Das Hotel oder Guesthouse liegt in perfekten Lage. Die Innenstadt ist von diesem Hotel zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt so viele Restaurants in der Nähe und zum Strand muss man nur 10 Minuten gehen. Zimmer ist sehr sauber & bequem. Wir waren im Sommer da und Klimaanlage funktioniert super! Was für mich richtig besonders ist die Personal bzw. Besitzer des Hotels. Die sind alle sehr nett und freundlich. Man hat so ein Gefühl, nicht Urlaub zu machen sondern eine Familie zu besuchen. Der Frühstück ist total lecker und abwechslungsreich! Richtig authentische türkische Küche. Nur weiterzuempfehlen ❤️

¡Nos encantó todo! Pero, sin duda, queremos destacar especialmente la atención recibida en todo momento, desde que llegamos al hotel. El trato fue maravilloso y nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. El desayuno también estuvo buenísimo y muy completo; ¡es imposible quedarse con hambre! 😍 Muchas gracias por todo! Alles war perfekt! Die Lage, das Zimmer war für den Preis groß, schön und das Bett war super bequem. Das Frühstück war unglaublich gut und abwechslungsreich und die Gastgeber immer sehr zuvorkommend, hilfreich und freundlich. Vielen Dank!

Für den Preis bekommt man keinen Luxus, aber für mich war alles wirklich perfekt

It was close and yet not far from the sights. Yusuf and his father were very nice and helpful! They gave us a lot of useful advice, which we took into account. Parking in the area is very difficult, but they helped us and everything was great. We arrived by motorbike and a clutch disc replacement was repaired 400m away at a local workshop in 1 day. Everything is nearby! We leave with very nice memories!

En distància no està lluny del centre, però per arribar- hi s'ha de fer una pujada considerable. El transport públic tampoc no està gaire a prop.

It's a small, family-run hotel. Great location. Lots of sights within a 15-20 minute walk. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They helped us a lot with some small check-in problems for our flight. They also helped us with airport transfers. Breakfast is simple but enough. In our opinion, fantastic value for money. We recommend it!

We stayed on the top floor, and it was a bit hard to climb the narrow staircase.

We LOVED the location of the hotel, from which we were able to visit main attractions by foot, using the (cheap) taxis available a few times. Very safe area and the staff is super available and friendly - they also accommodated a very late check-out for us.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist hervorragend, sodass alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar sind. Das gesamte Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt, was wir besonders positiv hervorheben möchten. Das Frühstück war insgesamt gut und ausreichend, allerdings hätten wir uns etwas mehr Abwechslung bei der Auswahl gewünscht. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist aufgrund der ausgezeichneten Lage und der Sauberkeit durchaus empfehlenswert.

Das Badezimmer fällt recht klein aus und bietet für größere Personen nur begrenzten Bewegungsraum.

A szobában a klíma, egyszer nagyon hűtött, egyszer semmi levegő nem volt, nagyon rosszul aludtam emiatt.

Hotel semplice ma preciso in ogni sua specificità: stanze pulite, ordinate, colazione abbondante e davvero ottima. La famiglia che lo gestisce è davvero disponibile e molto cordiale, ci hanno messo davvero a nostro agio in ogni momento in cui avessimo bisogno di loro. La posizione dell'hotel è in un quartiere pittoresco, vivo ed interessante, a 20' a piedi dalle principali tappe della Istanbul europea. Davvero consigliato!

L'amabilité du personnel de l'hôtel, l'accueil,et la disponibilité ,le petit déjeuner est copieux pour bien démarrer la journée, la chambre est propre et le nettoyage se fait chaque jour, l'emplacement est parfait pour faire ses visites,proche de tous les monuments historiques, pas loin du tram,Sultan Ahmed ..., à pied on peut tout faire , bref on a passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel , je recommande 👍.

The hosts was truly authentic and went out of their way to help and make our stay comfortably. It is walking distance from all the great attractions. We would gladly recommend Otantik for a stay.

1. During my stay, a gold ring went missing from the room. I chose not to call the police because I didn't want to waste my vacation time. 2. The hotel owners were understanding and deeply sympathetic, but the ring was never found. It is highly likely it was stolen by the housekeeping staff. 3. Please be vigilant and make sure to hide all your valuables and jewelry in the safe; do not leave them out in the open. 1. Во время проживания из номера пропало золотое кольцо. В полицию обращаться не стала, так как не хотелось тратить время отпуска 2. Хозяева отеля отнеслись к ситуации с пониманием и очень сопереживали, однако вещь так и не нашлась. Скорее всего, это дело рук приходящего клининга 3. Будьте бдительны и обязательно прячьте все ценные вещи и украшения в сейф, не оставляйте их на виду

Nothing , maybe location

The location is decent, but I honestly don’t understand why this hotel has such high ratings. The breakfast is very limited, with almost no variety. The coffee served is instant coffee, and it was impossible to drink. The taxi arranged by the hotel was also overpriced compared to other options. I would not recommend staying here. There are better places to choose from in the area.

Perfetto per soggiornare a pochi passi dal cuore pulsante della città. Ottimo prezzo, Personale gentilissimo, sempre attento e disponibile. Camere piccoline ma pulite e ben fornite. Ottima colazione tradizionale e transfert da/per aereoporto consigliato. 10/10

Recomand din tot sufletul această locație, din toate punctele de vedere. Gazdele sunt extraordinar de amabile, curățenie zilnică în cameră, schimbat zilnic lenjeria și prosoapele. Raportul preț-calitate este mai mult decât îți poți imagina, ținând cont de poziția hotelului față de principalele atracții și de poziționarea stațiilor pentru transportul în comun. Vom reveni cu drag la acești minunați oameni! În definitiv nu luxul opulent contează, ci cum te fac oamenii ăștia să te simți intr-un concediu. Felicitările noastre! PS intr o metropolă atât de dinamică și gălăgioasă, aici e liniște și te poți odihni liniștit, un mare plus după o zi lungă de mers și vizitat obiective.

Location was perfect, in the peaceful area, yet close to restaurants and shops. In the walking distance to the main attractions (Great Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, Blue Mosque). The personnel was very polite and helpful. Breakfasts were tasty and offered a nice variety.

Getting to the fourth floor over narrow staircase was a bit cumbersome. The building was in quite poor condition (but rooms and all the spaces were very clean).

Pusryčiai kuklūs, bet jų užtenka. Šeimininkai suorganizavo ekskursiją, nuvežimą iki oro uosto už gerą kainą.

Kai ką viešbutyje reiktų atnaujinti, bet viską kompensuoja personalo nuoširdumas.

Anfitriões gentis e muito prestativos, ótimo café da manhã , cama confortável, boa localização com tudo por perto e a uma curta distância do Grand Bazar também dá pra ir andando tranquilamente a Mesquita ao Azul, Hagia Sofia e palácio Topkapi.

La posizione strategica (ristoranti, supermercati, mezzi di trasporto) vicino a tutto. La colazione ottima ed abbondante. Il personale, la cortesia di tutta la famiglia.

L'amabilité du personnel toujours très serviable et à l'écoute. L'hôtel très bien situé pour le tourisme à Istanbul.

Le petit déjeuner très bon mais toujours la même chose mais celà ne nous a pas derangé nous avons séjourné que 3 nuits.

Odličan hotel, nalazi se u mirnoj ulici u blizini mnogih znamenitosti i ulica za šetnju. U sobi je bilo veoma čisto, a čišćenje se obavljalo svakog dana. Ukusan doručak i veoma gostoprimljivi domaćini. Hvala puno, vratićemo se ponovo! Svima preporučujemo.

Das Frühstück war perfekt mit allem was man sich wünscht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und die Lage war super. Es ist ein richtig nettes kleines ursprüngliches Hotel.

Der Ausblick in den Hof (haben wir uns wegen der Ruhe ausgesucht) war nicht schön.

The hotel is very charming and truly captures the authentic Turkish vibe, making you feel right at home. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, although it was quite similar each day. The bed was made daily and fresh towels were provided, although the room itself was not fully cleaned every day. It was also very quiet at night, which helped for a relaxing stay.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Was die Umgebung betrifft, man ist eben in der Altstadt, wir fanden es passend. Das Beste sind die Gastgeber. Freundlich, charmant und sehr, sehr hilfsbereit. Die besten Türken die ich kenne und ich kenne einige.

In den Zimmern fehlen trotz Enge einige Haken, z.B. für Handtücher. Ein klein wenig abwechslungsreicher hätte das Frühstück sein können.

The exceptional value of Otantik Guesthouse lies in its staff, always willing to help you, even when it comes to organizing your excursions around the city. Other positive points: a plentiful and delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms, and proximity to a PPT ATM and the Beyazit tram station, which is a great hub for getting around the city. If you don’t mind walking, the main historical area is easily reachable on foot.

There was nothing, I didnt like. Perhaps just put a couple of racks next to the room door, where to hang wet clothes.

We had a very nice stay at this family-run hotel; you can really feel the love and care they put into their business. We enjoyed our delicious breakfast every morning and so appreciated that the staff was able to accommodate our request to move to another room opposite the road! Our flight out was cancelled and we had to book a new one, and they were very flexible with providing a new airport transfer for us.

The building is on the older side, so the soundproofing is not great. Also, the bathrooms are a bit small.
