There are so many bull frogs that make so much noise. You’ll sleep like you live in a pond full of frogs and toads.

Близость к морю , цена и качество. Тихий район. Далековато от пирса,,где находятся большинство магазинов, но нет такого движения. Тихо и спокойно. Очень понравилось.

Ruhige Lage

Personal war am Anfang recht gleichgültig, mit der Zeit wurde es etwas besser. Generell hat es mir auf der Insel nicht gefallen, was jetzt aber nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun hat.

It is a set of very nice bungalows, at a super nice beach, it is peaceful, also the prices of food and drinks not too expensive. Can have massage on the beach. You can hire a scooter and do laundry just around the corner. I was in low season and it was very calm then.

I had bad luck I guess with my steak at the restaurant. After I complained they waved the charge, which was fine for me. Not many touristic activities like trips and sports or jet ski at the beach. Just beach and restaurant and a bar.

Нет шампуней. Нет туалетной бумаги. Везде песок под ногами хотя номер убирали. Его просто не моют. Не работает wi fi. Он как бы есть но не работает не подключается только рядом с на рисе пшено там вроде работает.

The breakfast buffet! Beach area was well maintained, clean and tidy. All units had a short walk to the beach, but not all had a view of anything (I had a view of a large disused building)

The reception staff were very critical and sceptical. It was completely out of the question to get my room key before I had paid in the way prescribed by the hotel. I asked if I could go to my room and sort out my finances, but that was not allowed. There’s no new water bottle unless you hand in your key at reception for room cleaning. I asked about filtered water, but was simply told no. You have to sign out bath towels. You’re not allowed to take your coffee out of the breakfast area. And no access to drinking water, unless you hand in your key, a bit annoying when you’re at the beach and it’s hot The reception staff sit behind a plastic wall making it difficult to communicate and to develop any kind of rapport

Quiet private beach with a dedicated restaurant. The workers on the beach and restaurant were very kind and great service.

People working behind the desk were not friendly.

Locatie aan het strand is top. Fijn strand in een mooie baai. Misschien wel de mooiste baai van het eiland. Huisjes zijn basic, maar voldoen en hebben airco. Goede bedden.

Deel van het personeel staat er ongeinteresseerd bij. Oude man achter de receptie kortaf. Thaise hartelijkheid is hier niet echt te vinden. Uitzonderingen daar gelaten. Ontbijtbuffet is buiten, wat minder fijn is met hitte. Geen opbergruimte voor kleding, dus je leeft uit je koffer.

I would say this is the best beach on the island. Staff were amazing, and reasonable prices for food and drink. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. We had a great time, and I'd always come back to this spot when I visit Koh Samed.

Staff were really kind towards the dogs in their care but they could keep a better eye on the tourists overfeeding them. As a dog lover, this was hard to see dogs struggling to move around.

Excellent emplacement, magnifique plage privée. Bon petit-dejeuner.

Le sol de la salle de bain mériterait d'être changé par du carrelage.

la qualité du café qui est franchement mauvais au petit dejeuner et en chambre. des sachets de thé seraient un plus dans les chambres. pour le même prix, l’hôtel de la plage d’à côté Silver sand est plus confortable et moderne.

Fin strand, ligger nära till ” allt” där det händer. Hyrde moppe en dag bara för att se resten av ön men detta var klart bästa stället.

Såg bättre ut på bilderna men ett ok boende. Frukosten var bra, maten ok men tyckte det fanns andra bättre ställen i närheten att äta middag på.

Le bungalow très spacieux et proche de la plage. Le petit déjeuner très varié avec un grand choix de plats sucrés et salés.

Pas d'activités autour. Dans la chambre, il y a une bouilloire et des tasses à disposition mais aucun stick de café ni thé...Les transats, peu nombreux et sans matelas. Il faut réclamer l'eau et le papier WC, sinon ils ne les déposent pas dans la chambre.

Everything about this resort feels neglected, dirty and miserable. The team cannot raise a smile for love nor money and the cabins haven’t seen a lick of paint or a duster for many years. Overpriced, filthy, unwelcoming, do not put yourself through it.

Relaxed, a perfect beach for swimming with snorkeling opportunities right there.

Not the property, but stupid tourists climbing across the last few corals to take pictures whilst „snorkeling“. Also some resorts on Koh Samed still seem to discharge wastewater directly into the sea… so during rising waters you may say hello to yesterdays digested meals…

Отдыхаем в этом отеле уже второй раз и ещё планируем вернуться. Месторасположение великолепное, персонал замечательный, всегда чувствуем себя, как дома. Он создан для любителей спокойного, размеренного отдыха с погружением в природные условия. 🫶🏻

Sehr gute Lage: ruhig und dennoch kann man alles schnell erreichen. Ausreichend Liegen und Schirme am Strand. Die Standard Bungalows sind relativ klein und sehr einfach gehalten, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht.

Die Mitarbeiter sind zum Teil desinteressiert: beim Frühstück, im Restaurant oder an der Rezeption.

Шикарное место. Мы искали именно такой вариант для отдыха. Простые и очень уютные деревянные бунгало в 20 метрах от моря. Отличный разнообразный завтрак. Ужинали в кафе прямо на берегу моря при свечах. Очень романтическая обстановка. Особенно хочу отметить кафе Тубтим. Здесь были самые вкусные блюда, которые мы попробовали в нашей поездке в Тайланд. Тихий спокойный и красивый пляж. Если нужны тусовки, в 10 минутах есть дискотека и много кафе.

L'emplacement est parfait, la plage et les bungalows très propres et bien entretenus. Toute l'équipe est attentionnée, efficace et souriante. Nous connaissons le Tubtim depuis des années et c'est un plaisir renouvelé à chaque fois 🙂

Stayed here 3 times and I absolutely love it as a great place to chill out, is never crowded .The breakfast is great with a wide selection. Location of resort is at the end of the beach so it has a very private feel. Beach is beautiful and the bar and restaurant serve very nice food and cocktails for a great price. The cabins are clean and I slept well every night. Location from Bangkok is 3 hrs by taxi, then 1/2 hr on boat and I will definitely be going again.

Die Lage ist perfekt direkt in einer ruhigen Bucht mit sehr schönem Strand. Sehr angenehm zu Schwimmen. Staff sehr freundlich und helfsbereit.

Der Treppenaufgang zu den Bungalows sollte vielleicht einmal am Tag gefegt werden. Sehr viele Früchte und Äste von den Bäumen die es teilweise etwas rutschig machen. Ist aber kein großes Manko, man kann damit leben.

Water pressure in the shower was very low. Booked in advance and was given bungalows at the top of the hill, my mother in law is 70 and found it difficult to keep climbing the stairs.

早餐好吃，沙滩躺着惬意，房子隔音还不错。

前台下班时间早，有事情的时候因为是流量卡没有办法打电话，找不到人。第一晚的时候，半夜一点多的时候空调外机异响，吵到无法入睡。第二天和酒店说了马上修好了。第二天，下水道清洁不到位，头发没有清理，下水道堵住了，自己清理了。间歇性断电导致空调很久都没有办法运行，找前台不到，怪难受的。后来自己瞎弄弄好了。酒店美中不足的是，一直会有树叶啥的掉屋顶上，有时候大树叶掉下会吵醒。

The concept was cute.

It smelt awful, the fan was loud and so was the aircon, just outside the door the steps have crumbled away and been replaced with makeshift bags of who knows what, the outside space is absolutely vile there is beer cans and litter everywhere

Very disappointed with this stay, especially as it was my fourth time here and I had never experienced anything like this before. The seaview villa is significantly overpriced for what it offers. The room itself is just acceptable, but certainly not worth the price. The bathroom had almost no water pressure, and even the towels were worn out with visible holes. Breakfast was poor. The ham, served in hot water, had an unpleasant smell and was clearly not fresh. This was quite off-putting. During the day, the hotel was extremely noisy due to nearby construction, making it difficult to relax. Unfortunately, the service was just as disappointing. The staff, particularly the receptionist and an elderly cleaning lady, were rude and unhelpful. Questions were dismissed without proper attention, often with a simple “no,” without explanation. In what is known as the “Land of Smiles,” it was surprising to encounter so many annoyed staff members who seemed more focused on money than guest experience. Sadly, after this visit, I will be looking for another hotel.
