Lovely building and room. Very friendly staff. Ideal location near old town. Cafe next door is very handy and provides a basic but adequate breakfast.

Alot of road noise and no onsite parking. Can be stressful trying to find on street parking. Not in walking distance of a usable beach. Need to drive to see surrounding area.

Good location within walking distance of old town and good sized room and bathroom

3 piece breakfast was very Italian. Lacked the warm welcome feel of other places we have stayed. Car parking was expensive at 20 Euro a day.

Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie! Czysto, komfortowo i w świetnej lokalizacji. Bardzo sympatyczny personel i pyszne jedzenie. Serdecznie polecam.

Le positionnement près des remparts était notre choix premier et cela a été le cas. L’aspect extérieur était également agréable.

La communication était exécrable( ne parle qu’italien ou un mauvais anglais) Le service client est inexistant lorsque il y a un problème La propreté est un vrai problème Le structure dehors la chambre est incohérente (papier toilette hors de portée, peu de lumière dans la chambre, une fenêtre au ras du sol dans la salle de bain avec vis à vis extérieur caché par un rideau (donc salée de bain dans le noir), lit qui penche vers le mur derrière nos têtes, etc… Dernier point, le patron a tenter de nous mettre dehors à 23h30 car nous souhaitions être remboursés suite à des pannes électriques successives. Il a voulu nous mettre la pression en venant avec toute sa famille. Quelle honte et manque de courage face à des clients mécontent Nous avons ouvert un dossier chez booking

La habitación era muy cómoda, el baño muy bien, estaba a 400 m aprox del centro histórico, que es bellísimo, te dan un código de ingreso al edificio, que es una especie de casona antigua, muy bien mantenida. El desayuno, está muy bien, lo ofrecen en el bar que está pegado al hotel.

El hotel muy bien, el personal correcto pero solo estaba disponible un par de horas por la mañana. La limpieza de la habitación era hasta las 10 am.

Zimmer nicht wie abgebildet. Klein. Fenster und Tür auf einen Gang, der auch von anderen genutzt wird. Klimaanlage nicht voll funktionsfähig. Sehr dicke Kopfkissen. Frühstück in der angrenzenden Bar, ohne Buffet.

Szuper helyen van, nagyon igényes és szép. A légkondicionáló - a szállások legtöbbjével ellentétben - hibátlanul működött és megfelelően lehűtötte a szobát ebben az irdatlan hőségben. A reggeli finom és laktató. Kedves a személyzet, kényelmes az ágy és kellőképp tágas a szoba. Fürdő tökéletes. Én ajánlom mindenkinek! 9/10

A reggeli esetén a kiszolgálás nem volt éppen mindig tökéletes (olykor 15 percet is várni kellett, amíg valaki hozzánk szólt, pedig alig voltak vendégek). Illetve a sötétítő a kinyitás és becsukás esetén iszonyúan nyikorgott. De ezek apróságok. 9/10

Great location, some of the staff were pleasant

I would not call this a hotel in the conventional sense, let alone a four-star one, for the following reasons: - The building itself is beautiful, with huge stones and antique details; the rooms are merely functional. The stone floor of our room was quite dirty, the lighting was horrible, the aircon was functional but antiquated, the bathroom was run-down (worn linoleum and mouldy silicone sealant), the mattress was good but towels and pillows were very cheap quality. - there is not always someone at the front desk to offer assistance - The manager is not onsite, so if a complaint is raised it has to be dealt with over the telephone, via the receptionist. - Cleaning only happens between 9:15-10:30. If you miss that window for whatever reason, your room won’t be made up that day. I also have to say that, regrettably, the cleaning staff are the noisiest I have ever encountered - shouting to each other across the echoing corridors throughout their work, every single morning. - The included breakfast is just a coffee and a pastry - no buffet or à la carte menu Most of the staff were lovely, but the messaging through booking.com was, I felt, quite unfriendly and unprofessional. They also failed to notify me (after I had specifically messaged them to ask) that I would need a code on arrival to get in. It was 11pm and if another guest had not happened to return to the hotel just as I arrived, I would have been stuck outside for who knows how long. Although the building is quiet and well-located, the actual accommodation and level of service do not reach the standard expected at this price. I left feeling that I had paid far too much and would have done better with an Air BnB. Proceed with caution!

Bra läge med nära till det mesta

Frukosten var lite skral, man får välja 3 st val i kafeterian längst ner på hotellet, kafeterian är förövrigt mycket välbesökt och verkar omtyckt, dock 20-30 minuter väntetid för att få frukosten som bestod av juice, kaffe och toast. Städerskan arbetar endast mellan klockan 08-10, så om du tänkt ta sovmorgon kan du glömma att få städat den dagen.

Posizione ad un passo dal centro storico, struttura simile ad un hotel, camera fresca e ben insonorizzata. La colazione è stata giusta, non è un albergo quindi non c'è il classico buffet ma c'è il bar sottostante al quale si accede anche dall'interno della stessa struttura.

Farei pagare la tassa di soggiorno al check in e non al check out

Sehr sauber und ca 10min zufuß in die wunderschöne Stadt Alghero, sehr zu empfehlen super schöne Restaurants zur Auswahl auch viele Bars mit Musik am Abend Frühstücken war etwas wenig, man konnte sich entscheiden zwischen einem Croissant oder einem Toast, mit Orangensaft und Kaffee, aber ist in Ordnung

Spacious

The air condition was not turned on upon arrival. So the room was uncomfortable warm. Also, the remote control for the TV did not work and at late evening there was no staff to contact for help.

Localizão bem central. Banheiro e quarto grandes. Limpo. Roupa de cama confortavel. Cafe da manha incluso. Chekin rápido e facil.

A lot of power cuts in the area. Would have expected the hotel to have a generator for such instances.

Lokalita hotela je skvelá - blízko centra, blízko mora, blízko autobusových zastávok. Personál bol milý. Izby stále čisté a nádherný výhľad na more z terasy alebo z postele.

Raňajky boli trochu slabé. Žiadne švédske stoly. Na výber bolo každý deň to isté - na osobu 1 nápoj (káva alebo džús alebo voda) a 2 ks pečiva (sladké pečivo alebo toast).

Lovely property in historical building, within walking distance to the Old Town

We had miserable experience checking in! The welcome message said there wouldn’t be anyone at the reception desk from noon to 4pm ( which is not great for the guests), but when we arrived at 10:30am, there wasn’t anyone to greet us! The staff does not speak any English, we had very difficult time figuring out the parking. Hours later, they found someone who could speak with us on the phone, and we were told the parking is 20 euros for the night ( in cash). It’d be great to know this ahead of time! At the reception desk, there were numerous keys laid out with guests’ names on the notes under the keys. Didn’t give us a great welcoming experience when we had to walk around the property to find our room. On the positive side, the room was spacious, comfortable and the bathroom was updated. Next morning, breakfast experience left a lot to be desired… there was a lot of confusion what we can order, the restaurant had very limited options that did not include eggs or any traditional breakfast food. We were offered sandwiches,- for breakfast?! Sadly, beautiful property, but not great experience…

Bellissima struttura,pulita, accogliente e personale super gentile . Zona decisamente meno rumorosa rispetto ad altre

Unica pecca la colazione un po' così, poiché viene servita nel bar adiacente. quindi non molto varia . Un'altra cosa la posizione poiché, nonostante sia proprio centrale, per recarsi in spiaggia è necessario prendere l'auto, soprattutto se si hanno bambini,e il parcheggio in quella zona scarseggia un po'. Nonostante tutto però è andata molto bene e alla prima occasione soggiorneremo nuovamente . Anche perché la pulizia e la gentilezza del personale vanno oltre qualche piccolo disagio

Spacious comfortable room in lovely historic house. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast choices were limited.

Très bien situé au coeur de la vieille ville. Chambre spacieuse.Bons équipements.Staff sympa ,disponible,et efficace.Superbe et rare terrasse,tres agreable. Belle surprise avec le bar-restaurant jouxtant l'etablissement.(Pas vraiment mis en valeur dans la publicité)

Rien a vraiment critiquer. Peut être une remarque concernant le nombre de chaines TV limité a quelques canaux italiens. Un chaine internationale serait un "plus" bienvenu.

Ruido de la calle de automóviles. Hay que solicitar la habilitación sin ventanas en tercer piso o bien tapones. El desayuno de muy poca variedad y limitado a tres cosas: café, bollo, sándwich.

L’eleganza e la cordialità dello staff

Struttura in buonissima posizione, comoda per gli spostamenti sia a piedi che con mezzi propri; sebbene la colazione, servita presso il bar convenzionato subito accanto alla struttura, preveda solo 3 consumazioni ( ad esempio cornetto, caffè e succo) il personale del bar è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

La struttura prevede - al di fuori di determinati orari - il self-check in; abbiamo dunque ricevuto una mail con codice di accesso al portone e nella stessa mail ci veniva comunicato che avremmo trovato le chiavi con le indicazioni per il soggiorno - tra cui numero della camera. Al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato sul banco né chiavi nè indicazioni; abbiamo dovuto chiamare e attendere qualcuno che provvedesse a portarci le chiavi e indicasse il numero della stanza; la persona in questione sembrava all’oscuro della nostra prenotazione e anzi ci ha chiesto se fosse un last minute ( stiamo parlando di una prenotazione fatta a Gennaio per Aprile, quindi decisamente NON UN LAST MINUTE). Il giorno seguente il personale addetto alla reception anziché scusarsi per l’accaduto o almeno chiedere come fosse andato il nostro pernottamento ci ha immediatamente richiesto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno;richiesta assolutamente lecita, avremmo pero preferito che il personale prima si interessasse al nostro soggiorno visto l’inconveniente del check- in.A ciò si aggiunge una stanza molto buia (con una sola finestra la cui persiana non si apriva) bagno senza bidet, con porta del bagno che faceva fatica a chiudersi bene e wc fissato così in alto da renderne disagevole l’utilizzo; livello di pulizia non accurato ma soprattutto non quanto ci si aspetterebbe da una dimora cosiddetta “di charme”.

Appena arrivati , la ragazza alla reception ci ha risolto un problema che poteva costarci l intero soggiorno e una volta entrati in camera siamo rimasti estasiati... stupenda! La jacuzzi era enorme e semplicemente fantastica!

Wyrzucenie klientów hotelu aby jedli w ciemnej budzie na zapleczu zamiast w przepięknym ogródku przed kamienicą. Chyba płacąc za nocleg są co najmniej tak samo cennymi klientami jak ci którzy wchodzą z ulicy i piją kawę? Podanie przez niemiłą kelnerkę tostów na zimno, bez zgrillowania.

Location very close to historical center, a lot of parking lots around the hotel, staff very pleasant.

Fue un lugar agradable y calido .Todo estaba bien organizado y era muy comodo .Muy buena la atencion de los funcionarios .De hecho volveria !

La ubicación. El edificio muy bonito. El desayuno bien, correcto. La habitación inmensa.

La ducha no funcionaba bien, aunque lo dije en recepción y me la arreglaron.

Since the better (larger) rooms were sold for our date, we took a standard room. Very comfortable room, great for sleeping. Decent in size, with a nice balcony overlooking the street. This accomodation is for people who like to explore Alghero, other nearby towns and the rural landscape as well. The hotel is like a boutique hotel, in a great location (one step away from the old town, the bus station and the city beach).

Ușor de făcut formalitățile de check in.

Camera al 3 piano sottotetto per 4 persone molto grande e bagno altrettanto. Ben pulito e ordinato. Colazione al bar sottostante con la possibilità di prendere 3 elementi a scelta con croissant buonissimi. Trovato parcheggio di fronte gratuito. Centro a 10 min a piedi.

Struttura pulita, accogliente situata in un palazzo molto carino. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort. Buona la colazione e servizio bar ottimo con staff molto gentile e disponibile.

La porta di ingresso della nostra camera aveva una serratura con una chiave piccola e abbastanza scomoda .

Echt dicht bij de centrum stad, mooie gebouw en goede streek. Ontbijt bij de bar, prima!

Wij hebben een dubbel bed kamer met separate bedden maar omdat het een last-minute boeking was ze hadden geen beschikbare personeel om de kamer volgens ons wensen klaar te maken. Wij moesten samen in hetzelfde bed slapen, mijn schoolvriend Stefano en ik. Wij hadden geen probleem maar het zou meer professioneel van hun geweest om ons twee separate kamers voor te stellen als compensatie van het ongemak. De douche was ook kapot, gelukkig we waren doodmoe en we zijn meteen in slaap gevallen!

La colazione viene servita nel bar attiguo alla struttura, un po limitata

La finestra del bagno non si poteva chiudere bene,il flessibile della doccia era rotto e questo comportava una netta riduzione della pressione dell'acqua in doccia

Questo posto è incredibile, é là seconda volta che pernotto qui e ogni volta sempre relax e comodità, ci sentiamo davvero coccolati. Torneremo volentieri
