Great, above the expectation

Very good location, across the road from the beach. The swimming pool and kids area are good but were very busy when we stayed. The room was big and comfortable,

Security was a surprise for me - there were a couple of open gates where members of the public could get into the pool area and the stairs to the rooms. The only food available at the food is mainly seafood and it is expensive,

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding my check-in experience at A-One The Royal Cruise Hotel Pattaya. Upon arrival, I was informed by the Assistant Front Desk Manager, Mr. IZE, that I was required to provide a security deposit of THB 12,000 for my four-night stay. I was surprised by this amount, as no such requirement was clearly disclosed during the booking process on Booking.com. When I politely asked where this deposit requirement was stated, Mr. IZE engaged in a prolonged discussion that lasted approximately 30 minutes. Instead of providing a clear explanation, he repeatedly insisted on the THB 12,000 deposit. I specifically requested that he show me where this amount was disclosed either on Booking.com or on the hotel's website. After reviewing the information himself, Mr. IZE was unable to find any mention of a THB 12,000 deposit. The only information available referred to a THB 3,000 security deposit. He then explained that the hotel's internal staff had made an error by not specifying that the THB 3,000 amount was allegedly per day and stated that they would correct the information. I also offered an alternative solution by requesting that the hotel place a hold on my American Express credit card for the required deposit amount. Mr. IZE informed me that their payment system did not accept American Express cards. I explained that this limitation was not my responsibility and should not justify imposing an undisclosed deposit requirement on guests. What I found most disappointing was not only the lack of transparency regarding the deposit policy, but also the manner in which the situation was handled. Despite the confusion arising from information that was not properly disclosed, Mr. IZE did not offer any apology for the inconvenience caused.

Wir waren im Mytt. Da das. A-One gerade renoviert wird. Das Mytt gehört zum A-One. Muss sagen bessere Ausstattung als das A-One. Ultrafreundliches Personal! Nächstes Mal werden wir direkt das Mytt buchen. Wir waren aber auch schon im A-One. Ist auch nicht schlecht, aber das Mytt ein Tick besser!

The location was great, the room and terrace wonderfully spacious.

The shower over the bath, far too messy, had to resort to baths all the time, need to redesign the shower head and location.

Old Tv and poor wifi plz fix it . I have been paid abt 3000 aud for my stay .. new smart tvs costs $300 .. and good wifi also not that expensive .. plz update it asap before my next stay

Good hotel with lovely pool

Very good location and near to malls and eating places.

Our stay at A-One Royal Cruise, Pattaya was excellent overall. The hotel offers a fantastic experience with great ambiance, well-maintained rooms, and superb facilities. The staff (except at check-in) were polite and helpful, and the location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city.

Our check-in experience was disappointing. We had requested early check-in, and the hotel initially informed us that it would be subject to room availability. Upon arrival, we were told that no rooms were available and had to wait until 10 AM. After waiting for 1-2 hours, I checked again when the shift changed, and this time, they suddenly said rooms were available but only with an extra charge of 1,650 THB. This was frustrating and felt unfair. Despite this inconvenience, the rest of our stay was pleasant. If the check-in process were smoother and more transparent, it would have been a perfect experience.

This hotel is across the street from the beach, if you have kids this is the perfect place to stay, the swimming area is all for kids. The location is perfect for shopping and night life. Breakfast is good. There is a good restaurant just downstairs overlooking the sea.

The male reception supervisor rudely came over to us 12 minutes after me checked out to leave the hotel when we were waiting to leave our bags at baggage claim check

The bed and the balcony and the gym

No sun beds or umbrellas by the pool at ALL. Only dining tables for the coco restaurant so that was a HUGE disappointment. In the morning the smell from the toilet and sink drains were toxic to the point I was concerned for our health.

For everything they were charging money and reminded us that for losing a room card we will get charged 300 bhat and losing a swimming pool wrist band will be charge is 200 bhat. For an early check-in by 3 hrs they charged us 1500 bhat.

Coco play and pool

Breakfast is just fair enough other than that is the best Room is comfy m staff is good hospitality , especially Pool , Kids club are build for kids !!! Kids never want to go out. In the Kids club , there are a lot of staff to takiing care of kids so parent can be just rest in resting area and wait for the kids to explore by themselves. IMO It s a good decision for this big renovation.

Breakfast, egg and grill station is not enough for all guest.

Property has terrible paths to go anywhere. There is terrible, winding pathways just to get to the beach road. The same goes for pool access. Just not a good place to stay. Some front desk personnel were excellent. Others were no help at help. Outside bellhops particularly not helpful and actually aiding crooked business practices with the local transportation providers. I cannot warn foreign guests enough: do not stay here!

Fantastic play area for children - included for guests staying at the hotel. Excellent location near the more peaceful end of the beach. Very nice staff on reception and at the play area. Best scrambled eggs I have ever eaten at the breakfast buffet!

Apart from the location and some welcoming staff, there is nothing.

I booked this property because I’ve stayed in it couple of times before. I was shocked with the quality of this hotel at this time . ‏moreover, the communication and the level of understanding to simple requests is very challenging this time. The first thing I noticed in this hotel is that when we arrived by two van as a 12 guests with kids and toddlers, no one came to assist us in the luggage. we had to go and ask for someone to come and do this job. And this ended up was 15 minutes of our time. The check in desk, the concierge gave us the rooms and mixed up in the special request regarding the baby crib this was sent to the wrong room. When we called asking about the baby coat, it took more than one hour to get it to the right room and it is very difficult to explain such a simple thing to them. The rooms that we checked in are not properly cleaned. There are some stains on the bed sheets, and I can feel the sand on my bed. The bath towels or too old and it is tearing you can see strains of the fabric falling from the edges of the towel. Although one of the rooms is a family suite , they did not give us breakfast vouchers for more than two and the room is for 3+ guests! One of the other shocking things is that I booked on March 2024 , and almost 2 weeks before my check-in date I got a no-reply message The pool of the hotel is closed for maintenance and if I want to use a pool, I have to get out of this property and walk to other two properties around which is shocking to me and if I knew this before I would’ve not made this booking.

Loved this hotel very large rooms and near all the attractions. Great place to stay would go back for sure.

Everything was good bitter disappointed without swimming, gave a alternative pool from another hotel nearby , never been the same as what you paid for, without any notice, if I knew what it would be happened , I’ll not booked it for sure , cost me over £120 per night, just not right

Not at all friendly staff. They are all very rude and did not provide us a single service. Especially the housekeeping staff was acting dumb and not responding. The room did not have enough facilities. Even the toilets did not have basics like conditioners.the quality of bottle waters and the tea provided is so low class. Will never ever recommend this place to stay to anyone.

main feature of hotel closed pool, sunbeds, bar all closed for renovations we were not notified about this, only on arrival into the room a note had been left on a table no member of staff told us about any renovation, we would of cancelled if we would of been told when hotels.com took the booking definitely not a 4 star I expect some sort of refund
