Reviewed Jan 21, 2020職員有禮貌，就算英文水平不太好，但還是努力用簡單英文為我介紹每樣食物，值得贊賞，還有接待處人員英文水平很好！ 酒店有些舊，但環境清潔，不過廁所有味道，需要噴一下清新劑，每次沖廁所聲音很大，其他樓層沖廁聲也聽到，應該是舊式設計的問題。 膳食實在是太好了，食物十分充足及美味！

We stayed 2 nights including breakfast and dinner, because my husband is allergic to seafood so i asked to change it to meat, but disappointingly it is VEGETARIAN! the meal is definitely not worth the price! during the meal, the service person also told us they do not have enough material so they served the seafood still... the worse staying experience i ever had..

Reviewed Jan 11, 2019부모님 모시고 다녀왔습니다! 직원분들은 모두 친절했고 송영 또한 편리했습니다. 근처에 큰 마트가 있어서 이용하기 편했고, 온천과 휴게실 모두 만족이었습니다! 조식 포함으로만 예약했으나, 조식은 맛도 괜찮고(부모님이 짠걸 잘 못드시는데 조식에 나오는 모든것이 간간했습니다.) 식사장소도 유후인 전경이 보이는 홀에서 식사를 했으며 서빙해주는 직원들도 정말 친절했습니다. 밥먹고 아침에 가볍게 긴린코 갔다오기도 괜찮았구요. 잘 쉬다 왔습니다.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2018Excellent staff, great service, Great public SPA pool either indoors or outdoors, free shuttle bus service and if you write email or call them first they will come to Yufuli station to pick-up your heavy luggage to hotel. It's very good not to carry luggage around the town. Great dinner, especially the beef, tender and juice. Ask for exchanging the ShaSha dish to Barbeque dish with adding more money for the difference.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2018저녁10시 반에 도착해서 유후인 버스터미널에서 짐 끌고 도보 10분가량 걸렸구요 시간늦었지만 체크인하는덴 아무 문제 없었습니다~ 긴린코호수까지도 어른걸음으론 도보 10분이면 되는데..아이가 있고 길을 좀 헤메서..20분정도 걸린거같아요 어매니티,유카타 다 준비되어있고 아이꺼도 유카타, 칫솔과 치약,수건까지 따로 주셔서 혹시 몰라 준비해간거 쓸 필요도 없었네요~ 가격대비 훌륭했습니다~!!^^

Reviewed Jan 5, 2018가격은 적당한데, 료칸으로서는 애매한 수준입니다. 물은 좋고, 대욕탕과 노천탕도 적당합니다. 저녁밥이 조금 짜고, 아주 많있지는 않습니다. 뭔가 나쁘진 않지만, 크게 만족하기도 어려운 수준입니다. 료칸에 대해 기대를 많이 하신 분이라면 조금 더 쓰더라도 다른 곳에 묵는 것도 괜찮을 것 같습니다.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2017위치도 역과 가깝고 관광지역에도 걸어다닐수있는 거리여서 편리했어요. 모든 직원이 매우 친절했고 석식과 조식도 맛있었습니다. 다만 영어를 할 줄 아시는 직원은 많지 않았고, 음식들이 뭘로 이루어진건지 궁금했지만 잘 알 수 없었어요. 욕탕에 사람이 많지 않아서 편하게 이용했고 노천에 있다는 족욕탕은 너무 길가라 이용하긴 어려웠어요. 전반적으로 만족햇고 다시 찾고싶어요.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2017Chose this hotel because of onsen and I really enjoyed it. Japanese style room was comfortable, clean and the Japanese breakfast was very good. It's location is not very near to JR Yufuin station, but it's quite easy to walk to the main street & JR Yufuin station. Easy to park at the hotel and driving to Lake Kinrinko was near too.
