The invoice generated is confusing. Other hotels will not separate breakfast cost out from room rate if the breakfast has already included in the room rate while booking. The staffs in the hotel seem quite new and cannot understand.

Very spacious rooms and big beds. Clean and fresh furniture, kind and welcoming staff.

The receptionists gave me a warm welcome from the moment I arrived and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and other places around the city.

Had a good stay here, strategically located in Thamrin, right across from Sarinah and one of Jakarta's culinary centers, Sabang Street (walking distance), also close to Bundaran HI and the surrounding major malls. The room was clean and comfortable, and has been renovated to be modern. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The food at breakfast was also varied and delicious. This hotel is more suitable for business than family because there is no swimming pool, but the gym is still there and is sufficient for me.

I recently visited Jakarta for a short getaway and chose Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, Thamrin for the first time. It turned out to be a great decision. The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Thamrin, within walking distance to Sarinah and the famous Sabang culinary street, making it very convenient for both shopping and food hunting. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. During check in, I was assisted by Luke, whom I believe was the manager incharge. He demonstrated true five star hospitality, he patiently accommodating my request for a city view room and other preferences. The entire check in process was smooth, efficient, and completed in less than 10 minutes. Amazing! I would also like to recognize Gilbert, Nadia, and Alila from the Front Office team. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, especially when assisting me with a package delivery during my stay. Their professionalism and willingness to help made a great impression. A special mention to Valen at the lobby restaurant, who assisted me with my welcome drink voucher. His cheerful and sincere service was truly appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices. The Nasi Liwet Solo was definitely my favorite! Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and was impressed by the hospitality of the team. Asma (F&B): Thank you for keeping me well-fed and always greeting me with the brightest energy! 🛏️ The Room (Suite 1311) As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member, I was thrilled to be upgraded to a gorgeous Suite on the 13th floor (Room 1311). Spanning around 50 sqm, it felt incredibly spacious and featured: A separate, cozy living room A handy kitchenette A beautiful bathroom complete with a bathtub (perfect for unwinding) A stunning view overlooking the bustling Thamrin Road. While the hotel sits right in the vibrant heart of the city, the noise wasn't an issue for me at all (though keep in mind, I am a pretty easy sleeper!). 🍳 Dining & Coffee Breakfast here is a treat. The food quality was consistently good. While the à la carte style is a little different from a standard massive buffet, everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. i think room service staff should open shoes when comes in the guest room althoung i dont want to tidy uo i jus asked to clear the dustbin n wash the mugs..staff came in with shoes on..and i think not proper bcoz it is carpeted .i walk inside with barefoot..to pray or else cleann hygiene is the key. also i stunned when staf take the rubbish by bare hand without any plastic gloves..i said it is dirty, she juz smile..n the dustbin also u shpuld put plastic baggae..instead of bare like that. That is all hope u can take note .

What a great experience we had. This hotel really work hard to the limit to make you feel good. The hoyel is located in a nice area, close to a mall and even though the traffic is heavy in Jakarta, it was an incrwdible experience to spend a few nights here. The best asset: Their people. Hey, sightseeing tour bus was free in this city. Yola, litia and rest of the team made me feel at home. They are so friendly. indonesian food at breakfast was amazing. They convince me to come back. We have been staying at Four Points all over the world and the experience and the rooms are average when it comes to cleanliness, didn’t expect much on Four points but this one in Jakarta Thamrin Four Points, surprisingly really good and comfortable! I love how friendly and genuine the staff here! We definitely will come back again everytime we come to Jakarta for sure!

Stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Thamrin Jakarta and had a pleasant experience. The location is very strategic, close to shopping malls and business areas. Room was clean, comfortable, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

I like the room, nowadays they renovated the 13th floor, and I stayed on that floor. The room looks so cozy and clean, the room service in terms of food is great and reasonable price plus is 24 hours.

Only one exception, on Saturday night, the noise from the motorcycle exhaust and road raging was unbearable, i couldnt sleep until 4.00 am in the morning WIB. apart from that is splendid

建物の構造なので、改善できるものではありませんが、廊下や隣室の音が聞こえるのが残念でした。また、MRTから近く、Thamrin通りに面した便利さと引き換えに、夜間の迷惑バイクの走行音が気になるときがありました。

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta-Thamrin hotel. I stayed in a larger king room type. The room was newly decorated, spacious, incredibly comfortable, and quiet; no sound was heard from the road. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely abysmal experience. The check-in process was so bad, i ended up aborting the booking and moving to a different hotel. Given I travel roughly 50-70 days a year for business, I have never done this before. The process of adding my Marriott membership (titanium elite status!) was problematic, but the turning point was the absolute indifference of the staff. The whole check-in process was not positive from the start, but once we got into the process of adding my membership it turned very negative. From the look and feel if the hotel, this does not seem to be worth staying at without some good customer experience to boost it. As a comparison, I checked in to the Sari Pacific across the road, also Marriott and at a similar price point. The difference was noticeable. Smart well presented hotel, with a seamless and friendly experience. Maybe the FP management can walk over and take some notes. My advice, stay there instead.

As a Titanium Elite member, I have always enjoyed staying at this property and I was very happy with my recent stay in Room 1511. The upgraded modern suite was excellent, and the welcome drink was a very nice touch. These gestures are exactly why I keep coming back. However, I’m very disappointed with the customer service experience during check-in. I arrived on a late flight, so my family came earlier to check in first. Surprisingly, they were not allowed to check in and were told they must wait until I personally arrived. This has never happened to me anywhere else within the Marriott chain. At W Bangkok, Westin Jakarta, and Le Meridien Jakarta, my family was always able to check in first, and if the room wasn’t ready, they were invited to wait comfortably in the lounge. At Four Points Thamrin, they were not allowed to check in at all. For a hotel where I have stayed many, many times, this was extremely disappointing and far below expected loyalty recognition. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this situation was simply unacceptable. Customer service should reflect brand standards and loyalty recognition — especially for elite members who repeatedly choose this property. Still, I hope this feedback helps management improve training for the front office team, because I genuinely love this hotel and would like to continue staying

The hotel's location is a major plus, offering convenient access to local attractions and Central business district. The in-dining food was another highlight; I thoroughly enjoyed the quality and variety of the meals throughout my stay.

The main issue was the noise level. Due to the hotel's close proximity to the main street, there was a consistent flow of traffic noise. Additionally, its nearness to a mosque meant that the adzan calls were also quite loud, especially during the night and early morning hours. To the management's credit, they were aware of the issue and provided earplugs as a mitigation measure. While this was a thoughtful gesture, it wasn't an effective long-term solution compared to investing in proper soundproofing for the rooms. Ultimately, the noise made it impossible for me to sleep through the night, and I had to request a room change. The staff handled the room move efficiently, which I appreciated. The hotel is currently undergoing lobby renovations. This means the makeshift reception is located on the sixth-floor restaurant. The front desk executives were somewhat hidden behind a large column, making the check-in process a bit confusing and adding to the "mystery" of finding the service desk. In summary, while the location and dining are excellent, be mindful of the noise and renovation disruptions if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise while sleeping!

Hotel was under renovation. Entrance by foot had to walk on the road. There is a pillar in my room. Room was too cold. Breakfast was decent. For the amount paid, I would be better off at staying at neighboring hotels which has better rooms and food options for breakfast.

Firstly the aircon was hardly cold. Even after reducing to the lowest temperature possible. Secondly the lobby is on the 6th floor and I got the room on the 7th. The noise was so unbearable that I could only fall asleep at 3am. The windows are not soundproof and the hotel is aware of it. That’s why they provide earplugs. But I’ve not checked into a hotel so that I’ll use earplugs to sleep. This is totally unacceptable. I would suggest not to book this hotel at all. Pay a little extra and go to a better sleep full hotel.

The Thamrin team are always most helpful for my business trips, helping organise a car and driver for my meeting schedule. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Will be staying again.

The room facing the main road is very noisy and the lights from the big screens on the road is disturbing at night. Couldn’t sleep the first night and need to change room. Aircon is also not working well. Is too cold and cannot be adjusted.

This is a great location, opposite Sarinah and other eateries. The staff were friendly and helpful. The F&B staff during breakfast were very pleasant, especially Yola, who introduces me to some booster shot during breakfast. She even offered a takeaway cup of the booster drink. Kudos to her great hospitality. Loved the fact that you can choose the variety of Indomie for breakfast. Room service was quick as well, and it took around 30 to 35 mins to get the food. Much, much faster than other hotels that I've stayed before.

During check in, the staff had asked if I'm fine to have a room with a pillar in it. I thought the room would be big enough that the pillar wouldn't be problem, but I was wrong. The room was quite small, with the pillar right in between the working table and TV. It makes the room feel even smaller. Requested to change the room, but no update from service desk, probably no other available room. Lighting in the room could be brighter and maybe due to the pillar smack right in the middle of the room, it feels quite dark at night, with all lights turned on. The speed of the free wifi were inconsistent. On my second day, it was quite slow and lagging.
