Overall very nice stay. A very good restaurant just below, good view to the bridge and river and around 20min walk to the furthers attractions.

The 2nd room was a little bit cramped.

La ubicación excelente, así como las vistas. Apartamento muy coqueto, con patio y barbacoa.

A pesar del patio y la barbacoa no se podían usar pues el olor y la calor del bar de abajo, todo sube para arriba y es insoportable estar y utilizar el patio. No tiene ascensor, por lo que hay que subir y bajar las maletas 4 pisos. El baño es un poco viejo, la ducha no funcionaba muy bien.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente de principio a fin. El alojamiento estaba impecablemente limpio, muy cómodo y equipado con todo lo necesario para disfrutar sin preocupaciones. La ubicación es ideal y el entorno muy tranquilo.

Spacious, comfortable, amazing view. The location was central within such a short walk from the main areas while still being quiet and peaceful.

To be honest we have no complaints. The shower isn't working 100% - water comes only out of the lower two outlets but that is only a very minor criticism

Right on the river and stone throw away from bars and restaurants in Porto.

Apartment stunk of sewage even after host adviced to run shower/water you could smell sewage through the whole apartment.

The property was right on the river and we ended up having a front row seat to football celebration

The shower did not work properly. The top shower head and hand held wand would not work. There was no o e to talk to and when messaging staff online they wanted a video of the shower. I sent it two different ways and they didn’t get it. They then sent a video of how to work a shower. It wasn’t our shower and our shower had some type of repair that made it not usable. My husband finally had to force the handle, afraid he would break it, to finally get the shower to work. Mini one ever showed up or called us to try and fix it. We knew there was going to be a lot of stairs so we’re prepared for the climb but someone can not climb 6 flights of stairs with luggage then this is not for you

Beliggenheden er helt i top, tæt på alt.

Vi modtog ikke en nøgle til terrassen, håndbruseren virkede ikke. På trods af at vi var i kontakt med udlejer, skete der intet. Vi havde flere aftaler med dem, omkring nøgle til terrassen og håndbruser der ikke virkede. Vi blev ikke taget alvorlig og fik ikke adgang til terrassen på noget tidspunkt af vores ophold.

Guys replace small sync in the bathroom to somethings bigger and more comfortable :) Other than that - excellent! Thanks, it was pleasure to stay and enjoy porto and view.

La ubicación era increíble, al lado de Ribeira y Gaia. La cocina espectacular, de 10.

El olor a humedad al ir a los baños

Nagyon jó helyen volt, könnyen bejutottunk, a képeknek megfelelő szállás volt, kedves kis terasszal. Volt klíma, használtuk is fűtésre, emrt picit hűvös volt, de hamar bemelegített és így megfelelő hőmérséklet lett végül. A szállásadó kommunikációja gyors és segítőkész, 4 fő használta az apartmant, teljesen megfelelt az igényeinknek. Nagyon szép volt a kilátás, közel volt a belvárosi rész. Ajánlom rövid tripekre. Ár-érték arányban teljesen jó.

Néha kicsit csatornaszag jött a fürdőszobából. De ez sem zavaró, nem tapasztaltunk nagyon nagy negatívumot. A nappaliban lévő kanapéra viszont ráférne egy tisztítás, néha elég szúrós szag csapott meg minket.

The location was great, just a short walk to Cais da Ribeira. Nice views over the river. Comfortable apartment.

No elevator and steep stairs made carrying luggage difficult. Parking nearby wasn't easy. There was a damp odour in the back room.

Aucune solutions trouver par le manque de chauffage. Aucune propreté , des sous-vêtement usagers retrouveé dans l'appartement. Pas de sèche cheveux. Des personne qui vous dise qu'il s'occupe de tout mais rien n'est fait ! Prévenir à quelque heure de l'arrivée que l'appartement choisie n'est pas disponible.

Localisation, équipements, vue et rapport qualité/prix

Lien avec la personne en charge de la délivrance des clés : même si elle s’est montrée disponible, dommage qu’elle soit restée dans la voiture. Autant donner directement les codes par mail.

The apartment has the best views, close proximity to Gaia and the surrounding port wineries to try. Transportation was great in terms of buses and river cruises.

The apt needs a bit of revamp. It's old, muggy and a bit outdated. No lifts to get up to level 4. The bathroom needs a zuzz up too. Shower is so small that we could hardly get in without touching sizes of the door. The apt will do wonders with a refurb...

Location, size of accommodation, views. Would most definitely stay here again.

Very little to dislike, but we couldn't find and power points/plug sockets in the kitchen, so could only boil the kettle on the floor.

A limpeza ficou muito aquém do esperado. Uma das camas não tinha lençóis limpos; pedimos a substituição, mas não foi realizada. Tivemos de voltar a ligar e insistir, e só efetuaram a troca perto da meia-noite do segundo dia. Na zona dos WC, caía água do teto, formando uma poça enorme no chão. Chegámos a encher três baldes com a água acumulada. Reclamámos também sobre esta situação, mas nada foi resolvido.

El suelo del apartamento hacía mucho ruido y cuando subían los de mas huéspedes se escucha muchísimo, la limpieza en general mala, los muebles de las cocina no estaban bien limpio, tostadora sin limpiar, hervidor cn agua dentro, habitaciones con mucho polvillo, los baño no estaban bien limpios y con pelos pegados al la puerta y a los azulejos vamos.. limpieza 0, toallas rotas,secador no funcionaba , y por último que pusieran en la web que tenía parking en el alojamiento y no es así.

The property is well located, has lots of room and all the necessary facilities.

The property was not very clean unfortunately. One bathroom was particularly smelly, the floors were not clean and the shower was difficult to work as one of the controls was broken. The duvets had NO covers which was not very hygienic at all, the bedclothes did not seem freshly laundered, I could not help feeling the beds were slept in and not changed. They claim to have parking but I have my suspicions. The location is EXTREMELY busy so on street parking is not really an option and traffic is so busy you could end up driving for a long time and several kilometres to get back to the accommodation. It’s not a place to stay if you have a car and several bags. We met no host and I suspect they get their fair share of revellers so they should try harder to ensure it caters for more respectful visitors who expect minimum levels of cleanliness and presentation. Depending on the visitor type I may or may not recommend this place to friends on the future.

No tiene parking y es imposible aparcar o parar para descargar las maletas. Solo hay ventanas en dos habitaciones, el resto no tiene luz ni ventilación. Los baños huelen mucho a humedad

The best thing about this place was the location and view...perfect for our group of 6. Not in the middle of all the traffic and noise, yet it is an easy 5 minute walk to the bridge and restaurants. The apartment was clean and spacious, well designed. Everything in the kitchen worked and was good for cooking. Nice large counter and dining table for meals, laptops, anything. The new Bridge restaurant on the first level was great and i believe it has a bright future. i really appreciated the Whatsapp communication with the host, especially with video instructions on the lock box. Although a single key can be inconvenient to use, we figured that we would leave the key in the lock box during our entire trip so any of our group could get in and out without a problem. And whenever there was someone still in the unit, it was easy enough to knock on the door. I might suggest that instructions to that effect be included with the information provided on the booking.com website. This apartment definitely allowed us to have a great experience in Porto. Overall, if you are not on a tight budget, I do recommend this place. However, if you are on a tight budget or if anyone in a group has a significant physical disability, or you expect to have large luggage, i would stay elsewhere.

I would have liked to have met the host at least once, but i understand that meeting the host is not always needed. The stairs to the flat were getting to be a bit tiresome, but that is expected in Porto. You pretty much trade off the climbing of stairs and hills for the spectacular view and location. Not an ideal location for anyone with physical disabilities. We had to figure out a safe spot to pick up and drop off with Bolt or Uber....the road is busy and not a good spot for pickup/drop off.....recommendation is to meet the car at the bottom of the ramp down from the apartment. The latch on one of the bathroom doors does not lock, which was brought to the attention of the owner for repair. Face towels would really have been nice....we had to purchase some in town.

Las fotos de las habitaciones no corresponden con la realidad,las instalaciones un poco defectuosas y si llueve tiene goteras llegando a inundarse una de las zonas donde dejamos maletas.

Una ducha no funcionaba y al ser 5 se nos hizo un poco complicado. En los baños sería conveniente poner colgadores para las toallas.

Host was very responsive and immediately assisted in getting into lockbox & gaining access to apartment. Super friendly.

Would have been helpful to know I needed to inform host of my arrival time ahead of time. Bathrooms have an odor although not sure anything can be done about it since it’s old pipes. Bathroom mat would have been nice, we used a used towel on the floor.

Great location for exploring Porto, comfy beds, plenty of of room, gorgeous and secluded outdoor terrace, great views over the Eiffel Bridge

Car parking is limited - you may have to park a 5 or 10 min walk away, no welcome pack of tea or coffee or water in the fridge is provided which would have been a nice (and welcome) touch

The apartment is modern and cute--very well done renovation with the amenities you will need for your stay. The location is amazing--views over the river and steps to the hub of the evening nightlife! A main bedroom with two twins/king and plenty of room for luggage is located at the front. A smaller bedroom, with a full bed, is nestled next to the living room, where a large sectional provides plenty of seating--and sleeps two (linens provided). The well-stocked kitchen opens to a private patio with a brick oven an seating area. One bathroom with a shower and towel warmer rounds out the space. The location is excellent. You are steps from the funicular, restaurants or the bridge across the river.

The apartment has great views---to get there, you have 67 steps welcoming you and whatever luggage you brought, and there is no elevator. Windows throughout the space fully open to allow a breeze, but there are no screens, so bugs also come in. Frontage on the main street also means that street noise is at your main bedroom windows, should you leave them open at night. We could not find the remote for the AC unit, so it was a sleepless Friday night for us. The bathroom is adorable, but the tiny sink is impossible not to splash from, and the water heater must be similiarly sized-- I was out of warm water before I had finished sudsing my hair. Managing warm showers for multiple people will take some scheduling skills, but at least a warm towel and hair dryer will help you defrost afterwards! :) The listing indicated parking was available, but parking in the free spaces out front is not realistic--restaurans spill chairs and tables onto the narrow strip, neighbors block off remaining spaces with trash cans or other items, and getting your vehicle in--and out-- of that raised "road" is a non-option. Better to pay for a space along the street, available for 4-hour blocks during the workday, but free after 7pm.

The property is well situated with views to the Douro from the two bedrooms. The check in instructions were easy once we received them and host was communicative to any requests needed during our stay. The sofa bed is a decent size. Easy proximity to walk to restaurants and the bodegas etc. Lovely little tapas restaurant directly below. Parking is first come first serve and 4 hourly pay with top up thereafter so needs a bit of strategic planning.

Only one bedroom has air conditioning so the other gets very warm and it is noisy if you open the window due to the road outside. The main area also has air conditioning which was welcomed. The apartment smelt a bit musty when we arrived, likely do to the old stone, which cleared when we opened bedroom windows and put some aircon on in the main living space. The sofa bed was not made up for us so it ended up being quite a late night upon arrival by the time we had this sorted but thankful the host was able to resolve. The kitchen could really benefit from a small dishwasher to ensure items are left clean and a few extra cereal bowls etc (which may not be an issue if you're eating out a lot) and, for me, the lack of natural light in the living space was a bit oppressive. The internal courtyard is not a feature I would count as such, it brings no natural light, doesn't smell very nice and is really just a place to house the air conditioning units. No little natural light in the apartment apart from the two bedrooms which is likely the norm for many places but we've been spoilt perhaps by lighter, fresher and better equipped apartments in Porto in the past.

Dusche und WC in alter Bausubstanz (sichtbarer Naturstein integriert und neu gemacht) - coole Idee, aber stinkt modrig und feucht. Wenn WC offen ist, dann stinkt die ganze Wohnung. Sehr schade.

L’emplacement est top, la vue de l’appartement le matin est super agréable. Nous avons apprécié l’appartement.

Les salles de bains ne sont pas très fonctionnelles pour une famille nombreuse. Pas d’étagères pour poser les affaires et de porte serviette ou pour accrocher les vêtements.

En pleno corazón de Porto, apartamento muy bien cuidado y agradable. Vistas al puente de Luis I. Un sitio con mucho encanto.

Il manquait de la vaisselle, pas suffisante pour le nombre de personne, un tabouret était cassé, une des chambres est borgne, les deux salles de bains minuscules côte à côte ne sont absolument pas pratique pas de place pour poser les affaires, pas de placard, une odeur d égout. la propreté était limite,alèse tachée, sol sale. La cour intérieur etait borgne également. Un appartement dans le noir hormis les 2 chambre côté rue.
