Amazing location very picturesque sea cliff views both for the rooms overlooking the sea and the restaurant at the resort. Delicious food on site. Very friendly and knowledgeable owner, Mr. Errol Hanna. We enjoyed having a drink & conversations with him. Very safe and secluded location, quiet and peaceful. Beautiful spot in Portland. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Only one minor thing, wish there were a couple of umbrellas or lounge chairs by the pool. Pool needed a bit of cleaning some floating bees but otherwise ok. I still enjoyed my swim in there.

The room is in bad condition and outdated and isnt worth it for the price we paid. I could of stay at a much nicer hotel for a cheaper price.

Best part was the baths/hot tubs, rooms are big and nice!

The location is gorgeous and it’s perfect for relaxing and near to the local attractions.

Nothing seemed to be up and running…. There was hardly any staff on site and at night we were completely alone on site. No staff stay over night. You can’t even buy a drink on site after 7pm the kitchen is meant close at 8pm but last food order is at 6pm and everyone had gone by 7pm in total I saw 4 members of the staff team the 2 nights I was there all were very nice but that is crazy to me . One lady who checked us in, one lady that served breakfast a cleaner and a gentleman not sure what he did. There was also no bar so bring your own alcohol.

My stay at The Sea Cliff Hotel Resort & Spa was truly memorable. The food was excellent—especially the ship pasta, which quickly became my favorite dish. The customer service throughout the resort was outstanding. Chef Terrence was incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure every meal felt special, and Monique at the front desk was warm, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived. On top of that, the scenery was absolutely magnificent, adding a sense of calm and beauty to the entire experience. Overall, I’d rate my stay a solid 9/10, and I would happily return.

We were upgraded at no extra cost to a cabin which was spacious and had little extras like bath robes and hammocks on the balcony and deck.

Resort seemed to be generally under construction. The living had no air conditioning with exposed cables and wires in the ceiling. The jacuzzi was cold although when we asked the general manager was told heating not turned on until December but promised to do so but didn’t. Swimming pool not completed and unusable - told by manager it was listed as under construction on booking site but this was untrue raised with Booking.com but never received any response. Couldn’t find the nearby beach (also advertised). Also restaurant meals were very expensive for the food provided. Manager Mr Sawle wasn’t a friendly person.

Location and view were really great.

Design of the room was very poor. It was super dark at night even if all the lights on. Water was cold. Wasn’t enough furniture in the room or thoughtfulness at all. The food was not good at all.

The food at the restaurant was one of the best I have had in a long time. The view was wonderful.

The room had a smell It looked nothing like the pictures online. It was old run down There was rust everywhere on the stuff outside. We hated it.

All of the staff at the Resort were so friendly and knowledgeable and the location is great, not to far from reach falls or Boston Jerk. The breakfasts are fantastic, all of the food is fresh and they were willing to accommodate all food intolerances. A member of our party is Vegan and has a nut allergy and they provided them with fantastic options for breakfast. I would also strongly suggest that you have dinner at the venue at least once. The lionfish that they serve in coconut sauce is unbelievable.

The hotel is nice. The view is lovely. The pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise, the place was clean.

The pool because it wasn't clean and there was no notice that it wasn't clean. The breakfast was nice and delicious but should be adequate for persons staying. When I went for breakfast some items that I would have taken were finished.

Sea Cliff is the ideal escape. It’s me second stay here and I’ll definitely be back again. The view from the room is to die for.

No noise

There was roaches, not enough soaps to bathe, dirty curtains in the shower never worth the money tbh. Breakfast wasn’t it at all.

The food was amazing, the staff was very warm and accommodating, and the property was just such a beauty to behold. I love the rustic and one with nature vibe of the decor.

I can see that some facilities need a bit of updating, like the shower piping and the AC in the bedroom

My rooms view. The hummock on my balcony was divine. It was magical.

The view was exceptional, the food was good but small portion and did not worth it, only shows TV, none in our room, WiFi signal was bad, pool was very dirty and little water.

Limited breakfast options

The views at the property are exceptional. It’s gives a cabin vibe. It’s a great choice if you want to unplug and relax. I went alone and I felt very peaceful. It’s a small property and the only thing to do onsite is really eat, relax and take in the views. I definitely also recommend that you only select this property if you’re driving. There’s nothing in walking distant. Frenchman cove, Reach Falls and blue lagoon is about a 25 mins drive. I did both Frenchman cove and Blue lagoon the same day as they’re 5 mins away from each other. I did Reach Fall separate as it’s the opposite direction. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for my 4th wedding Anniversary. Once they found out it was for our anniversary they offered us a free upgrade. The property is beyond beautiful. The meals were tasty, a bit on the expensive side but tasty nonetheless. There was so much about The Sea Cliff Resort and Spa, that we loved. Definitely plan on going back!

Not that I mind, but if I could add anything to this amazing experience, it would be some kind of entertainment (karaoke or live music)

My stay at Sea Cliff was relaxing. It's a beautiful property with relaxing views of the ocean from almost all the rooms. The bed was large and comfortable. The food was good we had breakfast included with our stay. The staff was warm and friendly. I felt like I was staying at a friend's house instead of a resort.

The breakfast was a healthy jamaican breakfast. The pool needed cleaning and to be filled more. No tv in room. The intimate quietness was relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

The shower. The drain was plugged and drained slowly. An iron in the room with a mini fridge woulf have been nice.all in all nothing to complain about

Charmingly rustic experience and fabulous cliffside views from everywhere on the property-- but with virtually no operational services or amenities such as the pool or an open bar I'm not sure what I got for the cost

Terrence is horrible… and the fact 2 people stopped me to tell me to leave the property to eat food was disturbing.

The restaurant closed a bit early than I had expected it to.

I recently booked several rooms over the past weekend as my family traveled to Jamaica for a funeral. We had a few mishaps on our part, but the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating throughout. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and Terrence went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The food was delicious, and even though the pool was a little low on water, my kids still had a great time. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Overall, this was a wonderful experience during a difficult time, and we truly appreciate the hospitality. We’ll definitely be back.

Love the location, hospitality, and the rooms. The staff made were amazing and the rooms and the view was also amazing.. I am definitely going back and 100% recommend the Sea Cliff

The sea view is beautiful, as seen in the picture . The grounds were well kept, the breakfast was very nice .

The build can be kept better it look very old, the pool area need better cleaning up.

The view was outstanding, it was on the cliff. Waking up to the morning view and going to bed with the beach beeeze saved this stay for me.

Yikes, where can I start. The building is in bad shape, its in terrible need of maintenance. The room had so many issues the curtain rods were broken, the curtains had holes, the bathroom rugs probably haven't been cleaned in awhile, the bathroom constantly smelled like pee, the toilet had low water pressure, the internet was out for most of the stay, the food options left much to be desired. The pool barely was maintained, the photos being displayed is not a true representation of how the property looks now, it is in a poor state and isn't being maintained.

The view

It took a long time to get our food and drinks and what’s worst was it did not taste good. Breakfast was supposed to start at 8:30 but we had to wait an extra 20 minutes before they came to take our orders. It took almost an hour to fill our jacuzzi with water so by the time it filled up it was already cold. The pool was dirty. People were making loud noise at 1 in the morning so that woke us up. Mosquitoes were everywhere. They’re eco friendly so expect your AC to be turned off when you leave and it takes awhile to get cool.
