The breakfast was very good. Very good connection for metro and ferry. Also the access to Eurasia tunnel is very near. Close to the restaurants and pubs. Also good for shopping area. The roof terrace it is perfect for relax and have a good time.

Location, cleanliness, staff and breakfast

They have showers with half screens and water went everywhere, making the bathroom very wet. I was charged on my credit card that I wanted to pay with, but then was asked to pay on a different card saying the transaction didn't go through, so I had to use my debit card unwilling. Ended up having two payments on my card, but they assured me it would be returned.

Il my dora si trova nella parte meno affascinante di kadikoy, però è vicina alla metro (circa 300 metri) e all’imbarco per la parte europea. Buona la colazione, anche se c’è poca scelta nella parte dolce (un solo tipo di confettura…). Stanze ben arredate, ma molto piccole: 14/15 mq. Vi consiglio di andare con una sola valigia. Due non ci entrano. Staff molto disponibile ed accogliente. Roof garden molto accogliente e aperto h24.

Il bagno: una sventura. Tutto piccolo. La tazza è per trapezisti per quanto è piccola. Nel nostro, il copriwater, di plastica, era più grande della tazza e non si reggeva…vi lascio immaginare come fosse difficile per un uomo fare la pipì!

kamer turkse stijl moet je voor zijn ;-) voor het uitzicht moet je er niet voor zijn maar dit is en blijft nog steeds een centrum hotel dus meer dan voldoende voor wat het moet dienen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Hotel war sehr sauber. Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr zentral. Man ist sehr schnell im Zentrum von Kadıköy und zu Fuß in drei bis vier Minuten an der Fähre. Mit der Fähre kommt man ganz schnell auf die europäische Seite von Istanbul.

Ich hätte mir im Zimmer einen Ganzkörperspiegel gewünscht und einen Mülleimer im Zimmer. Es gab nur einen kleinen Mülleimer im Badezimmer.

The location is great, and the breakfast and cleanliness are excellent. The main issue, however, is the Wi-Fi. It is very weak and does not work properly, which made it difficult to use the internet. Improving the Wi-Fi would make the overall experience much better.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Rooftop-Terrasse mit ihrem wunderschönen Ausblick. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Die sehr zentrale Lage des Hotels war sehr angenehm. Man kommt in nur wenigen Minuten zum Fährhafen und von dort an fast alle Orte in Istanbul. Für ein Istanbul Trip ideal!

Ubytovala som sa tu po rhinoplastike. Personál bol veľmi príjemný, nemali problém mi dať podušku navyše, dokonca mi dávali ľad do mrazničky, keď som si potrebovala robiť studené obklady na tvár. Upratovačky sú tiež veľmi milé, upratujú každý deň, dopĺňajú vodu, vymieňajú uteráky. Raňajky sú základné, ale nájdete tu sladké aj slané veci. Celý deň máte možnosť si spraviť kávu a čaj. Lokalita je úplne perfektná, pri hlavnej ulici plnej reštaurácii a len 4 minúty cez cestu je hlavný trajekt na európsku stranu Istanbulu. Určite odporúčam.

Schönes kleines Hotel in Kadiköy,also asiatische Seite von Istanbul. Für uns perfekt um diese lebendige Seite zu entdecken. Fähranleger in alle anderen Ecken von Istanbul inklusive Prinzen Inseln nur 300 m entfernt. Schöne Dachterrasse und netter Frühstücksraum. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Es un hotel recién renovado, con instalaciones nuevas y modernas. En Kadıköy normalmente muchos hoteles tienen reformas antiguas o interiores algo desgastados, por lo que encontrar un hotel con una renovación tan reciente y fresca es bastante raro.

Lo que no me gustó fue que la habitación era bastante pequeña. La ventana no se puede abrir completamente (tiene un sistema de seguridad) y además hay una malla, por lo que apenas entra aire del exterior. A principios de mayo fue una pena no poder disfrutar de aire fresco en la habitación.

Die Lage war top, direkt am Hafen von Kadiköy. Die Zimmer sind eher klein aber wirklich fein und vor Allem sehr hygienisch und sauber! Bei uns wurden die Zimmer jeden Tag geputzt! Würde es für einen Kurzaufenthalt wirklich jedem empfehlen!

Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr angenehmer, entspannter Atmosphäre, stilvoll eingerichteten Zimmern, guter Klimaanlage, prima Dusche, sehr gutem Frühstück, sehr netten Mitarbeitern (u.a. an der Rezeption), einem Aufzug und einer tollen Dachterrasse. Abgesehen davon ist das Hotel großartig gelegen, nahe am Bosporus, der Metro zum Flughafen Sabiha, den Fähren zu den anderen Stadtteilen von Istanbul, und in einem sehr netten Viertel (Kadiköy) mit vielen netten Cafés, Geschäften usw. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

L’emplacement est top. Metro de sabiha gokcen au terminus kadikoy puis 2 minutes à pied. Le ferry est à 2 min pour traverser la rive, Le personnel a l’accueil est très sympa surtout sinan! Top!

Déjeuner répétitif mais bon. Chambre standard pas très spacieuse mais au final on a fait que dormir et visiter c’était bien assez.

The hotel was beautiful! We received a free room upgrade to a suite, so we had a large, spacious room with a huge bathroom and air conditioning. They cleaned the room every day, replaced the towels, and replenished the bottled water. The staff was very pleasant, and the rooftop terrace was amazing.

Breakfast was fine, though the selection was a bit limited.

Par manque de chance, je suis tombé sur une chambre face a un restaurant avec de la musique toute la nuit! la première nuit était difficile.

Мы брали номер люкс — всё понравилось. Уборка каждый день, очень чисто, постельное бельё регулярно меняли. Персонал на ресепшен очень отзывчивый и всегда помогал. Спасибо за хороший сервис!

The breakfast was very good. Perfect location. Close to ferry station, shopping area and a lots of restaurants and pubs in the area. Also the metro station is is at acceptable distance, close to Carrefour Nautilus.

The weathe was little cold at night, but at the roof terrace they have a electric heater, with was verry good. And I did not like that the windows have a security lock, and can not be open large. But this is due to turkey regulation so is not the hotel problem.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Ten minutes by foot to metro and to the ferry. We arrived at 9AM to the hotel and the receptionist (Meli) was amazing. He upgraded our room to the highest floor (4th) and we checked in early. Our room was a two room suite. Very clean. There was also a smaller room which we did not need or use - but for a third passanger it would have been great. Bed was big and great. Bathroom was spacious. I would have liked more counter space and maybe a shower more reachable. Now the shower/bath was a bit high for us. Another minor negative issue was that there was no fresh air in the room. It got very hot. Yes, there was an air-con, which we did not understand how to use but only way to get some air was to open the window - and it did not open a lot. Breakfast was good enough for us. We ate some eggs, pancakes, bread, cereals and some local pastries. Juice was fresh, which was a great plus. The surroundings were nice. Not by the main street so no big noice. Restaurants and supermarkets near by. And we decided to stay on the Asian side, which was a perfect decision. The sights are on the other side but the ferry took us there in 20 min and with nice and calm way compared to the metro and bus which we also tried. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

More counter space in the bedroom and maybe possibility to open two windows.

My wife and daughter arrived early in the morning, around 3 AM. The reception kindly arranged an early check-in for them, which we truly appreciated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe of the place was warm and pleasant. The breakfast was amazing as well

我预定了一个双床间但酒店坚持否认，说我订的不是双床，并说酒店已经订满没有办法给我换房间。房间窗户很小，隔音一般。

Sehr sauberes, gepflegtes Zimmer mit tollem Preis leistungsverhältnis. Super lage und definitiv zu empfehlen !

Die Unterkunft an sich war gut

Nach unserer Abreise mussten wir zu Hause feststellen, dass einige persönliche Gegenstände aus unserem Koffer fehlen. Diese befanden sich bereits einen Tag vor der Abreise im Koffer. Am Abreisetag sind wir direkt vom Hotel zum Flughafen gefahren, es gab also keine weitere Station dazwischen. Als wir zu Hause ausgepackt haben, waren genau die einzigen wertvolleren Gegenstände nicht mehr im Koffer. Daraufhin haben wir das Hotel telefonisch kontaktiert. Uns wurde zugesichert, dass die Kameraaufnahmen überprüft und wir anschließend informiert würden. Leider haben wir bis heute keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Dabei geht es uns nicht darum, jemanden vorschnell zu beschuldigen, sondern um eine transparente Klärung. Dass wir trotz Zusage keine Antwort bekommen haben, ist für uns sehr enttäuschend.
