O pequeno almoço servido pela Padaria Portuguesa em regime de parceria teve péssima qualidade. Uma ótima solução escolhida pelo hotel funciona mal por culpa do parceiro,

La situation centrale pour aller au centre ville et se rendre au marché comme aux différent restaurants à pied. La proximité de pouvoir aller à Lisbonne rapidement et retrouver le calme de Setúbal le soir.

Pas de parking couvert sécurisé, il fallait se garer en face de l’hôtel avec les portiers locaux pour vous aider a placer votre voiture. Surprenant au début mais un jeu s’instaure par la suite et rien à craindre pour la voiture.

Zimmer (105): Generell ist das Zimmer geschmackvoll und mit zahlreichen künstlerischen Elementen versehen eingerichtet. Das gefällt, hat Chrakter und sticht aus dem Einheitsbrei der Hotelzimmer-Einrichtungen positiv heraus. Dass man den vom Gebäude her knapp bemessenen Platz optimal ausnutzt, um möglichst viele Zimmer einzubauen, ist verständlich. Aber es gibt Grenzen. In der Hotellerie gilt nach wie vor: "Luxury is space" Das RM sieht sich in der Luxury Kathegorie, aber die Zimmer sind definitiv dafür zu klein. Es gibt extrem wenig Platz für die Utensilien, die man so dabei hat, Koffer kann nur einer direkt zugänglich platziert werden, alle anderen Gepäckstücke muss man geschlossen irgendwo an einer Durchgangslücke platzieren. Braucht man etwas, muss das Gepäckstück auf das Bett gelegt und dort geöffnet, dann aber wieder weggestellt werden. Das Waschbecken ist Top-Design aber bietet quasi null Platz für Toilettenartikel. Für junge Reisende möglicherweise kein Problem, für ältere Semester wie wir (70/73) eher komfortmindernd. Zu erwähnen (weil im europäischen Süden nicht immer gewährleistet): Effiziente Klimaanlage, die individuell per Remote gesteuert werden kann, und der bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad im August die Puste nicht ausgeht. Frühstückskonzept ist speziell und wird in der angeschlossenen Bäckerei/Restaurant abgeboten (im Preis inkl.). Angebot ist ausreichend und gut. Achtung: Wegen dem Konzept braucht es Geduld. An sich kein Problem, aber wenn sie dann auf eine gebuchte Tour gehen, ein Taxi bestellt haben, oder gar das Flugzeug nehmen müssen, rechnen sie mit gut 15 oder mehr Minuten Wartezeit - Sie teilen den liebevollen und fröhlichen Service mit Passanten - Hotelgäste haben hier kein Privileg! Die Lage ist sehr gut. Fast direkt an der Hafenpromenade, nahe der sehenswerten Markthalle, in 10 bis 15 Min. zu Fuss ist eine grosse Auswahl an guten Restaurants erreichbar, in 5 Minuten in der Altstadt von Setubal.

The beds are very comfy, the rooms are modern and the location is great. Breakfast is served by the bakery next door and it is good and substantial. Must get one of the hotel bikes and go for a ride. I totally recommend it.

Umliegende Parkplätze sind günstig und je nach Uhrzeit und Wochentag kostenlos (Z. B. Nach 19h, Sonntags)

Alles war perfekt

God beliggenhet med tanke på offentlig transport, ferger og gamleby. Smakfullt innredet rom, nydelig frokost.

Litt hard seng, men venner seg til den. Vi opplevde en litt ubehagelig lukt, og tviler på at aircondition fungerte helt som det skulle. Var vanskelig å tørke badetøy.

Parkeren moet ergens aan de straat. Er was een festival. Hierdoor stond de auto ver weg en zonder toezicht. Ontbijt is in een broodjeszaak. Kwaliteit is goed maar je moet het zelf halen in een wachtrij. En het voelt heel onpersoonlijk en past niet bij de luxe van de accommodatie

un hotel de diseño , pequeño y muy céntrico La cama super grande y cómoda El desayuno es curioso, se elige entre varios menús en una cafetería que hay en la planta baja del hotel. Tienen el detalle en la habitación, de una pequeña botella de vino de bienvenida

el tamaño de la habitación es bastante pequeño, no hay apenas sitio para dejar tus maletas y la ropa. Para una noche está bien, pero para más días se hace un poco difícil organizarlo todo. Falta por ejemplo enchufe en la zona del lavabo y algún espacio donde poner las maletas, hay que abrilas encima de la cama No es accesible para personas con movilidad reducida, para mi no fue un problema, pero hay que avisar que no hay ascensor.

O quarto é lindo! Mas o colchão é sem dúvida o melhor deste hotel, porque nos abraça para ter um descanso maravilhoso. Tudo é mágico. O pequeno almoço é muito bom sem exageros de comida. Os produtos de higiene pessoal são extraordinários.

Para mim é o melhor em termos de logística e localização.

Appeared to have balcony but window/door didn't open very misleading photos.booked 2 nights.complained on arrival but no options.left next morning. Refused to refund .not for us will not be back

Frühstück Bestellung war kompliziert, da es eine Vorgabe für den Voucher gab. Die Angestellten waren glaube ich auch etwas genervt weil wir nicht gleich verstanden haben dass wir nicht individuell aussuchen konnten. Es wäre besser einen Voucher mit einem Geldwert und man könnte selber besser aussuchen.

Frühstück . War nicht so wie erwartet.

L’emplacement du lavabo ,trop bas et manque de rangement pour les trousses . Il y a qu’une seule petite poubelle au niveau des toilettes,cela serait bien d’en mettre une autre un peu plus grande dans la chambre.L’endroit où l’on prend le petit déjeuner pas très accueillant,un manque de choix dans le forfait.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce petit hôtel, l'accueil et le service sont très bons, la réceptionniste très sympa. La chambre est très bien équipée avec produits de toilettes, peignoirs, eau, machine à café et thé. Le lit est confortable. Le petit déjeuner à la boulangerie d'à côté est bon avec plusieurs choix à faire au comptoir.

La chambre est assez petite mais joliment décorée. Nous faisions un road-trip donc avions une grande valise et avons eu du mal à l'ouvrir dans la chambre. Malheureusement, nous sommes tombés pendant un enterrement de vie de jeunes filles où une dizaine de filles sont rentrées à 1h du matin en état d'ébriété et sont venues continuer à consommer dans le petit salon en face de notre chambre. Elles sont même venues plusieurs fois frapper à notre chambre. La réception a été assez réactive malgré l'heure en contactant les filles pour leur demander d'arrêter mais nous avons tout de même passé une mauvaise nuit. En dehors de ça, l'hôtel est très bien!

A very nice boutique hotel with a comfortable bed, great location and public parking right at the hotel. Parking fee between 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (9 a.m. - 1 p.m.). Good breakfast in the pastry shop on the ground floor which also had very good gluten-free bread.

Tolle Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage zur Altstadt und zum Hafen. Alles perfekt. Schöne Zimmer mit sehr guten Betten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war toll und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Für unseren kleinen Hund war eine Kiste mit 2 Portionen Hundefutter und 2 Näpfe bereitgestellt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

C’était bien rien à dire, la chambre était propre, moderne, la literie très bien . seule la formule petit déjeuner ne nous a pas convaincus, car ça dépend de la pâtisserie à côté et on a droit à un café pas plus, un croissant, un jus, des œufs brouillés, un bol de fruits , mais on peut pas demander deux croissants à la place des œufs ou de tout autre des choses dans la proposition….

Il manquait une poubelle on n’avait pas où jeter quoi que ce soit

Checking into the room was easy with the codes givenin advance. The reception was closed after 6:00 PM. The hotel is small and the rooms are on one floor above a nice cafe, where the hotel's good breakfast is served (omelette, bread, pastries, fruit salad, yogurt, orange juice and hot drinks). You can find something to eat at the cafe throughout the day. The hotel's design is modern and unique, we liked the small lobby next to the rooms with the coffee corner and the swing. The bed was very comfortable. There was good noise insulation from the street below. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel's location is great, you can walk to the beautiful old town of Setúbal, there are many restaurants nearby, a supermarket and a large parking lot very close (costs €3.40 in cash for 24 hours - you need to have the exact amount of coins!). We recommend taking the ferry to TROIA - a comfortable and pleasant experience.

There are about 20 steps up to the room (no elevator). The room was very cramped, there was nowhere to store our things or even put them outside the suitcase. The shower only had a rain head (no handheld showerhead) and it was difficult to control the hot water which changed constantly. The shower is separated from the room only by opaque glass. The sink is next to the room door (not in the shower) which is strange. The safe is tiny. It would have been nice to have a small dresser/cabinet to put things.

Breakfast in the bakery below the hotel was a little simple and the wait was long to order.

It was all excellent! The included cafe breakfast downstairs was a nice touch. Staff at the hotel was very friendly. Parking was easy, close by, and very inexpensive. Room is quite stylish even for its smaller size. The added space of the gathering space for guest use is a nice plus as well if needing to spread out for a bit. Great location as well.

On the positive side, the location is absolutely excellent, making it very convenient to explore. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff was also helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.

However, we found the layout of the room to be rather impractical. It feels much better suited for a single traveler or for just a one-night stay. There is a mini wardrobe and almost no storage space or shelves, which made it difficult to unpack our things. Regarding the breakfast: we would recommend booking without it. While it is convenient since it is served in the shop directly below the RM Experience, the selection was nothing exciting. Lastly, we were quite surprised to find out that additional water and coffee were charged extra. For a place of this standard, you would expect these small hospitality touches to be included.

Location was good with parking nearby. Large bedroom with extra sitting room. The comfortable bed had a good selection of pillows. Helpful receptionist.

We did not like having the bathroom within the bedroom giving no privacy and the shower floor was very slippy. Limited space to put clothing. Breakfast was in a cafe next door, this system does not work.

Chambre design et très calme. Localisation proche de la côte et à peine à 1km des restaurant du port de pèche. Proche également de la vieille ville. Bon petit déjeuner disponible dans le restaurant attenant.

Il manquait un ou deux rangements pour les vêtements, mais cela aurait modifié le design.

We really enjoyed this hotel. A great central location , easy parking , friendly staff and a great breakfast. Very nice fixtures and fittings.

Loved everything, our room has everything , but was compact.

das Frühstück gibt es in der Bäckerei daneben, das war etwas speziell, aber gut mit frischen Orangensaft und Ei wenn man wollte. Das Zimmer hatte noch eine Sitzecke und war dadurch geräumig. Es gab eine kleine Kaffeemaschine und Wasser sowie eine kleine Fl. Wein zum Empfang.

Es ist modern eingerichtet, aber das Lavabo war ausserhalb vom Badezimmer, welches recht schmal war. Das war nicht nach unserem Geschmack.

Szuper volt ár-érték arányban, olyan érzésem volt nekem és a vőlegényemnek, mintha gazdagok lennénk, tiszta luxussss. Szuper a reggeli választási lehetőség is a lenti bárban.

Staff was great, beds comfy and great location.

Tyylikäs. Erinomainen sijainti, mukava sänky, huone oli siisti ja aamupala runsas (tarjoillaan alakerran padariassa).

WC on sellainen lasikoppero huoneessa (joskin tyylikäs), joten parisuhteessa ei pidä olla enää paljoa mysteereitä jäljellä.

A localização, com um parque de estacionamento mesmo a frente. E que permite a deslocação a pé. Também gostámos muito da decoração do hotel e dos quartos. Quartos muito confortáveis com todas as comodidades necessárias! Recomendo!

Conveniently situated near centre of town. Breakfast choice was more than enough. Room well decorated and comfortable. As we were staying longer than the usual visitors they provided us with a rail. The lounge area was lovely and welcoming. The staff very helpful with advice too.

No dressing table to do makeup, but there was a mirror at the sink

Sijainti oli loistava, lyhyt matka keskustaan, ravintoloihin, kauppahalliin ja rantaan. Huoneen ja yleisten tilojen design oli tyylikäs. Aamiainen alakerran kahvilassa oli riittävä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä.

Kylpyhuoneessa oli ainoastaan sadesuihku, olisin kaivannut käsisuihkua tai bideetä. Säilytystilat minimaalisia, pöytätasoja ei juurikaan ollut mihin laskea tavaroita. Äänieristys huono.
