Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Strategic location of the hotel is most desirable. Its near many culinary centres and spots. The facilities and rooms are good. The food for breakfast and restaurant is wide spread. The hotel staff are pleasant and very helpful. Ashley is the only hotel I wish to stay if ever i m in Jakarta.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026The location is good and staff are friendly.
Room not soundproof; can hear opening and closing of doors the whole night; people talking and laughing. I can even hear people doing their packing; the sound of tape packing ! The tap on the sink was leaking very badly and the whole sink top was constantly wet with water dipping onto the toilet floor ! Room was pretty small and rather narrow; lack of wall hanger for your clothing.
