant nos deux nuits, il est resté bien présent. Je trouve que le prix est élevé - les photos de la chambre ne sont pas représentatives de la réalité.

Esta muy bien situado pues esta a 10 minutos andando hasta el puerto, si tienes que coger un ferry temprano por la mañana es muy comodo.

Habitaciones sin ventanas no muy bien ventiladas y el aire acondicionado hace bastante ruido.

Buena limpieza. Camas cómodas. Por las tardes te ponían unas galletitas como detalle de buenas noches, que es de agradecer. El baño estaba limpio y tenía mampara para que no se mojase todo el espacio cuando te duchabas. La cafetería tenía una pinta excelente. La ubicación es cómoda si solo vas a hacer las excursiones de interior, porque te pueden recoger en el hotel y vas directo hacia las colinas de chocolate etc. Lo mejor de la ubicación es que estaba cerca del puerto y eso te evita problemas en la salida y llegada si vienes en ferry.

Reservamos 2 habitaciones. Una daba a un minúsculo patio interior (1 metro cuadrado), es decir, prácticamente es como si fuese interior 100%, por tanto sin luz natural, pero también sin ruidos, porque la otra daba a la calle y los cerramientos eran muy flojos, por lo que se escuchaba todo el ruido del tráfico exterior. En ambas había aire acondicionado, pero bastante antiguo y hacía bastante ruido, además de que en la habitación de interior caía justo encima de una de las camas y era molesto. El desayuno un poco justito. A pesar de la buena pinta de lo que podías comprar en la cafetería, lo que entraba como desayuno de hotel no era tan apetecible. La zona es rara. Si te quieres mover por ejemplo hacia la playa tienes más de media hora en tuktuk, y eso sin contar el tráfico, que a determinadas horas es horrible.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, beantwortet Fragen und hilft bei der Organisation von Fahrern und Co

Location molto vicina al porto e comoda se si deve prendere aliscafo la mattina presto. Stanza carina con doccia spaziosa. Personale gentile, ci siamo fatti organizzare escursione per vedere le lucciole al delta del fiume Loay e devo dire sono stati efficienti e veloci nel trovarci un driver
