Aloft Dhahran

They have strange check in time - 3 pm. Otherwise, decent hotel. Comfy bed, charging sockets for EU plugs. In general, dont make my mistake to foget travel adapters for the sockets. KSA uses the British standard.

The hotel is strategically located in a prime area, right in front of Dhahran Mall, IKEA, and the largest Toys R Us in Saudi Arabia (there’s even an entire building dedicated to it!). If you’re visiting Saudi with young children, this is definitely the ideal place to stay. The hotel staff were amazing and exceptionally friendly, always willing to help. They recognized my Bonvoy privilege membership and upgraded me to a suite without hesitation. Breakfast spread at Dine Restaurant was great. During weekdays, I had to leave early, and they thoughtfully prepared generous and delicious packed breakfasts for me each time. I was truly impressed by their professionalism and the genuine care they showed throughout my stay. This is definitely a hotel I highly recommend, whether for leisure or business. InsyaAllah, I’ll be back with my family soon and hope to experience the same excellent service, if not even better. Well done, Aloft Dhahran!

We had an amazing experience in buffet, the staff is very accommodating her name is ms.rose and the food is very authentic we had a lot food on that day amazing dinner with the friends, oh we love the sweets as well most especially the velvet cake the best one, we love to have dinner or any occasion to gather in there again highly recommended.

Excellent service Thanks for good food and service Mr jeelani and miss rose. I recommend to visit once and every one love the food

Great experience!! Great food great room! Staff was very nice and helpful! I appreciate all the hospitality questions they ask

There are some issues at room as problem in (TV and shower room)

Buffet dinner (seafoods night) experience is very bad. I waited for one hour for the grilled fish I ordered. But unfortunately my order did not arrive. The cook and the waiter is not aware where my order go. May be it was given to another table. They do not have system. Grilling and serving should be first in and first out. The cook or the waiter must be aware also to whom the orders will be served to avoid missing orders or orders given go another customer by mistake. No system at all. Sorry but I will rate a very low level of service.

Food is fresh and delicious. Ambience is refreshing and calming. Waitress is very attentive and helpful. Well lit facility.

The place is good, neat and clean. However, there’s no available charging station for usb-c type. The food in the restaurant was nice and the staff like Rose & Jillani are very professional and accommodating. I will definitely come back to this property again.

Ms. Rose has a great service and very entertaining 👏 😀. The foods was great and delicious. The ambience was fantastic 👏. The displayed of the menu is amazing............

The food selection is impressive—from classic international comfort food to Asian cuisine, seafood, salads, grilled meats, and a dessert station that feels like a bakery on its own. The standout for me was the dill fish sauce! Highly recommended the buffet.

Good first impressions: fresh and comfortable lobby and check-in was friendly and efficient. Really nice room with very comfortable bed. Overlooking busy road at Dhahran Mall but the room was well soundproofed so was not disturbed at all. Well equipped bathroom with a spacious, powerful shower. Hotel facilities looked good. Decent gym and swimming pool on the roof. Padel court too, which I didn’t use but it looked in excellent condition. Staff were very friendly without exception. Makes a big difference to be greeted warmly at every turn. Breakfast was decent value (ask for a discount when checking in) but after four days was getting quite repetitive and the food was average. Nothing to get excited about. Overall this hotel was excellent value and great quality. I’ll stay there again when I’m next in the Eastern Province.

Very nice seafood night Very nice team Tasty and delicious food and very kind team…………………,,,,,,, It was so good and kind people also nice reception team especially the Filipina lady who smile always ……………………………,,,,,,,,……………………………..,,,.

Staff from the reception was very accommodating, The rooms are clean, well prepared, and i appreciate mentioning the name of the guest in the television. breakfast menu was good. The staffs are all friendly especially in the dine in area.

Clean, good service, and good decoration. Only one thing needs attention parking entrance is small for car to access.

The staff is very friendly and food (breakfast) is very nice, even greater that menu changes every day. The view from the restaurant has a nice view of mall of dhahran

Best breakfast spread in the Dhahran area. New coffee machines, omelets made to order, fresh fruit, yogurt and plenty more.

I rarely eat in hotel restaurants in Dhahran but I really enjoyed the food and the service from the staff during my stay. The hotel offer a buffet however I was early so opted to order from the main menu. Despite the staff setting up for the buffet service which looked lovely, my salmon order was simple but surprisingly flavoursome. My server Yvette was very professional and even though I was the only one dining at the time she was still attentive and friendly.

Staff is amazing! Had the best experience! Breakfast is good and the people are great. The hotel is nice but the people here are what make the stay amazing!
