空港の送迎と部屋が広い。

部屋はカビ臭いとシャワー水とトイレ水があまり出てこない。

Vier geboekte kamers blijken eigenlijk 2x 2 geschakelde kamers te zijn. Niet echt schoon, maar acceptabel. Er komt nauwelijks water uit de douche.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor het begin of einde van je reis. Wij kwamen na onze vlucht aan, werden opgehaald op het vliegveld en naar onze kamer begeleid. Ontzettend warm ontvangen. De volgende ochtend gebruik gemaakt van een heerlijk ontbijt en daarna heeft de host voor ons een taxi rit geregeld naar onze volgende bestemming. De kamer was heel ruim en schoon en heeft een groot en comfortabel bed.

De vliegtuigen hoor je landen en opstijgen, maar dat is ook logisch.

Fijne airport shuttle die snel kwam. Ontbijt was prima. Kamer erg ruim en de badkamer ook. Airco op de kamer wat fijn was. Uiteindelijk niet veel last van de vliegtuigen als je met oordopjes in slaapt

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, abends angekommen und morgens zum Flughafen. Der kostenlose Shuttle war toll und die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah zum Flughafen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig. Host und Fahrer waren sehr freundlich. Achtung: Oropax mitnehmen, man hört nachts die Flugzeuge ;-)

Es roch ein bisschen muffig, aber bei der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit im Land und nicht ständiger Auslastung der Zimmer vermutlich normal...

The place is conveniently located—about a 20-minute drive from the airport and hotel. It’s a decent, quiet area close to a residential neighborhood, making it pleasant for short walks. I visited in December 2025 , and the atmosphere was cheerful with nice surroundings. The staff were very down-to-earth and friendly, greeting us warmly. The rooms have an old-style design that reflects local culture and gives a homely feel. However, the bathroom was just average and the water heater could use some attention.

Todo perfecto. Te recogen del aeropuerto a la hora que llegues. Son muy amables. También cambian dinero si les avisas. La habitación genial y el desayuno muy muy rico.

Perfect quick stay after arriving into Airport. Driver picked us up at 3am and they checked us in upon arrival shortly after. Only stayed for a few hours to sleep and refresh so it was perfect. A lovely breakfast served in the morning also and staff arranged driver to bring us to Sigiriya. Couldn't have asked for more

Conveniently located near the airport, so it’s a good choice if you land overnight as the staff can also come and pick you up from the airport. We were supposed to only stay one night and leave the next morning, however we were stuck in Kimbulapitiya for 3 days because of the cyclone. The staff took good care of us, we couldn’t have had a better experience if those difficult times

Spacious and clean room that was convenient for the work I had to get done in that area.

Unfortunately there was a power cut in that area at late night for about 3-4 hours so no lights and nothing could work.

FANTASTIC PLACE! Close to the airport with free shuttle service at anytime you require. Fresh watermelon juice on arrival. Clean and very spacious rooms with comfortable beds! Huge bathroom with great facilities! Amazing air-conditioning and fan! Close to restaurants and restaurant on site! They kept my big luggage so I could travel light to Columbo for a few days which was so helpful! Really appreciate the service of the team here!

A bit loud on the first night. But wasn't a problem the second night. Google maps location isn't accurate, so just follow the route to The Castle. I've submitted a relocation request so hoping it gets updated.

They looked after all our baggage for 8 days before even staying there completely free of charge. It’s proximity to the airport. The staff were extremely helpful and helped us load our luggage at 5am

We stayed at this property in the day before our late 1am flight, which meant we could relax in close proximity to the airport. The property organise a free shuttle to the airport included in the price which takes the stress off planning, definitely recommend.

I arrive quite late at 12 am, and they were prompt with their airport pickup. Checkin was hassle free and the room was large and clean. The AC was strong, bed was comfortable so i was well rested. In the morning they helped me with currency exchange and other guidance on how to get around. Perfect for airport layovers.

Very convenient hotel due to its proximity to the airport. The room was equipped with air conditioning, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby! The receptionist-driver, Isuru, was very polite and kind, managing to accommodate all our requests.

The room is more than simple. Not as fancy as it looks at the picture. But cheap stay and nice location plus free airport pickup.

The rooms were kept icy cold which was exactly what out of town travellers need. The rooms were extraordinarily clean, and comfortable. The breakfast served was delicious and generous. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The property basically does not have hot water or water pressure. Showering and washing your face in the basin was difficult. The disconnection of the buildings felt odd.

The host was really kind to us and the room had everything which was necessary. The bed was really comfortable! The location is good. Close to the airport. Takes approximately 10 min to reach there.

Lots of mosquitos in the room - but maybe it was due to the season. Would be great to leave some mosquito coils for guests who come and stay. Hot water of the shower didn't work but for one night it was fine.

The rooms were impeccably clean, very spacious, and the air con made it very comfortable as well. The staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to help in any way.

The showers did not have much water pressure, and there wasn’t hot water.

It was our last night in sri lanka and it was cool to have this last experience. As a near airport stay, it was super cool indie.

I had a wonderful short stay at Villa Ceylon. Despite our flight being delayed by 7 hours, Manoj and Rusiru went above and beyond to accommodate us, even allowing a late check-out, which was much appreciated. The room was spotless and had a lovely, clean terrace. Their hospitality and care truly made our stay pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place near Colombo Airport.

Excellent service - helpful staff and quiet spacious room. Stayed there before our 8 day tour and choose to return again after our tour. Airport transfer was included and they kindly did our return transfer at 2.15am without any charge. Restaurant very close by where we had the best food of our whole holiday and at a really reasonable price. Highly recommend Villa Ceylon and would stay there again if we return to Sri Lanka.

The proximity to the airport was good. The start was very nice. There’s a garden below was full of fruits and veggies and the staff was kind enough to break a passion fruit and give it to me when I enquired what it was. The breakfast spread was also nice. Hot, warm, local food.

The rooms were decent size but no blankets provided for the night and no toiletries. So be prepared to carry your own stuff.

Comfortable stay for one night before continuing my travels of Sri Lanka, lovely breakfast, and I was picked up from the airport. I highly recommend.

Great staff. Risuru and others were so nice.I chose this place at 5.00am in the morning because of problems of my flight. They picked me up from airport even I booked at 5 am. Room is very spacious and great location close to airport.They even help me to solve my flight problems and made calls. It’s close to beach and nice restaurants. Very interesting and authentic decoration. Amazing place for that price. Clean, safe and professional people taking care of all your needs promptly. Thank you very much Risuru.

A free transfer to the airport was welcome, especially at 4am. The room was very spacious and clean.

It was difficult to arrange a tuk-tuk or taxi into Negombo, but it was Christmas Day.
