The staff

The food is not hygienic. I had serious diarrhoea (6 times) after having their dinner buffet which led me to the hospital by calling ambulance and affected my journey. Sent by complains to the hotel email and no follow up had been taken. So disappointed with a 5-star hotel like this!!! Also the room toilet carries strong smoking smell!!

Good location. 15 minutes to park and less to restaurants at romance park. Clean, huge hotel. Great staff. Hotel is modern furnished, and doesn’t feel dated. Enjoyed the lively campfire and cultural song/dance outside the hotel.

Some facilities like chess and mahjong rooms are chargeable.

Very nice hotel, good location, very nice view, perfect breakfast and dinner, actually one of the best I experienced. Everything was perfect!

Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting JZG! Great location - short drive to the entrance of the park Great room - Hotel is quite new. Lovely room with a view of the garden and mountains. Great breakfast - Good spread. I looked forward to breakfast even though I normally skip breakfast. And the bonus ... complimentary photo shoot complete with makeup and outfits of choice. Will stay here the next time I visit JZG!

산 뷰. 주변에 식당들이 많음. 조용함. 겨울이라 건조한데 가습기가 있어 좋았음.

중국어를 못하면 직원들과 의사소통 어려움. 족욕하는 공간이 문을 닫았고, 12월 방문이라 그런지 호텔 공간이 너무 적막하게 느껴짐. 셔틀버스 운행하지 않음.

- Good location. 15 mins to Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic Park. - Surrounded with local eateries. - Breakfast is top notch with wide varieties including onsen eggs, yak yogurt, ethnic Zang butter milk, green tea & lots of other delicacies.

住到了很美的景觀房，看出去就是庭園景觀跟山，超棒的！！房號是1237推薦給大家～ 隔音很安靜，早餐也好吃，選擇很多 整個魯能渡假區 都是高級酒店 下次還會想再去隔壁康萊德體驗✨

Had a very long and tiring day before arriving so booking a stay at Hilton was the best decision ever. Jenny at the front desk was exceptionally sweet, kind and super helpful! Lesly was also incredibly helpful when we had difficulty placing order for room service. Saved us from going to sleep hungry. Highly recommend if you have some budget to spend. You won't regret it!

Bed was on the soft side and we prefer the firm type. All else was perfect.

We had the Family Suite which was beautifully decorated. Hotel was close to a shopping stretch just next door with many dining options. Dinner Buffet was sumptuous, a very good selection of wester and Chinese food. Staff were attentive and responded quickly to requests.

The location is relatively near to the Jiuzhaigou national park entrance. The premises are generally clean. The interior deco and garden landscaping are beautiful. The breakfast and dinner buffet spread are excellent and good value. The staff are friendly and helpful

The air-conditioning is centralised and set at the mid-twenties (C) and cannot be individually adjusted. Found it too warm. Didn't sleep well for the three nights we stayed there. Some part of the bathroom floor tiles have dislodged and not repaired.... makes the place look dated and posts a potential accident risk

Amazing location - going to sleep looking at the mountains was priceless. The hotel room was beautiful - comfortable beds, big bathtub and great shower. The toilet seat was heated which was a really nice touch. The toiletries were Crabtree and Evelyn and smelt amazing. The hotel gave our children little bears and we had a welcome gift of fruit and toffee. We were overwhelmed by all the choices during breakfast the next morning. I especially enjoyed these little fried glutinous balls filled with purple yam paste (still dreaming of those)... I would love to go back to beautiful Jiuzhaigou one day, and stay at the Hilton again.

Nice and relaxing resort. Staff is friendly and we also got a free upgrade to a room with the garden and hills view. There's a campfire outside the hotel each night. The hotel is about 15 mins drive away from the jiuzhaigou entry and you can easily catch a taxi from there. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

In particular, Anna was friendly and approachable; she even had some bath salts for soaking sent to my room after I had had a long day of exploring Jiuzhaigou. Thank you, Anna! *Luxurious and elegant room, with sweeping views of the mountains. My room was serviced daily and spotless. Bed was super comfortable. * Great location. This made exploring the main sights a breeze. * Standout breakfast buffet, with international and Chinese classics.

Very clean and comfortable staying in Jiuzhaigou. Around 15mins drive to the JZG entrance. Quiet room and beautiful lake at the center of the resort.

Better if you have driver or tour guide pickup and drop off you to the food district.

Very helpful staff, picked us up from the road when our bus dropped us in an awkward spot and we didn’t know where to go. Gave good guidance on how to navigate the park in one day.

Laundry fee quite high (5 undies, 4 pairs of socks, and 1 shirt for ~$40aud), but service was good.

The room was large with top quality facilities but some simple maintenance would help to create a better impression (squeaky hinges and sliding door runners, wardrobe doors in need of adjustment). The food was good but would have been even better if the plates weren't so cold. We were surprised that they didn't reply to our queries via Booking.com to ask the best way to get to the hotel from the airport. We called in the end and discovered that they would pick us up free of charge. It was lucky that we had a Chinese number and could speak the language, or we would never have known. It would have been quite difficult for non Chinese speakers to find out how to get to the hotel. Having said all this we really liked the hotel, the staff and the location and were very happy with our stay, so it's still a 10 out of 10! We would like to say a special thank you for the help and attention we were given by Andy Wu, Front Office Manager, who even lent us money when we needed some for a visit!

The location was adequate, not too busy an area but with walking access to outside eating places. The staff were very accommodating; during a particularly cold day, they brought a heater and humidifier to our room to help us get more comfortable.

Although the breakfast buffet had a good spread, the cereal section did not have any healthy cereals like muesli or granola. With the exception of bran, the rest were sweetened kiddie stuff. Otherwise, there wasn't much not to like.

Love the interior, and especially the lake view from the room is magnificent.

Heating wasn’t working properly, we went in winter and we had to ask for a portable heater. Also the hotel restaurant is not too warm either, breakfast selection is quite limited.

There wasnt transportation offer from this hotel location, and no buffet dinner available due to not enough travellers. I really wanted the buffet dinner but that information wasnt disclosed, might have changed hotel if there is no buffet dinner.

The hotel looked nice but the bathroom could do with better cleaning. Shower area is mouldy and wall is flaky due to water issue. The housekeeping could be cleaner in the sink area as well. Breakfast has limited options for international traveller.

The set up of King Skyline Park View Room is wonderful. It is very spacious and the free stand bath tub is excellence. The location is excellence and just next to People's Park, Chengdu Museum New Hall, Tianfu Square. The breakfast is very good.

The air conditioner temperature could not be adjusted by the guests even the air conditioner control panel is mounted on the wall. The guests could adjust the speed of wind only and the temperature could be changed much even turned down. The bathroom is comfort and big enough however the sanitary ware are not good enough if it is the brand of Hilton Canopy.

We like it very much and the great activity outdoor for all of us.

Needs to take taxi from the property to Jiuzhaigou park. It will be good if the hotel provides shuttle bus.

A gorgeous hotel with very professional and friendly staff (special shout-out to the hotel manager)! Traveled here with friends for hiking in Jiuzhaigou, and all of us were so happy with our stay. From the delicious breakfast buffet to the serene views and supreme beds, everything exceeded our expectations. Although the hotel is not yet in a very bustling location -- it seems many nearby restaurants and shops are just in the process of opening, not actually open yet -- we did find a local restaurant nearby that proved to offer some of the best food we had in Sichuan.

The room was spacious and has a great view of the garden and the snowy mountain. The lounges next to the window provide relax spot for rest and rewinding. The services were great and the staffs were very professional and they are very responsive and make their best efforts to solve the problem or accommodate our requests.

The room didn't have its own air-con mode control, so even if we feel a bit hot inside, we are not able to change the air-con mode to cool. The internal door is too heavy (I think they are fire-proof and that's why) which is not very convenient for my parents as their old ages. The breakfast buffet has lots of different dishes, but the flavour wasn't the best.

The hotel is amazing, the service is exeptional, the food is also very good, the people is very kind.

施設は清潔でいうことはありませんでした。 ただ、ヒルトンホテルだったら、食事でも感動できたら、というのが正直な感想です。 決して美味しくないというわけではありませんが、もっとレベルの高いものを期待していました。

国慶節直前にオープンしたばかりだったので、ホテルもお部屋も綺麗。一般的なルームクリーニングなどのホテルサービスはまだまだ平均に追いついておらず、教育が必要。が、有名な観光地とは言え中国の田舎で英語を話せるスタッフがいるのは外国人にとっては重要なポイントだと思う。 九寨溝のチケットを事前にメールで問い合わせ、到着後も親身になってトライしてくれたが、国慶節期間、また地震後オープンしたばかりということもあってか結局観光出来なかったのは残念だった。外国人の個人での観光は不可能に近いのであれば(祝日期間)、今後はホテルでチケット購入可能などのサービスを期待したい！中国では難しいことはわかるけれど。。 九寨溝以外にも美しい観光地があり、かつスタッフも気持ちの良い対応の方々ばかりでとても良い滞在だった。今度こそ九寨溝を訪れたい！

the hotel is still very new and still being built. Everything is super clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly too.

The hotel is new and the rooms are comfortable and quite luxurious. The buffet restaurant is a nice environment but the breakfast/dinner food standard was just ok. Staff were good and spoke English. The only real downside to the hotel is that the local area is pretty much a building site, but this won't bother you too much as you can take a taxi easily to Jiuzhaigou.
