ユニットバスへ入る際の段差が高く感じた。 朝食スペースは少し狭く感じた。後、ドリンクは種類が少ないと感じた。

借りれるものを明示してくれると助かる。 おすすめのレストランが張り出されてるが、どうせならちょっと遠くても松山や愛媛の地のものが食べれるところを教えて欲しい。あと、モーニングの美味しいところとか。

部屋は広くとても良かったが、バスルームの天井と壁にカビが有り残念でした。 しかし朝、同階でお会いした清掃スタッフの方はしっかりと挨拶してくれてとても良い印象でした。 私の部屋は違う方が担当なのかな？

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026위치가 오카이도에서 걸어 다닐만큼 나쁘지 않았어요. 시설도 괜찮았고 침대도 트윈이라 친구랑 지내기에 불편함이 없었어요. 가격도 좋은 금액으로 갔다온 것 같네요. 친구랑 또 가게 되면 다시 스마일로 갈 거 같아요.
여름이라 그런지 이불이 약간 습한 느낌이 들었는데 지내기에 그렇게 불편한 건 아니었어요.

GWのせいもあるのでしょうが、朝食が前日の3時頃には売り切れと合ったがとても残念でした。でも、目の前にセブンがあり問題はなかったです。 トイレの匂いが少し気になりました。

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026The smile-iest concierge ever! Super-impressed with the car lift (car totally safe, returned pointing the right way round). The room was clean and comfortable, the coffee delicious. Lots of items if you needed them, too. A fridge in the room was a nice bonus. Excellent value for money, highly recommended! A rucksack got left behind and fortunately, we realised before we left Matsuyama. As we pulled up, the smiley concierge dashed out with it - such excellent service- and it is all greatly appreciated.
That we only stayed for one night!

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026Standarded business hotel has everything you need for your stay. Bed is comfortable; love the coffee machine in the lobby! Breakfast is ¥900 p/p ( Japanese style). Ice machine and laundry facilities (¥300 p/load) on the 2nd floor.
Nothing really, you can't adjust the temperature of the room much. By opening the window a little worked for us during the day.
