Grey Rose Suites

This is the most enjoyable hotel experience we have had in Ontario. The entrance is seamless- clear directions. We had a lovely courtyard and they welcomed our small dog. There was not a single item lacking. Thank you for reminding me to send feedback!

Not a thing- hidden gem

The suite i had was beautiful and clean the inside was very clean the staff was very friendly I just wish I stayed longer then one night

A bit difficult to find the front of the building had to use Google maps

Lovely suite

No walk in shower, I wasn't able to use the tub as glass doors obstructed my entry. I certainly would return but request walkin shower, my mistake.

Location

Easy access

Great location nice room very quiet

Size of room

Did I leave my glass in library suite. We return Aug 29, if they are there could you keep them for me. Thank you

Spacious suite. Well furnished

Clean and easy to find, well decorated and comfortable… loved everything about it

I would have loved a spa on site …. But other than that there isn’t anything to dislike

It was nice and cozy

No breakfast. Great location.

Starting to show signs of wear and tear. Shower base could have been cleaner.

Exceptional place, more better Much better than the photos show, superb quality, more than we expected, five stars. The service, cleanliness, comfort, location, and elegance were excellent. It lives up to its name. Absolutely grateful.

Nothing

Geen ontbijt. Vlakbij prima ontbeten

Het was voor ons perfect.

Great location with a very nice outdoor sitting space, ideal for my friend who smokes.

The bed was like sleeping on a marshmellow, it was too soft.

It was lovely, clean, and spacious with a nice patio area.

The bedroom only had one door as an exit. There were no windows. This would be a concern if there was a fire and the door was blocked. The small kitchen area only had one outlet with an extension cord to plug the appliances in. We were careful to not overload the circuit, but not everyone might be aware of the possible danger. I brought granola to have for breakfast, but I had to put it in a glass, as no bowls were in the cupboards.

Bob opened the door and helped us with our luggage to the room on the first floor. Very clean and comfortable suite. No elevator. Seniors ask for room on the ground level.

A washroom on the ground level would be helpful.

Good location with off street parking. Good value for money

The room could have been cleaner

The room is clean and spacious, and the sofa bed was great to have as well!

The Keurig needs to be cleaned, as the coffee had a sheen on it and coffee did not taste good.

Very unique place, feels like home.

Time to upgrade the televisions.

Good location and clean and comfortable room.

Didn’t see any staff

Beautiful cozy place much better than anticipated

Calcium build up in shower heads

Very clean and spacey. Very quiet. Good sleeping conditions. Everything was nice 👍

All good

I've stayed here multiple times. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable and the price is reasonable.

Nothing

Very convenient to visit the theatre. Exceptional presentation inside common areas & the suite.

Easy check-in and another wonderful wkd away with all the comforts!

The room was clean and ready for us.

The 1st night there was someone walking around above us a lot. Woke us up. Quiet the the next night 😊

everything

🤷

The homey feel of the room & facility. Hassle free checkin. Management easy to contact.

The jacuzzi was difficult to fill up.

The room was huge and had it's own private outside space with a bbq, which was great for us traveling with a dog. All of the amenities were in good working order and the staff member we met was very friendly.

No mayor complaints about our stay. The only thing missing from our room was pods for the coffee maker and there was an uneven amount of cutlery provided.

Shower did not work properly.

We stayed over Christmas, and this felt so much more Christmasy than a hotel. I liked being close to lots of amenities. Our hosts were very sweet, but offered complete privacy. Love that they were dog welcoming, and the ground floor units with patios made it perfect for the fur babe.

It was super cold out, and the floors were very cold. The heating unit didn't seem to be really responsive. Maybe some more mats at the front door to trap the winter sludge from boots. Also, a couple more pillows on the bed would have been awesome. But still, very comfortable and homey.

the room was lovely, had a huge fireplace, and comfy bed and a kitchenette with everything I needed in it. And a great bath tub!!!

The TV remotes were finicky. And the channel selection was not so great.

Location and cleanliness

Nothing

Beautiful and clean space Lots of towels Had a bath tub and shower option Fast and easy check in

There was nothing I was not happy about

Peace and quiet

Very Clean, unique and an exceptional "staff". We want to live here!

The room was lovely.

It seemed like limited parking especially with trucks.

Very welcoming location and property!

Clean, welcoming , eclectic furnature and decor

Beautiful rooms.

Very clean and spacious rooms.

Great roomy room

Large rooms, quiet

Fantastic hotel. We love the spacious rooms especially with two young children. Very reasonably priced and perfect location.

The suite was stunning. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room with 2 bathrooms, a bathtub, and a shower. I especially liked the bathtub, so relaxing. The owners made everything easy, they have a easy check-in process with codes on the entrance door and detailed instructions, which made everything smoother and easier.

Cozy, quiet, and the Library Room has a little yard. Location was central. Easy parking. Great place to stay!

Tip top, organized and focused on details. Our reservation was ready upon our arrival - no wait time - we just walked in and it was all set up. The suite was very comfortable, clean and we really enjoyed having the fireplace. We travelled with our dog and the outside terrace was convenient too.

Clean and interior decor

Great hidden gem

Nice quiet spot ! Each room comes with a nice balcony to enjoy the evening sunset on. Clean and cozy, a perfect place if you’re staying in Hanover!

Excellent property and good value.

Very clean and spacious room. Location, easy checkin and out without meeting the staff. Comfortable beds. Cosy sofas. Close to all the amenities. The mansion building. Nice washroom. Quiet. Value for the money.

Keyless entry, spacious suite with separate seating area, very clean and well equipped. Mini fridge, tea, coffee and water provided. Easy access and free parking. Tastefully decorated and beautiful potted flowers around the entrance.Nice and quiet.

Wish the bed had been a king, plenty of room for one. Not a fan of tall leather couches. Nothing major, just personal preferences.

It was a very nice room, comfortable bed and sitting area.

Lovely big room (orchid room), clean and nice touches with creamers for coffee and water. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Our stay was excellent , very efficient arrival and leaving. Excellent value . Could have used a stopper in the bathroom sink and shampoo.

Hard to find initially as it is in the middle of town. Small parking area, but it works if you don't tow a trailer. Awesome rooms. No issues with our stay. Pet welcoming. First floor room had access to outdoor enclosure for pottying.

“I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, very comfortable for us and our dog, the staff were incredibly friendly, The only downside was I would have liked to have had a 12cup coffee machine to brew my own coffee. Instead of just the a keureg . Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!”

One of the most comfortable beds I've slept on. Very nice property

great

Beautiful place, squeaky clean! Great experience in all aspects,

Great

Had a little bit of an "old" smell to the room. Maybe airing it out prior to each guest would help!

Easy keyless check in Fully outfitted apt style suite.

Location to my destination

Room was surprisingly spacious and had a private deck with BBQ!

Fantastic stay. We love it.

Large, 2 bedroom.suite. Lovely decor and spotless. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker.

Loved our stay.

Beautiful, large room. Spotless and comfortable.

I was completely satisfied.

N/A

The size of the room was great plus two bathrooms and the deck ( which honestly could have been swept up or at least blown and sprayed for spiders and ants )

Room craftmanship poor - think good from far but far from good. HVAC was good. Ceiling fan did not work. Room lighting is dim. Bathroom was OK. If one has any mobility issues, then climbing in/out of the shower will be very difficult. Parking is a struggle when rooms are full unless you want to park on the street. Room was quiet. Yet, it is the best option in town but more $$ than it should be. What else is new....

Lovely hotel. Owner was able to match us to room that was easily accessible and truly exceptional. Great location.

Great room lots of space stayed in the Library suite. Really liked check in very simple first for me.

Nothing I didn't like!

We stayed in the Patio Suite. The bedrooms and bathroom were great and well stocked. However the kitchenette had only coffee mugs - no plates, no soap to wash dishes, microwave plate did not rotate and frig freezer door missing with great ice buildup. I told the manager about these items and a new microwave plus frig was installed while we were out. Also two plates and two bowls left on the counter for our use along with dish detergent and towel. Have booked many kitchenette units over the last year and all have at least a basic set of kitchen gear in the cupboards to make breakfast and enjoy a microwavable frozen entree for the odd meal. Yet Grey Rose Suites informed me that I should have requested kitchen gear if I wanted them. Really? Isn't that what kitchenette in unit implies?
