Sunset Beach Hotel - Adults Only

Na hotelu je nádherný bazén se slanou vodou. Urcite je to to nejlepší, na celém hotelu. Personál byl milý a snaživý.

Snídaně byli naprostá katastrofa. Na výběr ze 4 druhů vajíček, plus malý talířek ovoce. Jeden den se to ještě dá, ale pak uz se vam na snidani opravdu nechce. Také se nám nelíbilo jak pan majitel/manazer (starší plešatý pan v růžovém triku) zachází se svými zaměstnanci. Bylo nám nepříjemné to pozorovat a kazilo nám to chvíle u bazénu. Pan by se měl nad sebou zamyslet. Takhle by se svými podřízenými neměl nikdo mluvit. Dle reakce personálu jsou na to zvyklý a vůbec je to nepřekvapilo. Personál byl super a nezaslouží si takovéhle zacházení.

Very nice facilities- the rooms were cozy and nice and the pool was amazing. There is also a beach straight next to the pool which is nice. The staff were very attentive and welcoming and the service was fast and tidy. The breakfast was very nice and tasty and the pool staff were very nice. The manager is amazing and very helpful!

נקי, הבריכה מעולה, ארוחת בוקר חביבה(מגישים רק ביצים בשלל דרכים ירקות פירות לחם וקפה) הכינו לנו את הביצים ממחבת שהבאנו מהבית מטעמי כשרות והנוף מהמם מהחדרים שצופים לים ולבריכה.

לא נתנו לנו לאוכל אוכל כשר שהובא מחוץ למלון במרחבים המשותפים כמו בבריכה ובאזורי ישיבה. הקימו אותנו אחרי שכבר התיישבנו לאכול למרות שהסברנו את עניין הכשרות. והיו לא מאוד חביבים למרות שהתחייבנו על הנקיון והסדר.

Hotel come descrizione molto bello, posizione vicino al fullmoon party, e al centro della cittadina del sud tutto possibile girare in moto anche andare fino al nord

La colazione pessima non era a buffet, c'era solo la scelta di uova e una fetta di pane con la marmellata ,caffè o cappuccio, mi sembra un po' misera e se a qualcuno non piace le uova non avevano altro da offrire

The pool area is nice, pool staff tried and the location is rather quiet and protected towards party locations

Should take some renovations, housekeeping didn’t clean every day, breakfast was boring, we didn’t go again after the first day. Same toast and omelette every day. Facility was only semi clean overall, generally appeared a bit empty and left neglected compared to the pictures. Luckily we had a big discount but for the original price, I would never book it again.

Dopo aver fatto un upgrade nella junior suite. Un vero disastro!!! Le foto per la prenotazione non corrispondono alla realta'! Condizionatori che perdevano acqua, materasso sporco e scomodo perche usurato nel tempo. Letto matrimoniale che è un unione di 2 letti singoli. Tende sporche e macchiate. Pareti sporche e rovinate. Mobili rotti e usurati. Abbiamo chiesto del ghiaccio in seguito ad una caduta e ci hanno chiesto 80 bath. Soffitti con macchie! Porta del bagno completamente rovinata dell'umidità alla base. Segni sulla porta principale di vernice. Non è assolutamente ne un hotel da 4 stelle come viene proposto ne dà 3!!! Le foto mostrano quanto sopra evidenziato!!!

La piscina ed il bar/ristorante della piscina sono il servizio che mi è piaciuto di più. La piscina ampia e pulitissima. Il personale in piscina/ristorante era molto gentile (in reception meno gentili) La stanza vista mare era confortevole, ma il bagno piccolo e datato. La pulizia della stanza non è stata fatta tutti i giorni (nonostante fosse inclusa).

Esperienza molto negativa con la gestione della prenotazione Avevo una prenotazione prepagata di 5 notti. Successivamente ho modificato le date, riducendo il soggiorno a 4 notti. Nonostante la riduzione di una notte, mi è stato richiesto un ulteriore pagamento di circa 120 euro, con la comunicazione che, in caso di mancato pagamento, la prenotazione sarebbe stata cancellata e avrei perso anche l’importo già pagato. Ho effettuato numerose telefonate sia alla struttura sia a Booking.com per chiarire la situazione. Nonostante le rassicurazioni ricevute e le ripetute richieste di assistenza, la prenotazione è stata comunque cancellata proprio il giorno del check-in, senza che mi venisse rimborsata la tariffa già prepagata. Mi sono quindi trovato a Koh Phangan senza una sistemazione e, non avendo alternative, ho dovuto effettuare una nuova prenotazione e un nuovo pagamento. Paradossalmente, le nuove 4 notti mi sono costate più della precedente prenotazione di 5 notti. In pratica, ho finito per pagare due volte la stessa struttura, senza aver ricevuto il rimborso della prima prenotazione. A distanza di un mese, nonostante le numerose telefonate e i ripetuti contatti con Booking.com, non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso. Una gestione della prenotazione e dell’assistenza clienti che considero estremamente deludente e assolutamente non all’altezza del servizio che ci si aspetterebbe.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar and catering staff were excellent with making sure you had everything how you liked it, from breakfast to cocktails. Even the gardeners were friendly and chatty. The location was good with nice walks on the beach or into the shopping area.

Unfortunately the side of the island that the hotel is on is abit windy so rubbish does get washed on the beach. The hotel staff are very good at making sure this gets cleaned up but further down the beach where there aren't any hotels, you do come across some rubbish.

A reasonable location on sunset beach, relatively easy to walk into Haad Rin. The pool area is nice and relaxing with a lot of care gone into it which is in contrast to the rest of the property.

The property is tired and sad … it feels like the management have just given up. Whilst the pool and some of the garden is well looked after, other areas need maintenance and need some love if they are to sustain their business. It just feels like everyone has given up. The staff are nice enough, smiley and friendly, but they are quite inexperienced and don’t actually care about the place. We were never once asked if everything was good, if we were enjoying the stay, if we needed any help. The WiFi is diabolical. DIABOLICAL. I don’t go on holiday for wifi obviously but I like to stream music to my headphones by the pool or my speaker in the room. No chance ! We had the Royal Suite with stunning views across the bay to Koh Samui. The room was spacious but very tired, old uncomfortable furniture, in need of repairs and quite depressing.

L’hôtel est top ! Idéalement situé. Une petite mention au personnel du bar, piscine, accueil, tellement souriants et accueillants !

ארוחת בוקר אישית לפי תפריט מצומצם , אבל הייתה טרייה וטעימה . החדרים נקיים עם נוף מהמם ומרפסת נחמדה. יחסית המון מדרגוות בין חלק מהחדרים לבריכה. החוף ממש צמוד לבריכה שזה יתרון. בתפריט ארוחות צהריים, תפריט עם מלא אפשרויות כשהפאד טאי היה ממש טעים. בסך הכל מרוצים ממש. הזמנת מוניות דרך המלון הייתה האפשרות הזולה מבין כל הנהגים שבדקנו כך שזה נחמד. רחוב יחסית חי במהלך היום אך לא יותר מידי, ובלילה הוא מת.

ניקיון הבריכה היה נקי, אך אזור מסויים בבריכה היה פחות נקי (לא שחינו באזןר הזה , אבל כדאי שהמלון ישים לב לזה כי כן ראיתי בחור שמנקה את הבריכה והחוף כל בוקר)

Le petit déjeuner, il était à la carte . Juste des œufs (plusieurs types) servi avec 2 tranches de pain (sans confiture, juste du beurre) , avec des fruits (tout les jours les mêmes ) on en avait marre à la fin ça nous donnait même plus envie d’aller au petit déjeuner

הבריכה מושלמת והמיקום פצצה על הים, קרוב להכל בהאד רין מרחק הליכה בהתחלה קיבלתי חדר במפלס התחתון שלא עבד בו הוויפיי וגם היה מלא רעש מהקומה מעליי, למחרת החליפו לי חדר לקומה למעלה אז לא היה רעש והוויפיי עבד טוב לקחתי חדר עם נוף לים, זה שווה את הכסף נוף מושלם ארוחת בוקר חמודה קלאסית

It was walking distance to the beach and Haad Rin beach.

Some minor maintenance needed in rooms but for the price, nothing to complain about!

The beach area is poorly maintained — you sit down for breakfast or to admire the sunset, and it looks like a disaster, as if a typhoon just hit. Meanwhile, the beaches of neighboring hotels are all perfectly clean and well-kept. The pool steps have no warning markers, so I kept hitting my toe on the lower step because there’s nothing to indicate where it is. Staff barely speak English. The AC in the room blows directly on you — seriously, who designs it like that? Breakfast was nothing special. Not worth the money.

Great location for the full moon party (max. 10 min walk). Perfect for a 1-night stay. Comfortable bed and spacious room.

The hotel was super clean, the staff were lovely- shout out to Anchi, she made us feel so welcome. The hotel is very professional, I definitely recommend staying here. There is a restaurant called ‘pun pun’ a 5 minute walk and it has wonderful food.

התבאסתי קצת יש עליה קטנה לחדרים והייתי קומה שניה יש קצת מדרגות אבל זה נסבל.

Comfortable room, lovely staff members. Nice view from the room with view. Any issue i had regarding my standart of stay been solved quickly with effort from the staff. Nice swimming pool area... Got lovely beach to make an evening walk and lovely sunsets. I seen monkeys when traveling on the beach, and generally around Haad rin area.

The room i had been floor 3 - and it had lot of steps to go up in the heat of may. As a solo traveler it felt more like a hotel for couples. It is written adults only hotel, but in some days there been couples with kid at the pool.. so i guess they arent strict about it. Haad rin area is more alive around full moon parties and also the prices are higher. Other days the area is almost empty from visitors. If you take a bike - to get out of haad rin need to go trought up-down and cyrcling road .. And eventually at koh phangan is much better renting a bike, including in that area. Something small that been annoying me is the garabage bags it the other property infront of my room's ocean view... And also when ordering the room the first photoes on booking been the reason i chose this hotel.. but i got a view to the other side, and it was disappointing for me. But yet ocean view is yet nice.

Trap zijn erg onveilig, ( de strips hangen los en tegels) bij regen erg glad, Muren lijken van papier gemaakt te zijn, je kon de buurman horen snurken, Bed linnen waren vies, en de airco heeft 1 uur over gedaan om koude lucht te blazen, Eenmaal aangegeven bij de receptie was er in geen velden of wegen hulp te bekennen sterker nog je wordt genegeerd als het niet voor het zwembad was zou dit rampzalige hotel gwn een motel zijn geweest, doe je zelf een plezier en boek met het hotel hiernaast, deze hotel zal het absoluut niet waard zijn.

Breakfast was basic and repetitive. Basic choice of eggs, accompanied by the same salad and fruit every single day. Air conditioning wasn't working well, although they fixed it after I reported it.

The hotel was very rundown indeed of renovation. Breakfast was the same every day . The location was a 15 minute drive away from anything . Don’t upgrade your room as they are all very similar . The safe wasn’t bolted to the wall . The bathroom door was rotten at the bottom All In all very disappointing.
