체류 기간에는 인근 투어정보를 잘 안내하구요. 작은것 하나에도 성심성의껏 챙겨 주시는데.. 후에로 가기 위해 차표 예매시에 인터넷 구매를 해 줄수 있다 해서 부턱을 드렸읍니다. 그러나 내 신용카드에 무언가 문제가 있어 지불이 안돼었읍니다. 이에 주인께서 자기카드로 구매를 해주시고.. 나는 현금으로 주었는데. 1시간 이상 씨름하며.. 챙겨 주시는데 놀라울 따름이었읍니다 다음에 닌빈에 온다면 당연히 여기에 올겁이다.

I stay here for 2 nights and the service of the team was amazing, always with a smile and trying to help you in all the things you need. The food was amazing and very clean rooms Definitly I will back soon!

I stayed at the Ninh Binh Family Hotel and I stayed in a insuite which was just amazing, it was super clean and cozy. This Hotel / Hostel is close to all the attractions around Ninh Binh, some closer than others as all offer different scenery. The staff which is family run does everything they can to make your stay memorable. In my case I had scratches on my leg which stained there beautiful white bed spread and sheats and they replaced it graciously for my second night. I also am driving my motorcycle and they have a garage next to the building which was more than convincing that it was safe. Also there breakfast was delicious! I recommend this Hostel....

Was a great place for a night or two. Absolutely no complaints about their service! Au$14 for a private room with a double bed. Au$5 to hire a motorbike for the day. My only dislike is that it’s out of the main strip and touristy part of town (as is stated in the name ‘downtown’).

My main problem with this stay was that the sheets on my bed were clearly not washed. When I wanted to take another bed I saw that the sheets on almost all the beds were dirty. When I asked for new sheets they did give me clean ones but still this is actually just unexceptable. I didn't see them checking or replacing the other sheets... They also put wrong information on the booking site: yes there is a restaurant but you can't eat there, it's only for breakfast. There are no slippers or toiletries or hairdryer in the room. What I did like was: I could have an earlier check in. The staff was friendly. It's near to the Trang An Grottoes.

Accueil irréprochable. Personnel à l'écoute de vos besoins. Ménage fait tous les jours. Bon hôtel qui malgré son emplacement excentré fait de son mieux pour rendre le séjour agréable à ces clients.

Hotel in een rustige buurt aan de rand van ninh binh. Met de fiets of scooter snel makkelijk naar tamcoc en trang an. Ontbijt is in de prijs inbegrepen en was erg prettig. Restaurants zijn er in de buurt maar zijn minder goed. Je kunt beter naar ninh binh. In het hotel hebben ze savond ook eten maar daar moet je om vragen. Het hotel personeel is vriendelijk en helpt je graag met alles. Je moet hier wel om vragen. Je kamer word schoongemaakt als je het vraagt. Dit is overal tot nu toe in Vietnam. Kamer is schoon wanneer je de kamer de eerste keer betreed. Bed is comfortabel alleen het had een plastic hoes over het. Dat is fijn want je weet dat het schoon is. Maar het slaapt iets minder comfortabel.

Good clean hotel to use as a base for surrounding attractions You can rent motorcycles from the hotel.They will also arrange ongoing transport. We stayed 3 days and enjoyed it.

Nice clean room with strong air con, a little smelly when we arrived but so is the local area, it went away after a few hours. Reasonably close to a strip of restaurants but feels slightly removed. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty and for one night stop off it was perfect and cheap. Breakfast was tasty.

We were very disappointed by this hostel, the only place we didn't like during our trip to Vietnam! The rooms were nice and clean, good showers too. However we found the staff extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. They also tried to charge us 800,00 to get to Trang An which we knew was ridiculous. We organised our own transport and paid 70,000. Breakfast was very basic. While the accommodation itself was fine, the staff did not have a good attitude and were really quite rude. Also this is more of a small hotel than a hostel and so there is no atmosphere or chance to meet people.

We stayed in the 4 bed dorm room. We loved how the beds were really wide and had lots of space. Air conditioning in every room was awesome. It was clean and the owner is an incredible guy. He helps everyone there so much and works really hard to make sure everyone gets what they need. 4 stars because we wished there had been a plug for all of the beds and the lounge area is not that inviting (harsh lighting, not that comfortable seating). Swap out the florescent lighting and make it more cozy and it would be perfect! The hot water tank is also not big enough to be used by so many people (water goes cold fast). That being said, i would still highly recommend this hostel :)

After being ripped off by a cheap Vietnamese hotel, we wanted to go to a safe place with a lot of backpackers...I was happy we found that place. The dorm (4 people) was comfortable and clean. It is a bit far from everything but the kitchen was pretty good and affordable.

Excellent room for the price, it's a bit off-center but there's nothing to do in Ninh Binh anyway, people come here for Tam Coc. The owner Tony is lovely and helped us organize the rest of our trip to Dong Hoi. We almost skipped Dong Hoi (Beaches + Caves), we're so glad he convinced us to go there. Thanks you !!

This hostel is so far out of the city it is on the edge of the suburbs in a residential area of very affluent Vietnamese. Hence there is no facilities in the immediate area, one has to walk or rent a motorbike to get into town. 3 km from train station, 1.5 km from bus station and 2.5 km from 'Downtown' Ninh Binh. I rented a motorbike and had to change it twice as neither had any brakes. I was told to go slow. The menu here is overpriced along with overpriced drinks,but what can you do, there are no facilities within a km of the hotel. While I was there one of the neighbours had a wedding with a marque right outside the door. This wedding started at 7am with woofers turned full blast and this was going to go on for two days. I checked out two days early for many reasons. The beds were hard, but the whole place was very clean. Another thing, there was no music at all, not even piped music. Dead.

They took good care of me, the staff was friendly and give me advices about the city. They also have a resturant with a lot of good dishes. The reception/resturant is were eco and with small noisy children it can be little bit to frustrated to enjoy your breakfast or dinner.

The rooms were very comfortable even if one of them had no window. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, they told us the best places to go in the city. The breakfast was included and was quite good. It was a good place to stay in ninh binh!

A wonderful two night stay, in a comfortable spacious dorm room. Tony,the owner, is so knowledgeable about Ninh binh it is not even funny. Ask him for anything and he will point you in the right direction and even book it for you to boot. For those biking, he knows a local mechanic, and if not too busy is able to translate your problems to him. Very helpful indeed

The location of the hostel was great and in a quiet area. They include great choices for their free breakfast and the rest of the food on the menu was also very good. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The bathroom and shower areas were also very clean. Tony was an amazing help and he speaks great English. He recommended places for us to go and what was the best to see. He gave us directions on my phone map app to Trang An Grottoes, the markets and main streets, as well as where to find a place to hang out and drink Bia Hoi. We also rented bicycles from him for the day and they were very affordable at 40k for the day. All in all we really enjoyed our two nights here and Tony was one of the most helpful people we have worked with thru our travels. Would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Ninh Binh. Also highly recommend taking a bamboo boat and exploring the water caves of the Trang An Grottoes.

The dorm was full so we stayed in a double room which was fine. But compared to other places in Vietnam for the same price it was average but good enough. They serve food and breakfast downstairs which is good. It's a bit of a walk to the main part of town so you would need a bicycle or motorbike. They do hire them here which is good but unfortunately when we tried to hire some they had none left, and it was really difficult to hire them elsewhere. So get in early. They do bus and train bookings here but we were waiting over an hour to book a train as the guy at reception kept telling us to wait and doing other peoples bookings first, even when they asked him for the same thing after us. This was quite frustrating as we wanted to get going. If you want to book something it might be best not to do it in the morning when it gets quite busy. Overall this place was good enough for a night or two

This place is great BC you get a great value for your money, the staff is lovely (it's a family business...), It's clean and serves good food, Tony will be glad to help you he's not just doing stuff for money - he truly loves helping. He took me to the bus stop for free. . . (On his scooter). Loved this place!

The owner was the most friendly person we met during our whole Vietnam trip. The hostel was new and everything was very clean. The beds of the private room were very comfy. They serve food and drinks in the lobby and you can rent bicycles or motorbikes. My friend got sick during our stay and the owner bought her food for free to the room. He also book our train and gave us a ride (for free and by motorbike) to the train station. The hostel is located pretty well, if you want to see the attractions of the countryside. To the city center you walk about 15 minutes. We could even stay in the hostel till the evening until our train arrived in ninh binh and didn't have to check out in the morning. So we could relax in the bed and have a shower before we left. We would definately come back to this hostel. I fully recommend it!!

We stayed here for 2 nights to explore the area a bit and see Trang An and Bai Dinh temple. Its situated just slightly out of the centre in a quiet part of town. The room was clean, spatious, has AC and fan. Breakfast was included (plenty of choice), the pho is quiet good here! The staff is realy nice and helpfull. They invited us for dinner which was great, helped us with some bookings and the like. They do laundry, have motorbikes for rent. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for one night and really enjoyed it. The staff were great and helped us plan our trip and they also have bikes for rent. Our room was clean and comfy and we had a little balcony. We had breakfast in the morning included in the price too

Very nice place. Cosy and confortable room with big bed and bathroom. Breakfast is also very delicious. You can choose what you want to eat, you've got some options. The young manager is very helpfull and friendly. Really home atmosphere. We recomended this place for 100 % :) Thanks for everything guys:)

I've never written a trip advisor review before but the people at this hostel were so lovely I thought I had to let people know. The man speaks very good English and when we needed help with booking transport or information he sorted everything for us. I lost my phone in a taxi when in Ninh Binh, he phoned the taxi company and tracked my phone down and got them to return it to the hostel so that it was there when I returned. The facilities here are great and everything is kept very clean. Also the hostel is only 9km away from tam coc, there's a beautiful boat ride you can do there through 3 caves. We got a taxi but it would also be easy via motorbike. I hope you stay here and have the same experience we did.
