Excellent reception team, only this upset me, is we asked for late check out and approved by one of the recaption team but unfortunately he didn’t pass the message to his next shift or at least record it. which made my family uncomfortable to leave early to Air port and wait for more the 8 hrs. I think management should use some kind of notification to reception team so it will not occur to other guests.

على فريق الصيانه عمل فحص شامل لدورات المياه وتأكد من المحابس وعدم عطلها والتصريف بشكل افضل وهذا ما تم اصلاحه بغرفة 732. وهناك غرفة 602. لدش الحمام يجب فحصه مع الشكر والتقدير

Room key did not work. We had to keep asking to validate our room key I asked for invoice at the end of my stay and i was told its not possible. Very frustrating as I have not received the invoice until today.
