清掃がもう少し隅々までしてあるとよい。 ベッドの下が埃だらけだったり、小さい虫が何匹かいた

Ks đẹp ngay trung tâm nhân viên nhẹ nhàng gần gũi tốt bụng, giá thành lại phải chăng, đồ ăn cũng ngon so với 3* tgif mình thấy là rất ổn

Phòng k đc hiện đại lắm nhưng mình thấy như vậy là rất tốt rùi

It was clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was okay.

The people at reception, can't speak or understand English. Communication was very difficult. Used translate app but it is really frustrating that they can't just speak or understand basic things in English especially at a hotel we're there is tourist.

Toilet cứ bị có mùi như kiểu thông từ phòng khác, có vẻ hệ thống thoát nước chưa được làm sạch. Nó làm cho cả phòng cũng bị ảnh hưởng mùi từ toilet (mặc dù đã đóng cửa toilet). Mình phải tắt máy lạnh, mở tung cửa sổ cỡ vài tiếng

Mình vô tình đặt chỗ này hai lần. Phòng ốc cũng ổn, vị trí cũng ổn. Tương đối sạch. Đồ ăn sáng thì đơn giản. Bữa sáng có bánh ít hơi có mùi, nhà mình có phản hồi lại mà không nhận đc thông tin gì về phía khách sạn vẫn để cho khách sử dụng. Bảo vệ hơi lớn tuổi khá cứng nhắc, hướng dẫn khách đỗ xe mà khó chịu. Thái độ nhân viên phục vụ đồ ăn ( quầy bún) buổi sáng không mấy thân thiện! Chắc sẽ k quay lại nữa.

Ngay cửa sông nên view đẹp. Tiện nghi sang trọng

Front desk staff can’t speak basic English. There was a lot of miscommunication even when using google translate.

the lightings in the hallway were automatically on and off so it gave us the feeling there was nobody there except us since the hallway was always dark when we opened our room doors

Stunning views of the river and a very grand reception make this hotel appealing but unfortunately the grandeur is only surface deep. We were surprised on arrival that nobody was around to help us up the steps with our luggage (in the rain) but the huge and impressive reception area was staffed by one young man behind a desk. Our room was large with a view of the river but seemed a bit grubby with marks/dead moths on the wallpaper and mould spots in the bathroom.

We decided to stay in the hotel for a drink and an evening meal as we had spent the day travelling and it was raining. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed for either refurbishment or because it was not peak season. This was annoying, as it was advertised as offering breakfast too and although we hadn't requested this in advance we were hoping to use this facility. The area around the hotel is not great for bars and restaurants unless you want seafood!

Mình đã 3 năm liền đi Quảng Bình và 3 năm vẫn lựa chọn Riverside. Trong các chuyến công tác khác mình đã ở các ks hay resort khác nhưng vẫn ưa thích nơi này cho kì nghỉ gia đình nhất, nhân viên rất nice, rất gần các quán ăn, đối diện chiều tối là các quán ăn nhỏ nên tối không hề bị nhàm chán. Phòng luôn được dọn sạch sẽ, nhân viên chu đáo và hỗ trợ khách cực tốt

Vị trí đẹp, nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình. Đồ ăn sáng đa dạng, ngon. Cảm ơn khách sạn đã cho gia đình mình kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại đây. Chắc chắn lần sau gia đình tôi sẽ quay lại đây.

The staff and the location

Loved it all

This is a nice hotel . But has not got a good feel for. It seem to be under staffed. Only one person on front desk. After all the hotels I have stayed at in Vietnam this one just didn’t do it for me. I will say the view from our room was amazing. 8 floor sea view.

Towel rail in bathroom hit my head on it twice. But I am 6ft4” so most people wouldn’t have a problem. The hot water was not that hot.

We had a very pleasant stay at Riverside Hotel during our visit to Dong Hoi. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful room on the 9th floor, offering a lovely view from the window. The room was spacious and came with adequate amenities, making our stay comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by two of your staff members. The names are Thanh and Oanh. They were efficient, polite, and always ready to help with a cheerful attitude. When our luggage was misplaced by Vietjet Airlines, we were left without our belongings. During this stressful time, Mr Thanh took initiative to follow up with the airline to get the status of our lost baggage. He aso helped us navigate local markets and transportation. Their support brought us much-needed peace of mind, and we’re truly grateful

However, there were a few areas that could be improved. We faced issues with the hot water supply and poor water pressure in the shower, which made bathing inconvenient. The shower unit itself was not functioning properly. Additionally, the room lacked a microwave, and the linen provided was not as clean as expected. Another point to consider is the location of the property—it is not very convenient for access to daily essentials like groceries, fruits, or medicines. Suggestions for Improvement: Ensure a consistent supply of hot water with good pressure. Upgrade or repair the shower units to ensure proper functionality. Provide a microwave in the room for guest convenience. Improve the cleanliness and quality of linens. Consider adding a small convenience store or shuttle service for access to nearby shops. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality. With a few improvements, Riverside Hotel can offer an even better experience to its guests.

Great location- river view, easy to walk to bustling area with street food and restaurants. It’s 25m down a side street from the main street. Well sign posted. The girls on reception were very friendly and helpful. The both the DMZ & city tour they recommended were excellent

Nice building, looks expensive but it’s actually really cheap. It was raining so we spend a day completely in the room. It was so comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

the location is between center city and the nhat lẹ beach. Need to drive to come those places. the drap is not clear and the bed has some smell. The hotel is too big but it is needed to be clean up more.

The location is great. And built like Buckingham palace

The staff must be the rudest in Vietnam which is surprising because everybody else in Dong Hoi was so incredibly welcoming and polite. Oh yes, kettle and cups in the room but no coffee or spoons provided. And for the price you pay, I thought this was disgusting.

Pretty comfortable bed but bedding has seen better days. Room was french colonial and cozy. Window overlooked the river for a beautiful sunrise.

Nice location at riverfront, walking distance from several local restaurants and the beach. Short drive from local airport (10 mins).

Our room had a great view near the beach and river. Breakfast the first morning was great.
