Reviewed Apr 18, 2026El apartamento es muy cómodo con todo lo que se necesita para estar como en casa. Utensilios de cocina, café, azúcar... Todo muy nuevo y cuidado. Las camas cómodas. Decoración muy cuidada. Además, pudimos ver las auroras desde el balcón. Y tener una sauna en el apartamento es una pasada. El parking es de pago, pero nos facilitaron zonas para poder aparcar gratis en los alrededores del apartamento.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026The furniture is very high end and it makes the apartment luxurious. The apartment has all the utilities you might need, with a detailed guide on how to use them. The beds and the couch are very comfortable and there is a nice selection of pillows for all the needs. The balcony is a huge plus, the view is really nice. The communication with the host was really fast.
Sometimes during the night I could hear people speaking (I guess from the flat below). Although this is not is a cons for the apartment itself, maybe it's better to bring some ear plug if you are really sensitive to noises.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, aber man ist trotzdem schnell in der Natur. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Es war so toll, dass wir schon früher ins Apartment konnten. Die Nacht zuvor war das Apartment nicht belegt.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026It is within the main city centre, 5 min walk will take you to the main shopping area and cafes. The apartment is very clean with modern deco and it has a nice sauna. The view from the apartment is breathtaking.

We were nicely surprised by Chirstmas tree with decorations and lights inside the apartment. For a popular peak season in winter in Rovaniemi the quality-price ratio (even tho a bit on a high end) still was the best in the area.

Es muy fácil entrar con los códigos proporcionados por el alojamiento. La temperatura es perfecta, se puede regular libremente. La cocina está equipada totalmente. Ubicación excepcional.
Me gustó todo, pero lo único que podría comentar es que la mampara de la ducha deja salir agua por abajo, pero como el baño tiene suelo radiante se seca rápidamente.

Lovely view from the living area as it was too cold to go on the deck. The staff was very quick to respond and all the instructions were clear. We super appreciated the coffee pods and very comfortable beds.
It wasn’t a problem for us, but the room with twin beds has a frosted sliding glass door that is off the living area.

We were not able to see any staff at all. I suggest there should be a storage locker for guest to store luggages in case their flight is after 11 so they can just easily pick it up before going to the airport. Thanks

The studio is small but the space is well designed and cosy, with all the essentials (kitchen, dish-washer, cooking equipment, bathroom, clothes washing machine), and the room and beds were warm.

The bedroom's heater was not very effective in keeping the room warm and comfortable. The bed was also not very comfortable, some parts are slightly sunken, not even backing for the back.

Reviewed Dec 13, 2025Es el apartamento perfecto; la distribucion es estupenda, la cocina muy comoda y equipada hasta el mínimo detalle, el baño amplio y grande, y la sauna un plus. Además las camas son muy comodas, y la casa está muy bonita decorada. Cuando llegamos teníamos hasta un arbol de navidad en el apartamento!. Solo sería más perfecto si además tuviera una secadora para garantizar que la ropa termica está seca al día siguiente.
Todo fue increible.

O fechamento do box não impede que a água se espalhe pelo banheiro.

Reviewed Nov 4, 2025Die Lage ist super. Direkt in der Stadt. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Penthouse war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Die Sauna war ein Traum. Küche voll ausgestattet. Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den See.
Sowohl im Hauptschlafzimmer als auch im kleineren Schlafzimmer waren die Matratzen ein bisschen durch. Noch keinesfalls unangenehm, aber merkbar.

The place was clean, had enough space for two of us, and the beds were really comfy. The Wi-Fi worked well too. Overall, we had a pleasant and easy stay, would definitely stay here again!

Asunnossa haisi pahalle. Siivooja oli jättänyt parvekkeen oven auki ja tuulettimen päälle, joten vähän ehkä auttoi. Oli vain jo kylmä. Vilkas liikenne talon vieressä vähän toi automelua myös sisälle.

Ns huoneisokirjan luettuamme mielestämme siinä oli kieltoja liian tiukkaan sävyyn eli, jos teet sitä tai tätä joudut korvauksiin. Tuntui, ettei pystynyt ns. Normaalisti olemaan pelkäämättä joutuukohan tästäkin maksamaan ylimääräistä. Eikö olisi parempi vuokra-asunnossa ihan kunnon käyttöön olevat astiat eikä hienoja desing-kippoja hintalapun kera?

There is a balcony directly above the living room terrace. I didn’t figure this out ahead of time. The weather wasn’t really conducive to using the terrace, but it might be an issue.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025Absolutely gorgeous apartment in a great location. Loved the balcony with a beautiful view of the city. The unit was a good size and outfitted with everything one could need and then some. Communication with the management was prompt and helpful. A notebook in the unit with written information was also helpful. There were several entry codes to enter (garage, building door, unit door, trash disposal) but all worked as expected.
The only downside was that the second bedroom lacks storage and has little privacy from the main living space, but we would definitely recommend this unit and this rental management.
