Reviewed Aug 8, 2026L'emplacement est idéal, en plein centre, avec les boutiques et restaurants à proximité. La chambre est très spacieuse.
Il manquait un réfrigérateur dans la chambre, équipement essentiel avec la chaleur. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue assez brillante, surtout avec les travaux du chantier en face.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026La ubicación era muy buena, en la calle principal de la Old Town. La habitación estaba limpia, tenía aire acondicionado, y el desayuno iba incluido.
En vez de sábanas o mantas nos pusieran toallas individuales para taparnos. Incómodo es quedarse corto, porque dormir con toallas ásperas fue imposible, menos mal que solo fue una noche.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026La persona de recepción es súper amable y eficaz. El lobby al entrar tiene muebles antiguos muy bonitos. Tienen detalles como paraguas para los clientes y el desayuno es sencillo pero rico. La cama está dura pero a nosotros nos gusta así. Muy tranquilo y se descansa bien a pesar de estar en el centro.
Las ventanas eran como interiores pero las habitaciones estaban bien ventilada: no había malos olores.

Got a 3rd floor room which has strong mold smell. Very strong odour that they failed to check before customer checkin. After 1-2 hrs, couldn't stand the odour. Reported to the receptionists, she called her manager. At first she said that her manager mention no extra room to replace. Then spoke directly to the manager on phone and finally managed to change room. Manage to get another room at 3rd floor and it was fine. Overall bad experience on the first room. The stay on second room was fine although it is a bit worn down.

Bad hatte einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch nach Putzmitteln. Bett sehr hart. Frühstück sehr spatanisch ( Toast, Marmelade, Schinken, Banane, Kuchen).

It would have been better if they provided a duvet or something else as a blanket instead of the big towels :')

BEDS... not sure if we missed the memo but the beds were the hardest thing we've ever slept on. We pulled the sheets to see what we were sleeping on and it was a leather "mattress" felt like we were sleeping on yoga mats. Not a very appealing breakfast and with a fussy 14 year old she missed it completely.

Nie podobały mi się śniadania -były bardzo słabe .W praktyce jedliśmy tam tylko banany i jajka na twardo, a resztę produktów kupowaliśmy w pobliskim sklepie i na bazarze.

La recepcionista no habla nada de inglés y es una antipática que ni saluda siquiera. Cuando entras a la habitación se siente todo el olor a humedad. No dieron toallas sucias, la cama horrible de dura que parece una tabla y no pudimos dormir, perdimos los días que nos quedaban porque nos fuimos. Para taparte te dan una TOALLA!

They serve a lovely breakfast in the morning - consisting of: eggs, tea / coffee, cold meats, bread, butter, jam, and every day a unique Thai dish is served. The rooms are spotlessly clean, towels changed daily, fully Wi-Fi enabled. The staff are hospitable, friendly, and always willing to help out with any queries or issues.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Very good Location in the Middle of Phuket Old City (Chinatown).. Very Close to old Central Market, from where the Blue Busses statt to many places. Shower and TV good working. Basic Breakfast with Instant Coffee, Toast ,marmelade, boiled eggs, sausages and some Thai Food. Very good Same day laundry Service for reasonable price. Very friendly reception staff.
No fridge in the room, No hairdryer, No Safe. Very hard mattress (might be healthy). Kind of big towel as Cover sheet, which ist scratchy.

Полотенца вместо одеяла это что то новенькое, упустила это в отзывах, мне не зашло. Матрас жестковат, а подушки наоборот. Дверь в туалет для тех кому нечего стесняться) Завтраки очень скудные и лучше поесть в другом месте.
