Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The hotel is located at a prime location of the city and is very close to a metro station, which makes travel very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and I slept like a baby during my stay. The food was also very nice, the breakfast spread was great, and it is a place I will visit multiple times.
The room smelt a little strange when I entered it. I had to leave the door open with the AC on to improve the smell.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025Location, stuff behavior, prompt response to anything needed, interaction with the room service person (sorry! forgot to ask his name) was the best to my liking, we arrived post 11 pm, even then food was served in our room very promptly! Food quality was excellent, except the Biriyani we had on the night we arrived was too spicy. Learnt the lesson, then onwards mentioned very specifically to be less spicy and it was great!
Nothing visible from the room window, it was blocked from outside using some blinds! It was very boring!

Staff is good but overall the cleaning and presentation etc can be far better. Breakfast is also very basic unlike any good hotel.

Service, receptionist's behaviour, and staff...the main problem.is with the front desk. Wuestions asked are treated rudely. Example, you ask for a choice, n the response is, we only have this. Its like you take it or upto you. Front desk doesn't even smile. Absolutely bad. It is tge first impression but is lost.

The room was not well maintained... Bathroom was not clean at all. even after complaining it was not done properly. No update to the complaint placed and no followup. since the location is good, they have enough customers and they do not bother. the unmovable a/c controller doesn't work. Overall not at the level of 3-star property.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2025It's in a prime location. Since breakfast wasn't included, I can't comment on its quality. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to the poor cleanliness, unpleasant odors, and misleading information from the staff.
The worst beds, an unclean bathroom, and pale yellow bedsheets and blankets. The room had a strong smoke smell, noisy air conditioning, and a poorly cleaned floor. Additionally, the staff misrepresented the room.

Reception staff at the time of check out was rude . When I was requesting a change in the Invoice receipt , which was made out in two names instead of my name alone ( as I had paid for it ), he connected me to his manager over phone , but saying “ I don’t want a headache to start the morning! I consider that disrespectful and not at all hospitable for someone at the front desk in the business of Hospitality !!
